"Tell me the story where the cat falls in love with the ladybug again!" Manon said, clapping cheerfully as Nadia climbed down the stairs of Marinette's room. She blushed as she sat down in her pink chair as the five-year-old toddler moved and danced around.

"I've told you that story at least five times now." Marinette complained, well not really. She loved telling how Chat Noir fell in love with her, and maybe how she fell in love with him back. Last night clouded her thoughts too much, she blushed every time their neighbors black cat would hop on, meowing for food. "Don't you like to hear another one?"

Manon shook her head and sat in the middle of the floor, legs crossed. "I just love them together! Don't you?"

Marinette shrugged. "Don't you think Ladybug is in love with someone else that isn't Chat Noir? Or how much she thinks of him and what to say so she shouldn't break his fragile heart even if she doesn't know a lot about him?"

Manon giggled and took out her previously akumatized wand. "Marinette, you talk as if you are Ladybug."

Marinette chuckled nervously. Sometimes children could be smarter than adults.

"Hey, Adrikins!" Chloe yelled, waving at him as he entered her father's hotel. He hated Natalie as she giggled behind him. Today in the morning, they made a bet. If his father would congratulate Natalie on her birthday, Adrien would have to spend an entire day with Chloe. Adrien said he wouldn't do it and Natalie said he would. To his surprise, his father entered the room, congratulating Natalie on her birthday and giving her a star-shaped necklace.

Adrien looked back at Natalie and looked at her smiling. "You know I'm only doing this for you. Consider this my birthday present."

Natalie patted him in the back. "I've told your father where you'll be and who you'll be with. Good luck, and try not to rip your ears off or your eyes while being stuck with that monster."

Adrien sighed and waved as Natalie got into his limousine and drove away. Chloe laughed and hugged him, kissing his cheek as he pulled away from her. She tugged his sleeve and dragged him into the elevator. He thought of Ladybug, all of a sudden. She had kissed him. Every time he thought of that, he had to stop himself from screeching and 'fangirling' so hard, people might recognize the huge crush he had on her.

Chloe opened the door to her room and invited him inside. He yelped as Lila stood on the bed, smiling nervously and waving at him. Adrien waved back and settled on the couch, far away from both of the girls stating to talk. He hadn't talked too much with Lila since Ladybug had roasted her and since she became Volpina, which still scared him to death. what if Ladybug discovered if he was Adrien at one point?

It wouldn't matter. She would finally discover who he was.

"So, Adrien, do you have a crush on someone?" Lila asked, batting her eyelashes as if she wanted to remake their friendship, if that's what you called it. She had lied to him all along, he didn't trust her one bit.

It was hard for him not to smile. "No."

"Come on, there's thousands of pretty girls out there dying for your love." Chloe said, flipping her artificial hair backwards. "Like us."

"You're not my type." He said gently. "Neither of you, but no offense."

"None taken." Lila said, turning around. "Is it maybe Alya? Juleka, Rose or Alix?"

"Don't tell me it's Sabrina-ewww." Chloe said, rubbing her sunglasses that were most expensive than their school. "Could it be Marinette?"

"Just like Marinette, everyone else is just a friend and to say so, they're kinder than you. How do you feel in being the one person that has akumatized most people?" He asked, fixing his gaze on Chloe.

She shrugged it away. "Not much. I do it to see Ladybug and Chat Noir."

"Don't mention her name." Lila snapped. "She acts so heroic because she saves Paris-" Adrien rolled his eyes"-and because she has Chat Noir wrapped around her finger. To be honest, I'm sure she doesn't have such a talent but to annoy everyone."

"Don't talk about her like that." Adrien said, frowning. "She's clearly more talented and naturally pretty than you."

Lila gasped. "Adrien, how can you say that?"

He shook his head and fixed his gaze on the Eiffel Tower, when they had defeated her. Chloe and Lila continued to talk in ushered tones when he excused himself to go to the bathroom. Instead, he opened his jacket as Plagg came out and arched an at Adrien. "Really?"

"You know what I want to do." Adrien said, winking at his kwami. "Plagg, CLAWS OUT!"

"And since Chat Noir watched how Ladybug took down the face of Hawkmoth surrounded by akumas, quickly de-evilizing each one, he smiled to himself thinking this was the girl he wanted to spend his entire life with. The end." Marinette said,  Manon tightly wrapped around her arms.

"Do you think Ladybug will return Chat Noir's feelings?" Manon asked, sighing.

"It's just a matter of time for us to find out." She said cheerfully as Nadia picked Manon up. She sighed as Tikki came out of her hiding spot. "What am I going to do?"

Tikki fixed her big blue eyes on Marinette. "Well, if you feel the same for Chat Noir you shouldn't keep him waiting. Waiting for love could be the harshest thing you can do to someone."

Marinette nodded, then frowned. "But, what about Adrien?"

"Who says you can only have one guy in your life?" Tikki asked. "If things don't work out with Chat Noir, then maybe you can look at Adrien back to the way you used to look at him."

Marinette sighed. "I can't believe I'm going to say this, but you're right."

Tikki gasped. "I'm always right. You need to say the words of course."

Marinette smiled down at her kwami and tugged a piece of her jet blue hair behind her ear only to yell, "Tikki, SPOTS ON!"

"Milady," Chat Noir said as he bowed down to pick her hand and kiss it lightly. She blushed furiously, regretting her mask didn't cover her cheeks. Chat Noir noticed and laughed, then wrapped his covered arm around her neck, pulling her close. "Sorry if I'm too purr-fect."

She nudged hims ribs as both of them sat down near the park, both of their statues gleaming with whatever material they were made of. Ladybug found herself wanting to talk to Chat Noir, all of it, she wanted to spill her problems over to him, but that would meant to tell him his identity and she wasn't ready for that.

Instead, she said, "I was thinking about you."

"That's new." He answered, danging his legs like a child. "Why? Is it because I scared you?"

She rolled her eyes. "If you weren't so sarcastic and filled with puns, you'd actually be a really sweet boy."

He arched one of his eyebrows. "I'm sweet? Did Ladybug just call me sweet?"

She pulled him down since he had stood up and waved his arms like he'd just spotted someone from an old crowd. He smiled and sat down close to her. She sighed and fixed her eyes on him. For the first time, he didn't seem just adorable and sweet, he seemed handsome and beautiful. She cursed silently for actually thinking that about him, but Adrien didn't even turn to look at her twice, it was ridiculous she still kept such a crush towards him.

To her surprise, she was nodding. "I could call you much  more than that if you agree."

He turned to gawk at her. "Are you flirting with me, bugaboo?"

She scoffed and nodded, then shrugged at the same time. "Yes?"

He smiled like a kid who had just received a toy. "Yes! Do it some more!"

"Look, the reason why I didn't love you back was because I held a crush to someone dear, he's everywhere, I swear, but when I realized he didn't love me back, or may never love me back I-I had to look at someone who will, who does."

He started to shake.

"Chat Noir?" She asked, gripping his hand only to realize he was crying. "Don't, don't cry, you could get akumatized."

He shook his head and wrapped her in a hug that took her by completely. Without her knowing, she was also sobbing into his arms and once they stopped hugging each other, they started kissing each other. They continued to do so until she felt like time would slowly go to an end, that the world would start to shake with Hawkmoth coming out of it, she would never think about Adrien again, the boy that would eventually break her heart.

Just then, an explosion came out of a couple of buildings, they sprang apart and looked at each other, filled with love but at the same time filled with worry.

Chat Noir smiled and offered his hand. "How about we leave this to be continued?"

She smiled and interlaced her finger's with hers. "To be continued."
