So, I am so excited I reached 20k followers on here, and I've always wanted to do a one shot contest so it's the perfect timing to do it now! Seriously, thank you so much for all the love and support you all gave me. When I first started Wattpad, my writing was so cringy and having so many people still read my books made me continue, and me writing every single day has definitely made me improve.

Not only that, but I feel like the more I write on Wattpad, the more confident I am with the creations I make. I couldn't stand the idea of someone hating on my books but now, I don't care. (and I flame back lol) 

If any of you want to write but are too afraid of what anyone else will think, do it anyway. Write what makes you happy. 

Now, without further ado, the rules:

*RULES*

1. The one shot can be about any one of my characters or couples. POV does not matter. You can write first person, or third person. Everyone prefers a different style, so I am not going to limit anyone from writing one when they are more comfortable with the other.

Additionally: You can write things that aren't canon in my stories. If you ship two characters that never got together (*cough* Canter *cough*), you can definitely write about them. If you're thinking of a different way a couple could have gotten together, feel free to write that. IF YOU WANT TO WRITE ABOUT GENE AS A TEENAGER, YOU'RE MORE THAN WELCOME TO.

2. The minimum word count is 1000 words. There is no maximum word count because, again, people find it easier to write a specific word count per chapter. I just don't want it to be too short, and trust me, 1000 words really isn't too much. Just think of writing 250 words in four days, and it really isn't a problem.

3. Entries start from Friday, September 1st and end September 30th. I won't accept any acceptances later than the 30th.

4. I will be choosing the top three one shots. Now, I am horrible at choosing things, but I'm going to try my best and if I don't choose you, please don't be offended. Trust me, I'm going to feel bad not choosing everyone, but I really need to learn how to be decisive.

That is pretty much it for the rules. I want the rules to be as loose as possible so you can have as much freedom as you can.

If you're submitting it by email, be sure to mention your Wattpad username in the email so I'll know who submitted it.
