Chapter 10 Welcome  

"This is great news, Jay! I can't wait to introduce myself to him!" Captain Sea smiled and walked to the patient's room with Jay.

"Hey there! Welcome to the crew mate! I'm so glad to see you alive and well!" The Captain walked up to the Alligator man's bedside. "I'm the Captain, Captain Issac Sea! I'm the one who found you floating in the middle of the sea one day, I knew eventually you'd probably get eaten by sharks so I rescued you."

The Captain smiled warmly at the Alligator man. The Ali wanted to say something so bad, but instead he smiled back at the Captain, silently thanking him for saving his life.

"I don't think he can speak yet Captain." Fox said looking up at the Captain. "Really... I suppose I have to find some more supplies but until then tell the others about our new shipmate for me!" Captain Sea abruptly left the room leaving everyone in the silent room.

Jay walked towards the patient's bed and hovered his hand over the alligators throat. "Whatcha doing Jay?" Fox asked. Jay said nothing back before an orange aura formed around the alligator's neck, a few minutes passed before the Alligator started coughing and suddenly he got his voice back.

"Cough! Cough! Agh! Hey where-Cough! Am I!?" The alligator man attempted to speak. "You're on the Deep Oceanic Sea." Jay answered, crossing his arms. "I'm on the what! Cough!" "You're on a ship dude!" Fox shouted. "Ye-eah a ship!" Laven shouted also.

"Oh okay... do any of you know what happened to me, I think I lost some of my memory before ending up here-Ow!" Laven punched the Alligators leg making the Ali yelp. "Hey! Laven! Stop that!" Fox grabbed Laven's arms in an attempt to stop him.

"I'm so sorry... Laven here can be a bit stupid sometimes, please don't mind him-Owww! Hey!" Laven bit Fox's hand before running out the door. "I'm going to get you! Come back!" Fox quickly ran after Laven.

The Alligator man had confusion written all over his face, Jay noticed this and decided to help the Ali understand his situation. "Hey there, don't worry about those two they're just kids being kids... and also... we don't know how you ended up in the middle of the sea and to be honest we thought you were dead. When the Captain brought you to me I found several broken bones and a head wound." The Alligator looked down.

"I see..." Jay looked towards the door. "By the way what's your full name if you mind me asking..." The Alligator looked up. "Huh! Why do you need to know that? Hmm!? What if I'm not comfortable telling you that personal information!" The Alligator man crossed his arms, pretending like he was genuinely upset.

"Hey! Don't play with me!" Jay yelled. "Hey! Hey! Calm down buddy I was just playing... my full name is Alligator Ali, I have no idea why it's 'Tradition' to always start names with 'Alligator' but yeah...that's my name!"

Jay just rolled his eyes and began to leave the room. "Captain should've left you to drown." Jay said, exiting the room. "I'm a Alligator stupid! I can't drown!"
