Howard Dalton

Howard is the father of Mina and Ramsay Dalton. He once loved his family. But after entering the CIA as a officer, he became a selfish, greedy opportunist and wouldn't hesitate to use his son and daugther for his personal gain. Started to act as a traitor for Alfonso Almagro. He sold Mina and Emily to Fidel Bernardo and Abbas Ghorbrani, only to be saved by the joint rescue team during Operation Knight, but he directed the AQ cell to bomb the refugee camp at Las Almas, killing Arthur Clark and many people. Then he lied to Jordan James about the Ghosts' fake hideout, leading the death of Elias Walker. He then revealed Los Serpientes Blancos' base at Vallegrande, leading the attack and second capture of Logan, Howard even heartlessly planted two bombs on his own son, Ramsay. He forced Jordan, by threatening his wife, to hand over Camillo's body for experiments, making the latter in a Cyber Ninja. During the Shallow of Death Incident, he killed Camillo and felt no remorse. Then when Hesh got arrested he revealed to be the traitor, much to Hesh, Lucia and Jordan's rage. Logan, Jordan and Keegan, with the help of Merrick and the director of the CIA, Connor Reese, planned a brutal vengeance on the traitor and his associates.
