The Allegiance Commander

General Killi Kamarov

Son of Sergeant Kamarov of FSB. Acting as commander of the Allegiance, General Killi Kamarov of the Neo-Soviet Union met Berezovich Kryuger during WW3. He never trusted General Carter and Yegor, warned Yuri and Tasha about KCCO. He also met the Angelia twins and praised their professionalism and skills. He worked alongside Jonathan Price and Task Force 161, he and Yuri asked them to help Task Force DEFY to save Arya and free her from Paradeus's control. He admires the GHOST due their professional work and their S T-Dolls. He also worked with Viktor Zelinsky, the director of Statesec.
