Nixon Watt

An Irish-American serving the DARPA Chief and responsible for the creation of Metal Gear TARANTULA, Nixon Watt was then taken hostage by the Diamond Dogs PMC led by the Boss Team. He was tortured to death by Lienna 57. Tentacles Shapeshifter disguised himself as Nixon. Nixon and Willy were friends.
