According to Chernikov's CIA dossier, he was born in the Russian Federation on November 10, 2003. His father was a local political figure who was killed during Makarov's attack at Russia and his mother fled with her children to the U.S. during World War III. In 2024, Weaver enlisted in the United States Army, where he excelled in Ranger school before being recruited into the CIA and G.H.O.S.T. for his Russian language.
