A psychic who formerly worked for XOF, then he became a FOXHOUND member and participated in the armed take over of Shadow Moses Island in 2005, alongside Revolver Ocelot and Liquid Snake. He manipulated and killed people. However, he was killed by the legendary Solid Snake. He led the Beauty & the Beast Unit as a phantom, only to be defeated by an Old Solid Snake. He's HBRa3 (Cipher)'s original host.
