Lieutenant Ramon Parra

Ramon is the son of Sergeant Major Rodolfo Parra. While not much is known about Ramon, he grew up in Las Almas and joined the Mexican Army serving years alongside Irene before passing selection to join the Fuerza Especiales and Los Vaqueros. He's a friend of Juan and Ninja.
