If you are an Attack On Titan fan and recognized the voice singing, yes, it's by Shinsei Kamattechan.

I got this song on YouTube through recommendations. At first I didn't know the lyrics. It sounded like a happy and colorful song. But after reading the comments and hearing the lyric 'shoujo sassato shinjatta', I listened to it with lyrics. Because I knew 'shinjatta' means 'died'.

Shinsei Kamattechan is a Japanese band. Their songs are sometimes (or many times) strange and creepy in some ways. After all, they made the Ending song of season 2 and Opening song of final season of the popular anime, Attack On Titan.

You've noticed how their anime songs sound different from most anime songs, right? They sound weird, but in a good way.

Some people thought that it was Roro-chan who was singing the song (including me, because of the voice). But no. It was actually a tribute song to rorochan_1999, after her death. It was made some years after her death.

The singer of the band is said to use a voice changer that makes his voice sounds like a girl's. Here's a video version-

Now, why a tribute? Well, if you've read the lyrics, you have noticed these two sentences "I'll do a livestream suicide show and build a grave" & "The girl went ahead and died".

The lyrics indeed mean that she committed suicide. It was 24 November, 2013 according to Google. She jumped from the 13th floor of a building and was recording it.

Now, why did she commit suicide?

The reason is said to become a 'legend', or in other words 'a popular person or celebrity'.
You could say she wanted to be noticed. But that's according to what I read. Not sure of the real reason. Plus, she was only a kid and she was being told to do many risky things on her account.

From the videos and comments, it's also believed that she was neglected by her mother. Observe these lyrics-

Now a question arises, did anyone try to stop her? Rescued her? What about her livestream fans?

According to the information, many of her 'fans' didn't stop her, rather they did the opposite. But I read that those people regretted it later when Rorochan seriously did it. But too late. And some believed that she was just joking.

In the song, you can see her one eye covered by a phone. A comment on the video explained that she was so blinded by her fans and the internet, so she had a phone as an eye in the MV.

Actually, I didn't use Twitter much but I made an account for the second time to read the tweets of rorochan_1999's account and that Kisaragi Station thing. So her Twitter account is this-

So after the incident, many people visited her Twitter account. And you can even see her past tweets in that account. If you read the comments on those tweets, you'll see a lot of sad comments. The comments are like 'rest in peace', 'I'm at Twitter to research about you', 'sorry I couldn't help you' etc.

Now this story also seems to have ties with another legend. Look at her profile pic. It's the main character of Minky Momo. It was a kids show about magical girls, I think. Despite being a kid's show, the main character dies by an accident with a truck at the end.

This is thought to have ties with the lyrics of the song talking about her jumping into the train lines.

Lastly, I'm also confused about the line regarding the FBI. Some say the FBI tried to erase evidences about her suicide. But I don't know why they'd do that.

Another thing, a lot of people are criticized for using her song to dance (Tiktok and all) and make gacha vids. Some use it in a good way, to show respect to her. While some others use it for things like dancing happily, using it for love or yandere videos (I think?).

It's not a bad thing to listen to the song and vibe to it. The music and melody are beautiful after all. But don't joke around with it. Because it's about a real girl, who really died.
