River's POV
I open my window my bookbag on my back. I climb out of it sliding it shut silently. I start walking down the sidewalk away from the house.
Cole's POV
I run down the sidewalk trying to find Jay. I bump into a pretty girl. "Oh sorry!" She says. "No it was my fault." I say looking at her. "I'm Cole, you are?" I say. "River." River says as I nod. "Are you running from home?" He asked. River looks down and nods. "Why?" I asked. "Abused." She says simply. "Wanna come to my house? The rest of the guys would like it! Your such a pretty girl." I say taking her hand as she blushes. "Sure." River says.
River's POV
I follow him to thia giant house. I look at it with wide eyes. Cole leads me inside. I see 2 elders.
(Not gonna call them old!!!!!!!!)
"Cole, who's this?" The one with the beard asked. "Her name is River, she's being abused so she ran away and I brought her here" Cole says. The other elder was stareing at me. A boy with green ninja gi came in. I looked at him and squealed. "Are you guys the ninjas!!??" I asked. Cole nods.
Lloyd's POV
Wait is that River!? My long lost sister? She looks like me! "River!!?" I ask. "Lloyd!" She runs and hugs me. I hug back swiftly. "Lloyd I missed you! I missed you!" She says tears formed in her eyes. I looked at her tears forming in my eyes. "I missed you so much to River! How's mom?" I ask. "She's-She's d-dead." She says. The tears of joy in both of our eyes turned to sadness crys.
