A young couple walked down the halls of FNH, hands clasped tightly together. One, the female, a sophomore artist and the other, the male, a senior star football player. They walked to the female's locker.
           "Alright Night. I'll see you in third hour." The male said. Night kissed her boyfriend.
           "Alright Axel. I'll see you third hour." She mimicked. Axel rolled his eyes and smiled. The bell rang and the two parted ways, missing each other already.

~~~ May 25th ~~~

  Tears rushed down Night's cheeks as she listened to the seniors' class song over the intercom. It was a sad day for her, but a very exciting day for Axel. Graduation. The apricot fox knew this day was going to be coming, she just didn't think it would've came as fast as it did. The bell rang, symbolizing the end of fourth hour. Night ran to her locker where Axel was already waiting and crashed into his body, burying her head into his chest. Axel looked confused, but tried to sooth his crying girlfriend. Night looked up at him, her gray-green eyes filled with tears.
          "I-I don't want y-you to go!" She cried. Axel suddenly knew what she was talking about.
          "Don't worry baby... I'm not gone yet... It's ok..." Axel said softly, his voice soothing to the panicking fox latched on to him for dear life.
          "I-I don't want you to leave..." She hiccuped repeatedly. Axel pulled her over to a bench and sat down, bringing Night into his lap. He cuddled and cradled her, whispering to her that everything will be ok. Eventually her sobs and hiccups diminished, but tears still stained her face. Night's head laid on Axel's chest, finding that his calm and steady heartbeat made her feel a whole lot better.
           "A-Axel?" Night asked, her voice cracked and distorted.
           "Yes baby girl?" The older male replied, rubbing her arm slightly.
           "W-will you forget me? W-when you graduate?" Axel looked down at her.
           "Of course not sweetheart. I made you a promise that no matter what happens, you always hold a special place in my heart..." The older male said softly. Night looked up at him and smiled slightly. Axel came down and caught her lips in a soft kiss. The two pulled away.
           "I love you Axel..." Night said softly. The football star smiled.
           "I love you too my love..."

  It's seven o'clock. Friends, family, and teachers gathered in the auditorium of FNH. Night fiddled her fingers around, her ears flat as she looked at the ground. Her boot clad feet couldn't stop moving as she fixed the bottom part of her dress over and over again. She was nervous, that's a fact. Her boyfriend of six months is graduating tonight. She fears that after tonight, she won't see him ever again. She looked up when the  music stopped and a voice came over the speakers.
          "Alright everyone, settle down. We're going to get started. So please give a warm welcome to the Five Nights High Class of 2017." The voice said. The curtains on stage began to open, revealing the the senior class. Everyone started clapping for them. Night smiled sadly at the sight of her boyfriend, tears filling her eyes as she clapped for her love. The clapping silenced as the superintendent cleared his throat.
          "Alright. I want to thank everyone for coming out tonight. This has to be the best turnout we've had when it came to a graduating class. I am incredibly proud of everyone behind me that will be leaving this school the newest members of our country." He said, looking back the seniors. "Let's deal out these diplomas, shall we?"
  The superintendent called seniors up one by one alphabetically. A... B... C... Then moving to D. E. And then... F... Night's breath hitched in her throat.
          "Axel Funtime." The superintendent called. Axel stood and walked to the podium, shaking his hand and taking his diploma. Night grabbed her phone and took a few pictures, tears streaming down her face. The SI gave out the rest of the diplomas. Once everyone had theirs, the SI moved his hand to the seniors.
            "Everyone, please help me welcome our graduated class of 2017!" He said into the mic. Everyone started clapping again, standing. The seniors came down from the stage, meeting up with their friends and family. Axel came over to Night, where the young female wrapped her arms around his neck in a hug.
         "I'm gonna miss you so much..." Night said softly. Axel wrapped his arms around her waist tightly.
         "I'm gonna miss you too..." He replied softly. Night buried her head into the crook of Axel's neck, tears still flowing down her cheeks. The female sophomore looked up at him and connected their lips together. Axel immediately kissed her back, pressing their bodies closer together. His graduation cap fell to the floor as Night tangled her fingers into his hair. The two pulled away.
         "I love you so much." Night said. Axel smiled at her.
         "I love you too." He replied. The two intertwined their hands together and walked out of the auditorium, making their way to his truck.
         "You looked very handsome in your cap and gown baby..." Night said, smirking at him.
         "And you look very sexy in your dress love..." Axel replied, causing the apricot fox to blush.
         "S-shut up..." She muttered, pushing him slightly. "What's your plans after this?"
         "College. I start in September, so we need to spend as much time as we can together before I leave..."
         "Yeah... I really hate to see you go..."
         "I know sweetheart... I'll miss you too much."
         "I will too." The two walked to the truck, Axel unlocking and opening the passenger door for his girlfriend. He closed it and walked around to his side, climbing in and closing the door. He leaned over, pecking Night's lips before turning on the truck and driving out the parking lot. The ride was silent, but that's how they wanted it, enjoying each other's presence while they still could...
