Smaller companies may not use printed forms but instead place orders in the form of a letter.When sending a order by letter,accuracy and clarity must be ensured,by including:

1.An accurate and full description of goods required

2.Catalogue numbers

3.Quantities

4.Prices

5.Delivery requirements(place,date,mode of transport,whether the order will be carriage paid or carriage forward)

6.Terms of payment agreed in preliminary negotiation(nhung thoa thuan so bo)
