Working in the fashion industry for 13 years, and I'm yet to come to terms with it. Fashion can be strange. You never realize when something mundane and old fashioned catches fire and roars on the stage.

You must be confused with this sudden talk about Fashion. But something interesting has happened in my office.

Remember your handkerchief? The one you used to tie my hair with? In case you are wondering if you'd lost it, I took it with me when I finally crossed over to South Korea. I'm sorry but I desperately wanted something of yours to hold onto and the handkerchief was my only souvenir. Stop making a face- lovers give their hearts to each other, you've endangered your life for me- it's just a hanky.

As you are aware, I've been missing you a lot since the time I came back home. That day in office I just pulled my hair together and tied that handkerchief around it. Perhaps I was desperate to feel your presence around me. Now it kind of has become my style since the past week, be if office or home, I barely remove it unless I want to shampoo my hair.

Now coming to the interesting part. Three days ago, I noticed Seul-hee had tied up her hair in a hanky similar to mine. Then it was Ae-ra, then Wu-jin-ah. Basically it's becoming a fad around my office. Initially I thought they all wanted to please me, being the boss who's suddenly returned from the dead (some of these women had been bad-mouthing me according to Mr. Hong). But yesterday, I overhead a couple of girls at Se-ri's choice complimenting each other on how girly and hip they looked with this yesteryear styled handkerchief scrunchies.

And bingo! That gave me a scintillating business idea. Se-Ri's Choice Love Scrunchies, that'll resemble handkerchiefs knotted around your hair. They'll come in different styles- like men's handkerchiefs or with polka dots or with floral patterns. The advertising theme would of course be us- a woman loses her hair tie and then her lover ties his handkerchief around her hair. These scrunchies would be part of a new range called Se-ri's RETRO Choice, replete with big loopy earrings, frilly shirts, perky A-line skirts, bright lip colors and much more.

I wish I could somehow reach out to you Jeong-hyeok and tell you about the marvelous idea that would hopefully fetch our company billions of won. Why don't you start an offshore account in Switzerland and I can put your share of the profits there? You deserve it, for it was you who started the trend. And well, all those North Korean ladies who didn't appreciate my elegant tresses! Pff! I wonder how they all are doing- if they even think of me. Do you know I left them a letter in Wol-suk's salt cellar telling them about my real identity? I was desperate to see their faces when they came to know that Sam-suk was infact a South Korean, and no ordinary one at that, that she was the Se-ri of that popular brand Se-ri's choice. If I could, I would have gifted them their choice of Se-ri's Choice range.

I would have to work on this project proposal and run it through our investors. I may be busy the coming few days. Even if I don't write to you, I would still be thinking of you. Look at me saying this. As if you're waiting for my letters. You would probably be busy with your wedding preparations isn't it?

Well, don't you tie any of my brand's scrunchies around Dan's hair! That's our memory. Ours alone.

I wish though Se-ri's choice worked in the field of medicine. I wonder if we could've found a cure for the pain of a broken heart then. Imagine I would have been the richest person on this Earth.

Business is in my blood, it's always been my dream and it's the only thing that made me happy- that's what I assumed till I met you. And now I would willingly forgo all the riches for another chance with you- another chance that is possible, plausible- in some other life, in some other world- all my heart desires, is You.

Because Se-ri's choice will always be YOU.
