After the semi-successful opening of the selection, the King was ready to get the show on the road. The selected spent their night in rooms provided by the Dacre family out of hospitality. The next day, they were awoken by maids and told to dress for activities. But first, the King wanted everyone to meet in the main hall for a small speech by him before the days plans.

Afterwards, it seemed to be planned that each of the suitors would get a moment with two of the selected, chosen at random because there's no way the King would rig it in anyway, right? I'm sure it'll be just fine ...
