When I was in eighth grade, I realized I wasn't attracted to boys, but a girl, but I was flipping out, because I had a boyfriend, and I was afraid he would be angry/upset if I would break up with him.

In panic, I did, (October) and I told him it was two other stupid reasons. Then he says, I quote, "Oh thank god. I figured out I was gay back in August."

So awkward Laughing insured. But that's not where the story ends. So one of my best friends (female) hears about this, and in our last class, sits beside me and says, "If I am correct, [ex-bf] owes me ten bucks, but will you go out with me? I've had a crush on you since sixth."

I sat there and stared at her for a solid ten minutes, before replying, "Thank god I didn't want to admit first I had a crush on you." So within one day, I broke up with my ex, and my current girlfriend of two years confessed.
