Many years had passed, the prince had now settled down with the girl he truly loved and taken up his responsibility as the ruler of the kingdom. The old castle became more alive than before with the scent of the flowers, gardens, and the laughter of children.

One day, as the prince was going through some old documents in the royal archives, he came across a faded, unopened letter tucked between the pages of a book. The addressee of the letter written on the outside of the letter was "My beloved girl". He recognized the handwriting immediately. It was a letter he had written when he was a young, lovesick rince, but for some reason, he had never sent it.

He broke the seal and carefully unfolded the letter. As he read the words, his heart swelled with emotion:

"Dear my little girl,

I couldn't remember exactly when I fell in love with you. I just remember the smile that brightens up my day. The smile that's like the beautiful sunlight of a summer morning. I just remember those sparkling eyes. The eyes seem to appear a thousand falling shooting stars. I just remember the way those lips sofly call my name. The clear sounds are like a romantic love song, making this heart throb.

From the moment we first met, I knew you were someone special. I feel complete whenever I'm with you. You taught me little things in life, things I've never known before. You taught me to appreciate this life, to enjoy every moment. You have shown me a whole new world beyond the castle walls, a world of simplicity, love, and the beauty of the everyday. I am grateful for the lessons you have taught me, the love you have given me, and the life you have shared with me.

You are my sun on a cloudy day, my guide through the darkness, and the love that fills my heart. Every moment with you is the definition of happiness. I can't image a life without you. And as long as I live, I promise to cherish and protect you always.

Yours,
Ethan"

Tears welled up in the prince's eyes as he read the heartfelt words he had written but never delivered. He realized that even though he didn't send the letter, his action had spoken louder than all the words. His life with the girl, their love, and the kingdom they had built together were a statement to his feelings. He looked outside the window to see the love of his life and their children played in the midst of the garden. Their eyes met and she gently waved at him, her lips slowly drew a gorgeous curve. With a warm smile, he waved back at her. He folded the letter and put it back to the place, vowing to keep it as a treasured reminder of their love story.
