Death note.

Rules:
•the human who's name is written in this book shall die.
•the note will not take effect unless the writer has the persons face in their mind when writing his/her name therefore people sharing the same name will not be affected.
•if the cause of death is written within 40 seconds of writing the persons name, it will happen.
• after writing the cause of death, details of the death can be written in the next 6 minutes and 40 seconds.

•The human who's name is written in this book shall be revived.
•the book will not take effect unless the writer is in front of the persons body to not effect everyone with that name.
•if  the way the person died is written, they will remember the fact they have died, and acknowledge the fact he/she was revived.
•if you write the name of someone alive, the next time they're put in situation that could cause death, they will survive.
•if the person dies a second time, they will not be revived again.
