Dream was sitting in his chair while Nightmare sat on the floor. He was covering his eyes with his hands, but Dream didn't care.

Time Skip

After a few hours, Dream felt a negative aura near him and sighed annoyed. The guards were probably in a fight. He felt something drop onto his hand, but it was quickly wiped off, followed by a small "Sorry" from Nightmare. Though, something felt off. His voice wasn't just small, it was sad. And a bit scared. Dream looked down and finally noticed Nightmare's eyepatch. He had his hands pressed against it and it looked slightly uncomfortable. It was obvious that he was trying to hide his sadness, but why was he sad?

Dream rolled his eyes. He was probably upset that Error and Cross weren't here, neither was Kevin. He returned to his work and ignored his thoughts.

A few moments later, the feeling that something was wrong was stronger, and Dream was about to give in. He looked down and saw that Nightmare still had his hands pressed against his eyepatch, but he was slightly distracted by Dream's wings. Dream smiled a bit and moved them closer, though it alarmed Nightmare and he freaked out a bit. Dream stopped for a moment before slowly putting his wing next to Nightmare. Nightmare started to feel trapped and wanted to move, but he didn't. He didn't want to upset Dream and Dream noticed his scared expression. He mentally shook his head and got back to work.

"Dream, hunny, go to sleep or I will make you, and us there anyone still close to you?"

Dream shook his head."No, there's no one close to me. I'll sleep during my break." He said.
