LIL SKIES' P.O.V.

It was a sold out show, thousands of people were there to see the performance, it had to have been one of the biggest concerts I've ever participated in, it felt surreal.

After Landon Cube finished up wit his song "Beachtown", I took the stage, as soon as I came out the crowd roared in applause and excited cheers as everyone held up their phones to record me as I started by performing "Welcome To The Rodeo".

"AYE AYE! I AIN'T FOLDIN' UNDER PRESSURE I AIN'T SWITCHIN' FOR NO HOE!"

"IT'S A LOT OF LUST, NOT A LOT OF LOVE, AY, BITCH, NOT A LOT OF LOVE, IT'S A LOT OF LUST! NOT A LOT OF LOVE!"

Everyone was so damn hyped as I did my thang, singing along with me, taking pics and videos, so many people knew the lyrics tbh it makes me happy.

"Aye my voice is kinda fucked up right now so y'all are gonna have to help me sing this one. Y'all ready? Let's go! I, I, I, I, I, I, WANNA MAKE IT WIT THE PEOPLE THAT WAS THERE FROM THE START, I DON'T NEED NO NEW PEOPLE THEY GON' TEAR ME APART!" When I sang "Strictly Buisiness" I kept thinking about that day I sung it to Kat. Shit... I can't ever get my mind off her... not even during a concert wit thousands of people here.

While I sang "Big Money" I made the fans sings certain parts, then I ran across the stage, and reached out to the them, after all, fans are really important to me.

By now I was all sweaty and shi from jumping around and whatnot so I had taken off my shirt, and Landon was now on stage wit me for these next two songs.

"That's real shit, run that, run it." I said with the microphone inches away from my lips as the beat to "Nowadays" started playing. The crowd started screaming their damn lungs out, lmao, it was good to know that so many people loved my music, shit flatters me.

"AYE, AYE, AYYE, NOWADAYS I'M TOO COOL FOR A GIRLFRIEND NOWADAYS I DON'T KNOW WHEN THE WORLD SPINS, LIVE YO LIFE LIKE WE DIE WHEN THE WORLD ENDS SO IT'S ALRIGHT EVERY TIME WE FUCKIN' BREAK A SIN!" I began, as Landon then took over to sing his part. "NOWADAYS SHIT'S NOT THE SAME, LIFE SWITCH LANES NOW THESE HOES ACT STRANGE AND I LOST MY GRIP ON THE WORLD IN BLISS IT'S SO, IT'S SO!"

Landon and I were jumping up and down, keeping the crowd hyped as we performed. Everyone always loves when we sing Nowadays, and Red Roses, since there kinda like two of our most-well-known songs.

And sure enough, as soon as "Red Roses" started playing, the crowd lost it. They cheered, screamed, yelled, recorded, whistled, sang along, everything was chill, I was feelin it, I jus wish Kat was wit me. I wonder if she's thinkin bout me.

"AND I GOT ALL THE DRUGS IN THE WORLD THAT YOU NEED WE GET HIGH TO PASS TIME BUT BITCH I AINT NO FIEND!"

After the show, and all of the meet n greets, I ran into Diego backstage. So right now we chattin it up as we hovered around the food-table. Hydrating ourselves and whatnot.

"You too healthy Skies. Eating celery, drinking tea, do you even fast food?" Diego said, laughingly, as I ate another piece of celery.

"Man did you see that performance out there? I gotta stay healthy. But nah if I'm hungry I'll eat the fuck outta a burger." I replied and we slightly chuckled.

"Yo why's there a Tide Pod by the food?" Diego asked as he held up the pod.

"Oh we eat those before the shows. That's why we always so hyped on stage. And they bomb as fuck bruh you should try one." I joked, we cracked up.

Diego's funny asf, seems like we been homies forever since we clicked real quick.

So we both walked to the backroom where everyone else was.

The room was pretty packed, there's four sections of couches facing each other, on one Landon's sitting there, sparking up a backwood, he's next to Gazzy and Omar. Jahseh is sitting across from them, wit Stokeley, and Trippie. Joyner Lucas and Cbreezy are sitting next to Kat on one of the couches, she's practically on Joyner's lap, which made me jelly, and everyone's listening to her tell a story, Diego and I are standin in the doorway.

"But yeah I'm still here so I guess-"

Diego and I walked in and I loudly announced myself.

"Ayyye! Wassup everyone how y'all doin?" I said, making everybody look over, Kat immediately pulled away from Joyner as I sat down next to Landon. Diego did the same.

"Broski! The party has arrived."

"Yuh we good. Jus listenin to babygirl ova here."

"I'm pretty chill."

"Aight. It's kinda hot in here."

"Yeah... and this mothafucka tired."

"I'm high as fuck."

"Same."

"Yall dead."

"We doin great how bout chu fam? Your performance was lit." Jahseh concluded the responses.

"Yeah I'm good, and thank you." I looked over at Kat, Joyner was telling her sum inaudible. I wanted to say somethin but I didn't wanna make a scene in front of all these well-known-artists.

"It wasn't as good as mine tho Skies. Did you see that leap of faith at the end of "Betrayed" ? That was dooope." Diego said.

"Yeah dude I saw that. Those crazy ass fans snatched up on your wolf hat, shit had me dyin." Gazzy cracked up.

"They took yo hat?" Jahseh snickered.

"Yeeeeaaaaah. Then the security guards had to pull me back up on the stage. Thought my ass was gonna get kidnapped or something."

We all bursted out laughing.

After a bit Joyner, and Breezy stepped out, me and the guys were still crackin jokes, and smokin backwoods they all seem chill.

"So Landon, what do you think about people saying that we look alike?" Lena The Plug said, after appearing a few minutes ago with Adam22.

Everyone was having side conversations and havin a good time.

"Well I can kinda see it too." Everybody who heard him laughed.

"Haha I'll take it. I mean you have nice hair."

"Now when we're in bed I'm gonna be thinking about Landon." Adam joked.

"OOOOOOOHHHH!!!!!" Everybody cracked the fuck up, Landon cracked a smile but then just took a hit off his backwood.

"I was just kidding Landon." Adam said as everyone cackled and joked around.

"Ouu Adam wants a piece of dat Landon!"

"Two weird looking white boys, y'all would have ugly-ass-kids who'd prolly have nice hair."

"Guys can't get pregnant dumbass."

"No shit."

"Y'all slow."

"Nah they stupid."

Then we all laughed for the millionth time.

I noticed Kat was looking at her phone, bein all quiet, so I sat next to her. She didn't say anything she looked anxious.

"Baeeeeeee. What's wrong?"

"Nothing."

"Come on lil ma. I jus wanna talk to you, can we have discussion?"

She glanced at her phone, shook her head, then suddenly left the room.

"Aye guys ima dip. Should prolly head out anyways." I said, standing up, I gotta talk to her she actin weird.

"See ya."

"Goodbye."

"Bye."

"Alright deuces fam."

"I should leave too."

"Adios."

"Aye I'll see you at that next concert."

"Get ya ass outta here boi."

"A'ight gone." I said then I went and followed Kat.

I couldn't find her. I walked down the hall, past four rooms, one had lights on so I checked that one. Sure enough, Kat and Joyner were grabbin on each other, she was kissin on him jus like she does to me. That shit had me instantly hurtin, no lie.

Like for real? After all this... after everything she put me through... after saving her... protecting her... defending her... loving her... this is what I get in return? I wanted to lay hands on Joyner but it wasn't worth it.

"Aye Kat don't bother comin back into the hotel I'll leave yo shit outside." I told em, ignoring what they said as I stormed outta there, I swear my eyes stung but I'm not gonna cry for a bit... for her.

I ain't never felt this bad before. I was actually thinkin bout poppin some pills or getting faded as fuck and finding a bitch, but then again what's that gonna do? She still left me to go wit him... she still killed that good ass mood I was in... she still betrayed me after I tried my best to support her. I don't know what to do. I can't help but think about her. I was just sittin in that dark hotel room... thinking about how much I hated her right now. Why the fuck did I even start messing with her? Why did I bother telling her how much I love her? What was the point of all of this if this is what she does to me?

Just then the door to my hotel room opened. I could tell it was her by her shadow.

"Babe I'm sorry." Kat said as she walked in, turned on the light, and closed the door.

"Don't call me that. And why you even here? I told you I didn-"

"Come on if you didn't want me to come in why didn't you leave my shit outside like you said? Huh? Just calm down okay? Joyner and I were just talking and things got kinda heated it didn't mean anything."

"You a damn lie Kat. I see the way you look at him. You... love him. I just don't understand why you would make me fall for you when you clearly love him more." I said, as I quickly wiped the tears forming from my eyes. She hella fucks wit my feelings tbh it's annoying.

"Shhh. Stop... don't cry. You know that's bullshit. Joyner and I have known each other longer and I'm barely feelin shit. But wit you Ki... as soon as we met I had hella feelings for you... shit I still do-"

"Do you mean that or you jus tryna make me feel better?"

"I mean it."

And the next thing I know we kissing. Why do I keep doing this to myself?Because I love her, and I know what it's like to be without her so yeah... I took her back.

"Kat you can't play me anymore tho. I swear if you do this shit again Ima loose it."

"I won't Kimetrius. I promise it's just you from now on okay?"

"Okay." Then I jus held her, feeling relieved.

We ended up smoking and then falling asleep. After all, it had been a long day.
