DAY ENDING

The day will always end when the player decides that they want to move on. A new day will be made then.

INFORMATION UPDATING

Information, like how much prey is caught, will be updated at any of these times:

one.) When the in-game day ends. The admin might take ten minutes to add everything that happened in the day, then move on to the next.
two.) At the end of the admins real day.
three.) Immediately after things happen. I doubt this, since it's hard to keep up like that.

ENERGY

Every cat in the game has ten energy.

To refill energy, you must feed them three prey.

Most actions, if not all, take one energy to do.

STARVATION

Every cat eats two prey each day.

A cat can go three days without eating. After that, they die of starvation.

You also need dens for every rank to eat.

DENS

Each den takes a specific amount of branches to be made.

If you want to feed a warrior or the deputy, you need a warrior den. If you want to feed the leader, you need a leaders den. If you want to feed and queen and their kits, you need a nursery, and so on.

Here are all the branches needed for each den:

Leaders Den: ten branches
Warriors Den: thirty branches
Medicine Den: fifty branches
Apprentices Den: fifteen branches
Nursery: twenty branches
Elders Den: twenty branches

Dens have 10/10 strength when they are first built. Every day, they deteriorate by two. If you let the strength get to 0/10, it collapses and has to be rebuilt. You can repair dens before they break, which costs ten branches only.

HOW TO GET NEW CATS

You start the game off with a leader and three warriors. Once you start the game, you can make one of the warriors the deputy, or you can wait to choose.

To get new cats, you have two methods.

one.) Breeding a she-cat and tom that are mates
two.) Finding rogues and accepting them into the clan

While patrolling, your cats can find apprentice-sized cats, warrior-sized cats, elders, queens, abandoned kits, or even a cat who you want to be your medicine cat, if you have a medicine den (you need a medicine den to have a medicine cat).

You don't always have to accept them. If you think that you have too many cats already or that their skills are too weak to be of use, then you can use the command "/decline rogue(s) from joining" (it may also be a kittypet or a loner, but rogues are just being used as the base-term).

Any rogues who are declined will be added to the cat center. Another player will be able to take them and add them to their clan.

BREEDING AND MATES

There is no bonding or LGBTQ+ relationships in this game. There really isn't a point of it at the moment. Later, both of those features may be added in.

To make two cats become mates, you use the command "/have (name) become mates with (name)"

To make them breed, you use the command "/breed (name) and (name)"

The she-cat becomes a queen and her kits are born after two moons. If you have no medicine cat, then the birth is dangerous and the kits and the queen may end up dying during or after the birth.

Some kits may be blind or deaf, but it's rare and won't affect anything.

When a queen goes into labor, make sure to use the command "/have (medicine cat) tend to (queen in labor)" if you have a medicine cat. You will have an hour once the queen goes into labor to use this command. If you don't reply in that time period, then chances of the queen dying or the kits dying increases significantly.

TRAINING

All of your starting cats will have maxed skills, but kits that age up to apprentices and rogues that join the clan will not.

If a rogue is apprentice-sized or a kit is ranked up to an apprentice, then they will be assigned a mentor. This will be the only cat allowed to train the apprentice unless they are sick or injured.

If it's a normal warrior, then any cat with higher skills can train them.

The maximum skill level is 5 and every apprentice starts at 1

Training takes one energy, like pretty much everything else

INJURIES, SICKNESS AND THE HEALING CHART

HEALING
0 - Cannot Heal Anything
1 - Can Heal Coughs and Slight Injuries ( takes three herbs )
2 - Can Heal Whitecough, Slight Injuries, Bellyaches and Sore throats ( takes five herbs )
3 - Can Heal Greencough, moderate injuries, bee stings, and rat bites ( takes seven herbs )
4 - Can Heal Severe Injuries ( takes eight herbs )
5 - Can heal poisoning, snake bites, broken limbs, and almost anything ( takes ten herbs )

Coughs turn into Whitecough, Whitecough turns to Greencough, and Greencough turns to Deathcough, and Deathcough is unhealable.

Slight injuries turn to moderate injuries, moderate injuries turn to severe injuries, and severe injuries result in death if not healed that day

The only exception are the ones in the level 5 Healing column, in which all of those need to be healed the day that they occur, or the victim with perish. You can't go multiple days with snake bites, poisoning or a broken limb

If you heal a severe injury, it will turn to a moderate injury. If you heal a moderate injury, it will turn to a slight injury, if you heal a slight injury, the cat will be healed.

SEASONS

Every season has three moons (or months). The seasons are called by their warrior terms. Each season brings pros and cons.

New-leaf: This is the season right after Leafbare. Hunting and herb-gathering becomes easier once this season comes. At the same time, hay-fever becomes a problem, and you will have to forage fast and heal quickly so it doesn't spread out of control. Floods also increase in chance due to melting snow.

Greenleaf: This is the season right after Newleaf. Hunting and foraging becomes a lot easier, so healing cats and feeding them shouldn't be hard. Forest fire chances increase due to the hot temperatures. There are also heat-waves that may happen if it gets hot enough, this will sap half of your cats' energy for the entire day.

Leaf-fall: This is the season right after Greenleaf. Hunting and foraging becomes slightly harder. One of the good things is that branches are very easy to come across and more will be found. Not many bad things will happen during this season, but there is a slight chance of a cat being knocked out cold by a falling branch.

Leafbare: This is the season right after Leaf-fall. Hunting and foraging will become much, much harder, and cats being hungry should be expected. Rogue attack chances will increase during this time period because of starvation. Also, fires increase in chance due to the dryness.

Days and moons mean the same thing. So, "Day two" is the equivalent to "Moon two"

ALLIES AND ENEMIES

Allies and enemies are made when two players either...

Mutually agree to help each other out when time gets tough, and to help the other fight if their enemy attacks

or

Decide that the other has done something wrong and that they need to become enemies because of that.

To become allies with somebody, you simply ask with "/ask (clan name) to become allies".

If they accept, you are now allies. If they decline, you are, well, not allies. You could declare them an enemy if you wanted.

To declare somebody is now your enemy, then you use the command "/declare (clan name) enemy" and you two are now enemies.

Why would people want to become allies or enemies, though?

For the allies part, allies can help with a lot. If all your dens are about to break, you can request for branches from your ally, and if they accept, it could help you a lot.

If you go through an intense disaster, like even a forest fire, where prey and herbs will be impossible to find, your ally could send you resources to help you out.

If your enemy attacks you, then your ally will be expected to help attack back.

For enemies, they can be made from prey stealing or declining to become allies.

If you get into a tough time, you can use the command "/steal prey/herbs/branches from (clan name)". You have a 25/100 chance of being caught, and if you are, it may result in you and the clan becoming enemies. PM the command to us.

ATTACKS AND WAR

This won't be too complicated of a system, but may he updated later.

If you have an enemy, you can "/attack (enemy Clan)"

Depending on who has more cats and the better battle skills depends on the result. Some cats of both sides might die, and there will definitely be injuries.

If the two enemies decide that want to bring it to the "next level", they can declare war on each other. That means they will be constantly attacking each other until one surrenders or they decide to make peace. Every Clan must be notified the next day if two Clans are at war.

Allies of both sides will be dragged in and expected to help fight. They could back out, but it would probably result in their ally-ship being lost.

The Clan that surrenders will be kicked out of the game, and all of their remaining cats will join the winning Clan. This Clan can reject them if it wants.

If peace is made, the war stops and the two Clans are not enemies anymore.

DISASTERS AND EVENTS

ROGUE ATTACK
- Increase in chance during Leafbare.
- There is no in-game border strength, but if you don't patrol for a long time, it will increase the chances.
- Maximum amount is ten, minimum is three.
- Severely injuring them makes them run away, or you could capture or kill them.

PREDATOR ATTACKS
- Can be foxes, bears, wolves, coyotes, hyenas, etc .
- For big animals, like a bear, there will be only one, but their health will be around five-hundred.
- For smaller animals, like foxes and wolves, there can be up to three with fifty to two-hundred health for all of them.
- They can happen at any season.

FLOODS
- Increase in chances during Greenleaf and Newleaf.
- Can destroy dens, cause a loss of prey and injure and/or kill cats.
- Use the "/evacuate clan" command
- Also use the "/save prey/herbs command

HEATWAVES
- Happens only during Greenleaf.
- Takes half of all cats energy for a whole day.

BLIZZARDS/SNOW STORMS
- Cats must travel in groups to go out, or some cats might get lost.
- Will probably result in some cats getting greencough or whitecough.
- Young apprentices shouldn't go out.
- Will only happen in Leafbare.

LIGHTNING STORMS
- If you don't have proper dens, some cats might be electrocuted and die.
- Don't send cats out alone. They won't come back.

TWO-LEG TRAPS
- DON'T SEND CATS OUT ALONE.
- Yeah, that's it.

FIRE
- Use the "/evacuate clan" command with this
- You must also use the "/save prey" command
- Will result in herbs and prey being found settling at 0-1 for even the highest skilled cats
- If you don't have an ally, if you don't steal, you will probably perish
