Abhi's POV

"Sit"I said in my own authoritative voice.

She sat infront of me with a pale face.She is sweating profusely and her eyes lashes are fluttering continuously.

"What is this?"I showed her the letter which she wrote to me while she left me without a word,a proper reason.

She didn't speak averted her gaze away from me.

"I asked you What is this?"I yelled at her.

She twitched once and looked at me with a frightened face.

"What is this?"This time I asked slowly placing in her hand.

"Letter...Le...tt...er"She stammered.I didn't stop looking into her eyes.

Her eyes are avoiding me all the time.I sighed and she looked into my eyes for a second with gleaming eyes.

"Read it"I said calmly controlling my anger,composing myself.

"What?!.."She looked at me with a baffled face.

"You heard right,read it aloud"I ordered.

"I can't!"She tried to crumble the paper and threw it off.

I caught her wrist in time.

"Leave me,please"She whispered.

"I won't.I am not you to leave me with out a word"I said curtly.

She is crying bitterly.I wanted to hug her but I am really angry with her.

"Read it"I said holding her wrist tightly.

"I can't. .."She nodded lowering her head.

"Okay,if you can't read it I will..."I grabbed the letter from her hand

"I will"She forwarded her hand and I gave it to her.She started reading it aloud.

"Dear Abhi,

Will you ever forgive me?I know I don't deserve you love and forgiveness."She cooed lowering her head.

"What would you do if I won't forgive you forever?"I asked her.

She didn't respond but shed few tears calmly.I don't want to hurt her.

"Continue...."I ordered.

"I was wondering how your life would be without my interference?Probably much better.You wouldn't have lost your Sister.Neelu would've be alive."She burst out into tears.

"I already told you and will tell you again you are not responsible for Neelu's death.She could've asked me or dad for help but she didn't.It was an accident not a preplanned murder"I caught her jaw and looked into her eyes.

"My life will be empty with out you . Don't ever dare to say that it will be better.Idiot"I left her and asked her to continue.

She dropped the paper and fell on her knees.I went to her and made her sit and took that paper into my hands and continued reading it.

"Sorry,Sorry for snatching away her from you.I know I am a heartless girl.I know I am."I looked at her.

"Yes you proved you are a heartless,you left me insanely without a word."I dragged her into my lap and she is sobbing like a child.

"Do you remember you once asked me why do I think I won't deserve any happiness in my life? It's because my ill fate.It never allows me to be happy.It cruelly snatches away people who I love without any mercy on me.

I lost my mom at the time of my birth itself.I never saw her in my life,not even once.My dad showered me all his love heeding all those comments passed by our relatives.They always blamed me for her death."I read and looked at her void of any emotions.

"Please Abhi,Please stop it"She screamed burrying her face in the crook of my neck,closing her ears with her hands.

"Who wrote this letter Seshi?"I asked her.She lifted her head up slowly and looked at me with a wide open eyes.

"Tell me?"I asked her in stern tone.

"Me"She let a sob out.

"If you yourself can't hear it how could you expect me to read it?"I questioned her.

She didn't speak at all.

I cupped her face and looked into her eyes.

"I love you"I kissed her forehead.

"I love you too"She burst into tears.

"Do you love me?"I asked her seriously.

"Yes!"She nodded wiping her tears.

"Then why did you leave me?"I asked her again but as softly as possible.

"I was worried about you,your safety"Her answer made me overwhelm with love.

"Then how could you think I can leave you alone to your fate and let you suffer?"I asked looking at her innocent face.

"I am sorry"She whispered.

"Sh....!"I placed my finger on her lips.

"I hate to hear those words from you"I said sincerely for which she nodded smiling with teary eyes.

"I beg you don't blame yourself for things which had happened in past.We are not any celestial being to go back into past and rectify our mistakes.What we have is today."I said smiling a bit.

"I can't forgive myself and more over fear is haunting me all the time"She said with a sullen face.

"I am here with you holding your hand firmly.No fear or No one will approach you till I am alive"I said kissing her knuckles.

"I felt helpless and I felt your life is in risk"She said in a genuine tone.

"It's your life which is in risk not mine"I whispered.

"What?!"She couldn't hear what I said.

"Nothing"I nodded.

"Please don't do something which will throw your life in risk.I can't live without you.I love you.Please don't do something like this.Please"I begged her holding her hands.

"No,I won't.I promise you I won't."She said nodding at me.

"That's my girl"I cupped her cheek and pinched them.

"Awch...."She said rubbing them with her palms.

"Tell me one thing why did you come here?How do you know Preeti's parents live here?"I asked her.

"I enquired about her with the help of chaitra.I thought I have to clear the issue and apologise them"She said with guilt filled tone.

"Don't blame you for her suicide."I kissed her hand.

She simply nodded "no"

"Have you ate anything? "I asked her though I know her answer.

She gave a pale smile.

"I know.I know.Hence.I brought this for you"I started feeding her morsels of food..
