The frail darkness of night engulfed by colourful neon lights holding all the happiness and bliss that usually come with sun. Soft music, bright colours and smiling faces flashed around as soon as they entered in the room. Though everything was beautifully arranged, but he could feel the soft panic in her, that could even grew further or fade too, depending on the greet they were going to receive and obviously it grew. Just stepping in the scene made her breathing rapid and shallow. She could feel her pulse pounding in her temples and legs shaking that she was afraid, she would trip. She had her palms around his arm holding him tight, but suddenly it was tighter. Her nails almost digged in his forearm and elbow. He sighed, looked at her side and opened his mouth, probably to make her comfortable but couldn't, as a loud sound of applaud and a rush of eager business men rolled to their side like a torrent of the sea.

As a huge spotlight came over them dimming all other lights and they were surrounded by a group of photographers, he compelled to faintly smile. She dragged in a sharp breath and blink her eyes trying to set her heart on peace, but all she could listen, even in between the demands of different poses, that was her own loudly thumping heart. But then she looked at him, smiled and nodded a little, somehow managing her ramming heart.

Sameer understood her nervousness very well, blinked his eyes to comfort her, rubbed her arms and squeezed her shoulder while posing for pics, did everything possible to ease her, but couldn't say anything and almost growled on this helplessness. He sharply drew in some breaths, trying to think, trying to find some way, but got more anxious as her anxiety was killing him.

Till this moment, Naina had successfully calmed herself, dragged in sharp breaths and let out the first genuine smile. She looked at the grime line of his pursed lips and not only blinked her eyes as a sort of assurance, but softly whispered an inaudible 'don't worry.." too. As if all the exsepration flew in air and sighing he hold her close and posed for another one, but little that poor soul knew that this was not the end but the start of her miseries or perhaps their miseries.

"Sir... If you don't mind, please ek single picture le sakte hai.. ma'am, if don't mind.. please....", someone from the photographers requested, but it almost like a bomb on their hearts.

Naina trembled lightly but then smiled a little awkward though. She looked at him, blinked her eyes and slightly nodded then moved aside. Sameer frowned as even before he could say something, he felt her hand slipping from his elbow. Something happened or perhaps not, but his heart fluttered violently seeing her moving away.

"No.... Enough now...",he roared stiffening a number of faces and hold her hand tight in his palms.

All the photographers and some guests too looked at him bewildered of his loudness. The party seemed on halt for a moment but next moment with a smile he added,"we are not models yaar... I think abhi ke liye enough pics le liye aap logo ne... Now please, let us join the party, atleast let us meet the esteemed guests... Baki pics baad me le lijiye..."

A number of reactions prevailed in the big hall, but then it seemed like a stream of relief washed over easing some expressions but glooming some excited face, those were so ready to make a headline out of his infamous rage. But she smiled, something rushed through her as her stifled breathing was instantly set free.

"Aaiye sir... Please come...", making a way in between the rush of photographers Mr. Arora along with some other persons rushed near him and greeted him.

"What the hell Mr. Arora... I think i was very loud and clear, when i said a big no to reporters this time...",he murmured gritting his teeth and heading inside.

"He he he... Haanji sirji... Aapne to kha tha, pr wo kya hai naa ki boss ne kha to mai...he he he... Sorry sirji, lekin ab naukri to unki hi karta hu naa...", sensing his storming rage, Arora immediately slipped into his known flattering avatar.

Sameer gritted his teeth on the name of his boss, his fists clenched and body stiffened. He muttered something inaudibly but somehow managed to keep a neutral expression. Soon they were greeted by lots of bouquets and a number of persons came forward to meet him or rather both of them. With a long sigh, he shook hands with everyone but soon his eyebrows knitted together.

Sameer Maheshwari almost growled sensing prying eyes ogling on his wife. He looked at her but oblivious to this storm, she was softly smiling and talking to a random girl, must be spouse of someone in the crowd. It's just he took a virtual tour of the place and noticed drooling to jealous and cunning to disgusting views piercing her body. "Huh... nanu thik kahte the... Ye sab kuch nhi bna hai meri Naina ke liye... Nainu, ko yha nhi lana chahiye tha... Tchh...", He made a pout and mumbled. His fingers unknowingly tightened on her hand and slowly he pulled her to himself.

Naina jerked on sudden pull. Though it was slow but alarmed her senses. She sharply looked at him and opened her mouth to say something, but even after feeling the togetherness of each other only, they both were obviously not alone in that crowded room and kept interrupting by someone whenever tried to talk to each other. This time Mitali interrupted her and came rushing with a bouquet for them.

Mitali gave Naina the bouquet and said softly,"welcome sir... Welcome ma'am... I hope you both found the arrangements upto mark..", sameer hmphed but Naina nodded slightly indicating her positive response for the arrangements.

Mitali sighed in relief and added more to her conversation,"ma'am... Aap bhut pretty lag rahi ho... I swear koi stylist aapko itna classy but sober look nhi de pata... And dress ki coordination bhi bilkul perfect hai, sir ke saath... Abhi reporting bytes ki pics bhi bhut achi aayegi.."

"What... Reporting bytes...", before Naina could even react, he snapped and roared,"what is this Ms wadhwa, some kind of circus... And what am I, an entrepreneur or entertainer... God damn, these awards..."

"Sir wo...",she stammered, didn't know what to say, but her smiling lips dropped and excited face gloomed a bit.

"Koi baat nhi, Mitali... Aap jaiye... Baki arrangements dekhiye... We are fine....", Naina looked his seething angry face and said slowly to save the poor soul from his rage.

As soon as she left, Naina grabbed his hand, stepped closer to him and asked politely,"kya hua hai aapko... Aap aise q behave kar rahe hai... Hum yha guest hai, host nhi.. toh fr har chiz hamare hisab kaise ho sakti hai... Is tarah se gussa karna acha lagta hai kya..."

"Yeah right... Ab tum bhi Mrs. Somani ke jaise mujhe manners aur etiquettes pr lecture do....", something badly pinched him, and he raged once again.

"Sameer aap...",she flinched sensing an hurt surfacing again and softly caressing his hand she choose to soothe the pain instead of any justification and said again,"lecture nhi, lekin aapki ye tension, ye pareshani dard de rahi hai mujhe... Please ab gussa mat kijiye... Aapki smile dekhni hai genuine wali... Aise gussa nhi dekha jata...",she cutely dipped her face at one side and said.

"Naina tum.... ",He sighed a long breath as if trying to vent out the frustration of something, he was not even understanding and blabbered,"nhi mai pareshan nhi... Bas tum thodi nervous thi naa to maine socha ki shayad tumhe aur pareshani hogi... "

"Achaaaww... Pakka", God knows why, but she felt at that moment that something else was bothering him too and bent a little to look into his lowered eyes and asked.

"Haa... Wo mai... Jabse yha aye hai, sab...",he paused for a moment and she asked understanding his dilemmas very well now, and asked pursing her lips and kinda enjoying his condition,"sab... Sab kya..."

Sameer puffed his mouth and said with a cute pout," sab tumhe dekh rahe hai... Ghur ghur ke...q... Mujhe... Mujhe bhut gussa aa rha hai...",he twisted his mouth and pulled her to him with a jerk.

Naina sniggered seeing his puffed mouth, but just next moment pursed her lips seeing his glaring eyes. She wanted to say something, but then it was totally impossible to get a alone chatting time while surrounded by a rush of excited people and exactly happened with them again and they were interrupted by a loud and excited squealing. "Hey buddy... Kaisa hai...", It was unknown for Naina but very familiar for Sameer.

"Ashish...",he turned to see the source and happily greeted someone coming there side with great enthusiasm.

"Kaisa hai hamara hero... Suna hai hero ko apni heroine mil gyi...",The upcoming stranger hugged him enthusiastically with a wide smile and Sameer smiled on an instant.

Naina surprisingly looked at the new guest, who somehow successfully managed to brought a wide smile on her husband's gloomy face; finally. She let out a deep breath and smiling looked at the banters of two friends.

Sameer punched lightly in his gut and asked faking an anger,"kaminey.. tu shadi me q nhi aaya ye bta..."

"Arey yaar... Maaf kar de... But Ruchi ki tabiyt bhut kharab thi... Janta hai na ki we are pregnant... So bas nhi aa saka... Acha ye gile shikwe to hote rahenge... Pehle bhabhi se toh mila de...", Ashish replied and completed himself giving a glance to Naina.

"Hmm...",he hummed and turned to Naina, pulled her closer looming his hands around her shoulders and said softly,"Nainu... Ye hai Ashish... Nainitaal me mera roommate and best friend..."

Naina nodded and passed a smile to him and Sameer continued,"and Ashish... She is my life, my wife, my angel, my everything... My Naina..."

"Hello bhabhi...", Ashish excitedly greeted her, but then surely something mischievous flashed on his mind. He smirked, looked at Sameer with corner eyes and said again, this time with double enthusiasm,"bhabhi.. aap itni khubsoorat ho naa, ki kya btau... Sachhi, is pure hall me koi bhi itna haseen nhi hai.. and aapki eyes... Seriously, sahi naam hai aapka, Naina... Aur aapke baal toh..."

Naina jerked on this open detailed praising, but couldn't say anything as somehow sensed the hint of that mischief in his eyes. But it was too much for Sameer. Something red passed through his eyes and dark possessiveness coursed through nerves. He looked at Ashish, though very well guessing his game, but still it was too much to bear for him. He kept his hand and said to him,"Ashish gupta... Do you know that I maybe not able to kill everyone in the room... But you are gone for sure...", Though his voice was low and calm, but that sharp and cold voice had the thunders of clouds.

"Hey hey hey... Cool buddy... Bhabhi hai meri... Itna haq banta hai mera... Tune kam filmen nhi dekhi meri girlfriend now cum wifey ke saath...", Ashish retorted instantly.

"Hein... Filmen...", it's time for a shock to Naina. She gasped and stared at him. Ashish giggled and Sameer gave him a 'you are finished buddy' look and turned to Naina.

"Nainu tum..",he quickly wanted to explain, but this time again a stern but cold voice interrupted them.

************************************

"Ohh hellow Mr. Maheshwari... ",a voice he didn't want to hear, but fell in his ears. The reactions were very prominent in the moment almost from everyone. Sameer closed his eyes for a moment, muttered something under his breath and turned towards the source of voice. While Ashish frowned looking at his expressions, tried to understand the equation between the two and Naina jerked, took a back step quickly and her hands fisted in the sides of her dress automatically.

"Hello Mr. Kartik... Didn't expect that the host himself would come late...",with a sigh Sameer opened his eyes and be ready to play the role of business man Sameer Maheshwari.

Yeah actually I got late... But as you know these ladies... Kitna time leti hai ready hone me... Oh no no.. mujhe koi objection nhi, akhir tabhi to itni khubsoorat aur haseen lagti hai..",Kartik completed his last lines winking at sameer and eyeing Naina so deep as if trying to peep through her cloths and ended up making her more uncomfortable and Sameer more furious.

Sameer just wanted to punch right on his face, but neither wanted to make a ruckus in a party, specially before media, as it could effect Naina adversely, nor wanted to end their beautiful trip with a bitter memory forever. He took a deep breath inorder to calm himself and turned to Naina said softly to her,"Nainu... Why don't you go and have some refreshments... Mai Mr. Bajaj se thodi baate kar lu... Tum bore ho jaogi naa..."

Naina nodded, though didn't want to go alone, but understood his implications very well and stepped ahead to go. But suddenly Kartik stepped in her way and stopped her and about to say something, when a roar fell in his ears.

"Mr. Kartik...", Sameer growled and this time his voice had everything; dark roars of high shores and deep warnings of thundering clouds.

"Mr. Maheshwari... Please... Don't.. don't take me wrong... Mai bas... Bas Shivani se aapki PRINCESS se milwana chahta tha...", Kartik quickly pulled up his reason but sttutered too.

Just then a young lady came and stood beside him. Sameer, Naina and Ashish altogether looked at her from toe to head. Clad in black strapy heels, black stockings, black knee-length, body hugging sequined off-shoulder dress, blow-dried gel set hairs, smoky eyes and dark red lipstick, that lady had a strange, extremely unfamiliar slutry look and weird vibes. Naina's eyes widened seeing her, Sameer lowered his eyes then looked at Kartik but Ashish interestingly feasted her exposed skin virtually.

"Ohh darling... Meet Mr. Maheshwari... You were very excited naa; our awardee and business man of the year, and she is his wife Mrs. Naina Maheshwari..", Kartik introduced her to Sameer and Naina and then said looking at them,"aur ye hai Shivani... My wife..."

Sameer gently greeted her and Naina too smiled wide at her and said a hello.

"Waise Sameerji... Kartik ne nhi kha, but I am a big fan of yours... Kafi suna hai aapke bare me... And aapke last award ke baad jo interview aaya tha, maine pta nhi kitne baar padha tha... And fr aapki shadi... I seriously wanted to meet your wife, so jaan saku ki kisne aapko humse.. oops i mean ki sabse chura liya...",as soon as she completed, Sameer let out a deep breath of relief as it felt an all time tortured to listen to her and most importantly looking at her weird moves.

Naina gasped feeling a totally unfamiliar feeling. Unfamiliar, coz neither it was jealousy nor possessiveness, but an estrange flame that was ready to consume her insides and unknowingly her fingers tightened on sameer's palm.

"Uh hii...", suddenly she said to Ashish and all focus turned to him.

"Ohh hellow Mr. Gupta... Nice to see you...",being in the same business circle Kartik too knew him and greeted him gently.

"Hello both of you, Mr. And Mrs. Bajaj..", Ashish gave a deep look to Shivani, while she too flaunted herself proudly or rather shamelessly.

With a big sigh, Sameer rolled his eyes looked at his friend and turned to Naina. But before he could say anything, perhaps Kartik measured his move and said to Shivani,"Darling... Why don't you go and introduce Mrs. Maheshwari to your friends.."

"Oh yeah... Sounds good... Bbye sweetie... Come Naina... Let me introduce you my bae...",she bid a goodbyes to gentlemen and walked away.

Naina looked at Sameer before walking with her and moved after he nodded slightly.

"Come Mr. Maheshwari... Let me introduce you my associates and investors... Mr. Gupta, aap bhi aaiye please...", Kartik tried to be a good host and successfully masquerade his grudges behind the skin of a good business man.

*************************************

After around half of hour of draining meeting and chatting with really influencial people of business chamber, Sameer had finally got some spare time. He looked at Naina, but she seemed busy with ladies group. Ahh sigh... He took a mocktail amd about to go near her, but a tight pat on his back compelled him to turn. It was Ashish again and before he could comprehend, Ashish pulled him near bar table and they both sat sharing some memories or perhaps some really nice and profitable deals.

On the other hand, Naina, who was really looking like enjoying so much, actually getting a very hard time. These big society parties, bitching about others, talking on new fashion trends and jewellery or discussing hot shots of society was actually not her cup of tea. She was the music of nights, poems of morning, freshness of flowers and purity of dew drops. This was all so not made for her. This was all nothing but pure torture for her. She tried to find Sameer in the rush. She noticed or perhaps not, but her lips automatically curved upwards seeing him smiling and talking happily with Ashish. A smile that never failed to allure her, a smile that she was missing for a while. She looked at his sharp features of side profile, when someone from the group called her and her attention diverted. Just then, probably feeling the heat of her eyes, he turned and looked her but, alas, missed her.

"Naina... Aap kitna kam bolti hai... Aapke wha bhi aise hi rehti hai ya sirf hamare saamne chup hai..", Mansi, the most talkative lady from the group, quipped at her.

"Nhi aisa nhi.. mai to bas...", Naina replied.

"Ohh, come on Mansi... Tum bhi kya... Wha kha gaon me hoti hongi aisi parties...", before she could reply to Mansi, someone else quipped again.

"Nahi Ahmedabad gaon nhi... Aur rahi baat parties ki to obviously hoti hai, but mai... Actually college ke baad itna time hi nhi milta ki bhut jyada parties jaa saku..", Naina replied honestly.

"College...",some murmurs erupted from each side, something conspired between the group as they looked at each other and smirked vilely.

"Ohh... Aap to kitni young lagti hai.. lga hi nhi ki college me padhati bhi hongi...",a voice, soft at first look but loaded with sarcasm fell in her ears.

"Nhi... Padhati nhi.. mai to padhti hu... Third year graduation...", even before she could process the question or rather the sarcasm in her mind this reply automatically slipped from her lips.

"Ohh.. Matlab aap... I mean kafi age difference hogi naa aapke and Sameerji ke bich...",this time it was Shivani, tried to troll her.

"Matlab... I mean...",she may replied or may be not, but interrupted by Shivani again.

"Ohh no no... Naina.. don't take it otherwise... Mai to bas yu hi puchh rahi thi... Don't be so uncomfortable...", though she replied calmly, but a small smile playing behind her lips was too flashy to ignore and the wink she gave to her group instantly made Naina extremely uncomfortable. Suddenly she lost even her left over strength and interest in that party, or the group, or probably in everything around. Slowly she excused herself and get out of that group, but soft whispers and sniggers followed her for long.

Just a matter of one moment and she felt all alone in the room. It was the moment when she missed his warm presence around herself so badly. She looked at him, but he seemed busy discussing, may be something very important with a group. She wanted to go to him, but knew that he would be upset, may be his smile would fade, maybe he would be angry and do something unacceptable and even worse, he may be stomped out of the party, just now. She sighed, took a glass of some drink from a passing by waiter, sat on a empty chair in a side corner and sipped slowly.

**********************************

"Hey sweetu... Yha akeli q baithi ho aur ye kya pi rahi ho...",she was so lost that even failed to notice Sameer, who came seeing her sitting alone.

She smiled. 'Ahh that smile... That bloomed like a fresh flowers on her soft pink lips enticed him. He gazed deeply on those soft petals and bit his lower lip thinking something not so innocent obviously.

God knows it was his deep eyes or the game of lights, but her face surrounded by a soft pink hue instantly. She nervously looked at him, miserably failed in gazing at his lips hungrily but just next moment controlled herself, looked around and closed her lips over straw of her drink.

Those soft luscious lips closed on that straw with a pout... Ahh what an absolute assault on his senses when he was so indulged in thinking something so naughty. He almost groaned knowing the whereabouts and helplessness of surroundings. He dragged in a sharp breath and just to divert his mind pulled that glass from her hand and asked,"ye kya hai.. kya pi rhi ho..", and lifted the glass to take a sip probably.

It was only then a sharp smell filled in his nostrils. He gasped, looked at the glass suspiciously, then glanced at her face deeply, as if trying to find something. Naina looked at his frown and about to ask, when he himself said,"Nainu... Tum thik ho naa... Ye to hard drink hai... Umm, I mean alcohol hai isme... Tumne jyada to nhi pi..."

"Kyaaa...",she shuddered with the thought even. Her heart thumped violently and she stammered,"alcohol... Matlab.. sharab... Sameer... Sharab kaise... Mujhe pta hi...mujhe pta hi nhi chala... Taiji.. taiji ko pta chala to mujhe jaan se hi maar dengi... Sameer, sorry maine... Maine ye kaise...",she kept her palm on her mouth and kept on blabbering,"maine kuch gadbad kar di toh... Mujhe room pr jana chahiye naa... Mai... Mai...",she was on the verge of crying just next moment.

"Nainu... Sweetu... Listen to me sweetheart... Nainu...", Sameer tried to say something holding her shoulders, but seeing her so affected, quickly cupped her face and said,"Naina... Dekho mujhe... Baat to suno sweetheart... Dekho kuch nhi hoga... I promise... Dekho naa, tumne sirf ek do sip hi liya hai... Aur ye toh diluted hai, wo bhi mild form me... Kuch nhi hoga... Ghabrao mat... Haa agar thoda bhi uneasy lage to btana, hum wapis chalenge... Thik hai... Thik hai... Hai naa...",he nodded and she too nodded along with him peeping in his eyes deeply.

Naina lowered her head as a guilt started to grip her heart. She was so willing and infact fully apprized to make this trip special for him, but now committed a blunder on the first day itself. It's only one thing that he couldn't bear her tears, had somehow compelled her to hold her tears and she tried to smile overwhelmed with his loving concern.

"Waise... I wish ki tum ye ittu saa nhi thoda jyada pi leti...", suddenly his excited voice fell on his ears and she looked at him confused. He smirked and added more,"socho naa... Mujhe dekhne milta ki meri bholi si, masoom biwi bahak kar kya karegi...",he winked at last and her eyes widened but next moment she blushed deeply.

"Kaho, kya khayal hai... Aj raat ko mangwa le room me...",he raised his one eyebrow and asked increasing the blush on her cheeks.

"Kya hua... Kaho to abhi room me chale...",he leaned and whispered huskily, while his deep eyes and hoarse voice raised up the heat around, but sent chills in her spine.

"Sameer aap...",she stuttered and he laughed loud, pinched her nosetip and said sweetly,"aisi hi hasti huyi, sharmili si Naina hai meri... Bas aur kuch jyada sochne ki jarurat nhi... Aise hi achi lagti ho mujhe..."

Naina smiled this time like free bird and deep inside his heart, he sighed a relived breath.

"Acha Naina, suno ek baat... Actually abhi ye reporters ko thoda thorough byte dene jana padega... Umm, I am so sorry jaan, I know ki tum thoda uncomfortable ho, but... Maine to mna bhi kiya...",he hold her hand and slowly explained.

"Koi baat nhi... Mai thik hu ab..",she replied.

"Waise agar tum aana naa chaho toh koi baat nhi... Tum yhi baitho, mai fatafat se wo sab khatam karke aata hu...",he suddenly came with another option for her.

Naina thought of this for a moment, though not wanted to leave his side, but still slightly skeptical about her alcohol consumption and now never wanted to create another problem for him. Thinking so she just nodded and said,"jaise aap kahe... Mujhe koi problem nhi..."

Sameer grinned and stood up to go, where a rush of reporters was waiting for him. Naina too stood up with him, dusted imaginary dust from his shoulders lightly and adjust his already well set collars mumbling,"All the best..."

Sameer felt the love filling in his every nerve of heart in her smallest gesture even. He smiled, leaned and dropped a soft kiss on her hairs. Though she blushed like fresh flowers but thanked that they were in a dim lighted corner and his showered love was hidden from evil eyes, but little did that innocent soul know that a camera had already captured this precious moment of them.

Sameer stepped ahead to go to the reporters, but then something shifted in his heart. He came back to her, hold her hand and said,"chalo..."

And with a wide smile she got up to be with him always.

*********************************

"Sir, ma'am... Sabse pehle to aap dono ko congratulations... It's a big day for you both..
But sir, shadi ke baad pehli baar ma'am ke saath aise koi function attend kar rahe hai, toh I hope ki thode personal questions puchhe jaa sakte hai... I mean if you don't mind.... Please...", before then any question, a reporter asked politely, but Sameer almost growled in irritation.

As soon as, they came on dais, Kartik and Shivani too joined them, but ended up only irritating him with their weird moves and poses and now this question increased the gravity of his agonies.

He thought for a while and slowly replied to reporter,"see... We are not any film or tv star... Ek celebrity ke personal life me kisi ko interest ho sakta hai, but ek businessman ki dry routine life kisi ko kya interest hoga.. but still agar aap puchhna chahte hai to puchhiye... Waise I hope ki koi apni limits push nhi karega...", He replied visibly calmly, but his deep eyes and stern voice had the warnings of storms.

"Sir... Aapki pehle ki life aur shadi ke baad ki life kya difference aaya hai... I mean specially aapki work life me...",after some typical questions about new policies and deals, a reporter asked.

Sameer chuckled thinking something and replied smirking,"jyada kuch khas nhi... But ab kabhi kabhi chhutti lene ka bhi dil karta hai..."

"Lekin isse kya aapke kaam me problems nhi aati...", someone retorted from the crowd.

"No... Not at all... Qki chhutti lene ka dil karta hai, but mai leta nhi, qki dhakke dekar office bhej diya jata hu...",he sniggered and everyone else too, but Naina gasped, widened her eyes and turned sharply to him, muttering something inaudibly.

A reporter might be noticed this and fired his next question for Naina. He asked,"ma'am... Aapse to ye sawal puchhne ki jarurat nahin, kyunki jahir hai aapki lifestyle mein kafi fark aaya hoga... Toh kaisa lga jab ek middle class family ki beti se aap itne bade business man ki wife ban gayi..."

"Umm... Thoda interesting tha, but thoda difficult bhi tha... Lekin acha lga qki har kadam pr Sameer hamesha mere saath the...",she stiffened a bit listening the question but then replied softly. Rather than her, the question irked Sameer more, but he too kept silent seeing her replying.

"Ma'am...",it made clear that next question was also for her, she looked at the reporter and he asked further,"ma'am.. itne chhote se ghar se nikal ke aap itne bade ghar ki bahu ban gyi... Lekin fr bhi aapne kuch property rights ke liye apne hi parivaar pr case kar diya.. kya ye shadi ki koi shart thi..."

It was more than enough to enrage the flares of his anger and he was about to shout, when suddenly she hold his hand and he knew what she wanted. She never wanted him to loose his temper and somehow he controlled himself and waited for her to speak.

She smiled softly and replied,"ye case ki kahani to bhut lambi hai... I am sure ki abhi koi sunna nhi chahega... And rahi baat property ya shadi ki shart ki, toh mai bta du ki hume to aisi kisi property ka pta bhi nhi tha... Sameer ne toh pehle hi meri zindagi khushiyon se bhar di hai, hamesha sab kuch diya hi hai, kabhi kuch manga nhi... Shadi ke baad do log zindagi baant lete hai, fr ye thodi si property ki kya baat hai... Jab uske liye koi decision lena hoga, hum dono milkar lenge... Waise bhi wo case sirf property ka nhi hai... Wo property toh already mere naam hai fr case q... Aap logo ko thodi misunderstanding huyi hai..."

"Ab agar sare sawal khatam ho gye ho toh, can we enjoy the party...",he gritted his teeth and said chewing his every word.

The reporters instantly understood the brewing storm under his skin and started to disappear slowly.

*******************************

"Chill dude... Don't worry... Nothing happened...", it's Ashish who immediately tried to calm him after that horrified byte session and he nodded slowly, opting not to loose but just enjoy the moment for her.

"Acha, agar tu thik hai toh come, Mr. Batra tujhse milna chahte hai... Bhut bade investor hai wo...", Ashish informed and he nodded and said,"haa, tu chal mai aata hu..."

As soon as Ashish left, he turned to Naina and said to her,"Nainu... I don't think ki hum saath me dinner kar payenge... Udhar kuch log hai, jinse mujhe milna important hai and dinner bhi whi karna padega... Tum please..."

"Koi baat nhi... Aap jaiye... Mai kha lungi...",she gave him a bright smile quietly pouring peace in his raging nerves and he sighed in relief but mumbled again,"sorry jaan... Please kha lena..."

"Don't worry... Aap jaiye... Mai kha lungi... Promise...",she replied again and then he left for another side of room.

Naina took a deep breath, looked at his retreating figure then glanced towards the corner, where food counters were arranged and went that side but didn't feel like eating anything. She thought to go after some time again and looked around for an empty table.

*********************************

"Bhabhi... Come let's dance...",out of nowhere, Ashish came suddenly and demanded.

"Kya.. nhi nhi... Mai... Mujhe dance nhi aata...",she stuttered looking at the dance floor where some people were grooving in fun.

"Ohh please bhabhi, chalo naa... ",He tugged at her hand and said.

Helplessly Naina looked around. Far enough on a table indulged in some discussions, he was munching on something. She actually didn't know how to react. There on dance floor all were dancing anonymously with anyone. "Perhaps, it is normal for them... Normal in this kind of high class parties...",She thought and recalled some scenes of movies too. She sighed, thinking that this might be normal for them, but she was extremely uncomfortable.

She didn't know how to tackle him, but then he pulled her again, this time requesting a little loudly. Though she became more uncomfortable but now apprehensive of making a scene here in party, as his loud voice successfully claimed attention from some persons around. She thought of everything and nodded to him following his pull till dance floor.

On the dance floor it was easy, as the songs were mostly rocking dance numbers and they didn't need to dance close for that. She somehow managed to smile. But God only knows what suddenly got into Ashish, as he pulled her closer. She gasped, her eyes widened and extreme sense of unease seeped in every nerve. She immediately stepped back and stuttered,"Ashishji... Ye... Ye aap...",she stammered and glared at him. He seemed lost, perhaps so soused under the frenzy effect of excessive alcohol, but she herself was not in state to hold him, or support him. But he tried to pull her again holding her waist and muttered,"ohh, come on Naina... don't be a spoil sport... Ye hamari party hai.. yha aise hi hota hai... Waise bhi mai aur Sameer, hamesha sab share karte aaye hai..."

Naina felt dizzy as if earth was slipping beneath. She struggled for breath and somehow pulled back from his tight hold saying a bit loudly,"Ashishji.. leave me... Just... Please...", She somehow muttered, pulled herself out from his filthy hold and squeezed shut her eyes to hold back the tears.

"Shit man... You...", Ashish growled in desperation and stepped towards her, but before he could do anything, Naina quickly took some backsteps and ran towards washroom, perhaps to gather herself, perhaps to cry her heart out, perhaps to remove that filthy touch of that pervert. She herself didn't know, but just ran.

Sameer had just finished his dinner and discussion and moved his eyes around the room to find her, when he saw her almost running towards washroom. He instantly sensed something wrong and about to go behind her, when some soft murmurs hold his steps. He didn't turn around or try to eavesdropping, but those soft murmurs soon turned into clear whispers and giggles that filled his heart with rage and agony.

"Nainu, chalo ab chalte hai... Kafi der ho gyi hai...",he quietly said to Naina, when after some minutes of simmering in that flame, she reappeared in the hall.

Naina wanted to say something but his deep eyes mirrored the pain that she felt deeper in her heart too. She just nodded and followed his tug silently.

"Sameer... Kya hua... Kuch hua hai naa...", Naina tried to ask as soon as they got settled in their car, but he remained silent.

Naina stared at his face for a long minute tried to find his grief, but she couldn't put her finger on anything. She was getting restless more and more. It was soon when she would prodded him again, but he slowly pulled her closer tugging hia arm around her shoulders and said dropping a kiss on her head,"don't worry... I am alright... Room me chalke aram se baat karenge..."

Rest of journey, that was no more than 20 minutes, went in silence. Just her, snuggling in his warmth sometimes and him dropping kisses on her hairs.

On the reception counter of hotel, they were informed that their room was successfully changed and now they had to go in new room. This was obviously a surprise for Naina, but this time some more important things were running around so badly, that it didn't affect her more. Though she thought to ask but sensing his condition cancelled the idea herself and just followed him.

Sameer threw his jacket on the couch and sat with a thump. He dragged in some long breaths, rested his head on the backrest and tried to process everything in his mind that happened in party. Those words in whispers were eating his sanity.

"Arey, chhote ghar ki ladki hai aur bhala kya hi expect karoge..."

"Chhodo ye chhota ghar and all... Ab itna bada businessman aise hi toh shadi nhi ki hogi... You know naa, these small town ls girls... Eewww... Yaad hai Shivani... She was just like her... But ab dekho... Kitne contracts usko aage karke liye hai Kartik ne... You know, how those two are... Abhi bhi suna hai in Maheshwaris se kisi bade collaboration ke chakkar me hai... To kuch to dikhaya hoga Sameer ne bhi..."

"Oh yeah, ajkal kaun si badi baat hai... Badi companies ke CEO ke bedroom me ek do raate rangeen... Bas mil gya contract..."

"Waise ye ladki toh umar me bhi chhoti hai... Iske dum pr toh Maheshwari industries kafi bade contracts le sakti hai..."

"Yeah, she is young... But uska face dekha... Thoda bujha bujha sa nhi tha... Thakela types..."

"Arey, itni mismatched shadi... Sameer ko dekha hai... Status wagerah toh chhodo, but inki toh age bhi kitni mismatched hai... She just... "

"Yaar, maine to aisa bhi suna hai ki mard sirf apni ego satisfaction ke liye chhoti umar ki ladkiyo se shadi karte hai aur fr pati ke haq ke naam pr toh, you know...."

He didn't know who these toxic voices belonged to, neither he looked at their expressions, nor had courage to turn and reply, but just tried to evaluate the situation, in which she restlessly ran towards the washroom. "Do these murmurs have to do something with her restlessness... Is she doubting his intentions of marriage... Has he overlooked something...",all kind of painful questions were running into his mind making him very perturbed.

Naina looked at him, infact patiently waited for him to say something, but the silence increased minute by minute. Though she herself was very disturbed this time. She wanted nothing but to lose herself in his arms, to share everything that had happened and to say everything that had passed through her. But this things could wait, as he seemed more in need. Now she couldn't wait anymore. She decided something, walked to him and asked looping her hands in his neck from back,"Sameer... Kya baat hai... Business ki koi problem hai kya... Aap mujhse bhi chhupayenge... Please btaiye naa...",she leaned, rubbed her cheeks to his and asked softly.

Sameer hold her palm that was moving over his heart as of trying to soothe his pain and pulled her slowly before himself and made her sit on couch. He looked in her eyes for some moments and then said quietly,"Nainu... Ek baat... Wo... Umm... Jab..."

"Boliye naa Sameer... Aisi kya baat hai... Aapko itna disturbed kabhi nhi dekha...",she hold his hand and said giving him all her loving assurance.

"Ummm... Nainu... Jab hamari shadi hone wali thi naa...",he took a painful pause, that grew restlessness in her. She shifted a little, come closer to him and patted his hand as a sort of reassurance and he said slowly again,"Nainu... Us waqt... Mai... I mean hamari age... Mera matlab hai ki mai thoda sa... Maine nanu se bhi kha tha ki ye kafi jyada difference hai... Par us waqt... I mean tum to...", He stammered, didn't actually understand that how to say this to her, or ask her, or perhaps what actually he wanted to or need to say, but she understood; very well understood and now knew too that how to tackle him.

Naina quickly thought something, pulled out her hands from his and said seeing him with cornered eyes and making a dramatic expressions. "Ohhhhhhh.... Achaa.... Aur pta hai kya, wo Mrs. Mittal thi naa, unhone aj jo diamond necklace pehna tha naa, wo toh unhone char mahine pehle Mr. Gurang ki party me bhi pehna tha... Isshh, no class at all... Aise koi jewellery repeat karta hai kya...",she stopped just for a moment and all this while he was gaping at her as she was possessed by some high society aunty's soul.

He might gonna ask something, but she started again, "aur pta hai kya, that Mrs. Chandna, unka affair chal rha hai, apne gym instructor ke saath... ",She whispered leaning towards him a bit and continued,"aur unke husband ka apni hi secretary ke saath... Huh... How tacky..."

Sameer was so confused till then and looking at her dramatic expressions, animatedly moving eyelids and eyeballs and scrunching nose again and again. He wanted to smile, but this time her this behaviour seemed totally out of league. He sighed and about to say something when she added further,"Waise wo Stuti thi naa, arey whi apni Mrs. Mishra, uski dress mujhe achi lagi thi, but baad me pta chala ki wo apne kapde local market se leti hai... I mean just imagine... No sense of class... Aur wo Sujata goel, uski to beti apne driver saath bhag gyi... how cheap... Uff, I tell you... I mean bhagna hi tha toh kisi businessman ke bete saath jati... lekin... Huh..."

It was again a breathing pause after that and she was about to start again, when irked of all these useless talks, he retorted,"offoh Nainu... ye sab kya utpatang baate lga rakhi hai..."

"Q... Utpatang matlab... Yhi baate to karne hum baithe hai naa... Party gossip...",she innocently replied.

He frowned and said again,"come on Naina... Mai q gossip karunga... Ye sab bakwas se mujhe kya matlab..."

"Q nhi matlab... Hai naa matlab..." ,She quipped back quickly.

"Acha kya matlab hai... Ye sab bakwas hai... Koi kuch bhi kare ya kahe mujhe kya... Mujhe koi matlab nahi...",he was still clueless.

She smiled with a deep breath, cupped his face coming closer looked into his eyes and asked softly,"nhi matlab naa... Us party me hone wali hazaro baato se hume koi matlab nhi..."

"Naina...",he whispered but his voice had hidden mist of his heart and kept his hand over hers, while she continued again,"Sameer... Mai sundar nhi dikhti, mai anath hu, mere maa baap nhi, mujhe society ka culture nhi pta, mai kahi se bhi aapke kaabil nhi... Pta nhi har roz kitni aisi baate hoti hai meri har taraf... Par har baar aapke pyar ne bharosa dilaya, toh aj kya mera pyar kamjor pad gya... Sameer, koi kya kahta hai ya sochta hai, isse koi fark nhi padta, qki mujhe vishwas hai ki sirf is janam me hi nhi, aane wale har janam me hum dono hi ek dusre ke liye perfect hai... Sirf hum dono...", Though he vehemently shook his head when she started, but just felt overwhelmingly drenched in the shower of her love. His heart finally on peace at most extent. He closed her eyes and thought everything that she said. He couldn't think or say anything but just pulled her closer next moment and tightly wrapped her in himself mumbling lots of loving sweet nothings in her ears.

*********************************

The presidential suite of that hotel would definitely be overwhelmed with emotions that day. It witnessed two most beautiful and madly in love soul comforting eachother forgetting deep pain of their own heart. They stayed in each other's arms for some time, when Naina again thought something to finally divert his attention and pull him out of grief and said almost whispering,"waise Mr. Maheshwari... In sab baato se bhale hi koi matlab naa ho, lekin ek baat hai jisse jarur matlab hoga..."

"Achaa... Aur wo hai kya...",he asked sensing a tinge of mischief in her eyes.

"Wo itna important hai ki kisi ko pta chal jaye toh kal ke news ki headline bhi ban sakti hai...",she again gave a dramatic expression and this time he enjoyed and asked again," ooops... Fr toh tum bta hi do...."

"Wo ye hai ki aj chahe sabne kha ya nhi... Lekin Mr. Maheshwari ne apni wife ko ye tak nhi kha ki 'jaan... Tum bhut sundar lag rahi ho...",gosh, she was giving animated expressions like pro.

"Ohhh... Acha haaaaa... Come here sweetheart and let me tell you ki meri jaan duniya me sabse khubsoorat hai...",he was quick to hold that chance and huskily murmured pulling her closer.

Sameer pulled her and made her got up from her seat and sat in his lap. Her back was now touching his chest and his arms tightly wrapped around her. He leaned nuzzled on her shoulders. His warm breaths tickled her silky skin, his musky scents mingled with dark perfume soused her senses and heart felt the loud thumps of his heart matching pace to hers. Just one minute... One single minute and everything changed. Though he understood her intentions very well few moments back, but played along with her and now... Now he actually felt every misery of his heart evaporating in the air, coz now he knew that his angel was with her and yes she was right, only her for him... Only him for her... Only them were perfect for eachother, no matter what. He sighed a big relieved breath and smiled looking at his angel waiting for him in his arms only.

Sameer moved his one hand, traced her bare arms with his finger tips, while fingers of other hand tickled her waist and leaning just a bit he whispered in her ears,"Naina... I love you jaan..."

What he said was barely audible, but the way his lips teased her ears and moving fingers erupted goosebumps on skin, she shuddered under his minimal tormenting. Her heart raced and breaths went heavier. She shut her eyes but a soft hint of smile on arced lips and pink touch of modesty enticed him. He nuzzled her shoulders, but cold touch of big loops in her ears irked him. Slowly he moved his hands and pulled out those earrings from her ears, while all the time his lips traveling on her shoulders to earlobes and neckline of her dress. She gasped feeling the warm touch of his lips. She couldn't bear more but turned, looped her hands around his neck and hide her face in the crook of his shoulders. He smiled pressing her more into himself, but lifted her in his arms and moved towards the bedroom.

"Ohh... Shit... Ye toh bhul hi gya tha...",he shockingly looked at the beautifully decorated flowers and candles. Yes, he ordered for these, just to surprise her, but alas, his own agonies made him forgot everything. He sighed but thanked his stars, or may be his angel too, to pull him out of the grief very soon. Now the flowers were still there waiting for them, but candles... those thick scented candles, though almost lasted, but almost... They were still there, waiting for them in their soft glow of passion.

As soon as he entered in the room with her, a dark intoxicated kind of scent filled her nostrils immediately, but she found it very difficult to open her eyes and looked into his. It was only when he placed her on bed gently and said softly to open her eyes, she somehow gathered her courage and opened her eyes and looked at him. He signalled towards the room and said softly again,"ek baar har taraf dekho to jaan... "

Naina slowly moved her eyes and looked at the marvellous decoration. Her eyes widened in surprise, she got up and sat on the bed in disbelief. She saw decorations again and again and murmured still in shocking surprise,"Sameer, ye sab..."

"Maine karwaya... Umm, tumhe surprise dena tha... ",He replied softly kissing her forehead.

"Q...",her response came instantly.

"Qki, mujhe apni jaan ko btana tha ki tum in fulon ki khusboo se jyada pyari ho... In rango ke ehsaas se jyada khubsoorat ho aur in candles ki roshni jyada masoom...",he explained kissing her every inch of her face.

Naina felt like his honeyed sweet but hoarse voice poured desires in her veins, that were too alluring to ignore. She shuddered but next moment flung her arms around him and hug him tightly. He hugged her back, snuggling in her hairs and she curled up in his arms more and more.

"Nainu.. mai...", God knows what he wanted to say coz it never got completed as her inviting lips were so much to keep waiting.

His lips brushed softly on hers, sent a tingle of passion ih both of their heart. She let out a soft moan enthralling him for more. He cupped his one hand over her cheek before touching her intoxicating breaths again. She whimpered feeling the slow burning flames inside herself and locked her hands behind his neck.

Sameer couldn't find any reason to wait . Just gathered her closer with his free hand grasping her waist and lips locked her breaths in himself. She moved his lips against his, wanting more of him, making difficult for him as he wanted to take it slow as slow as the candles in the room were going towards its completion. He shifted closer until their bodies pressed into eachother, until they sprawled on the bed together, until she felt his sweet unyielding weight on herself. They kissed crazily and left eachother only when lungs yearned for life air. She whimpered, pulling him once again, but he had something else waiting for his intrusion.

Her dress was difficult to open, but her barely covered back was real test of his patience since the moment he had seen it. He impatiently turned her over and slide her hairs aside. A grunt erupted from the back of his throat and his hips jerked in welcome the ravishing glamour of seductress. It absolutely not matter that who removed the barriers of satiny threads from between of them, but when silky pores touched eachother, the sparkles of passion frenzied the whole world around them. It was now not first time when they were before eachother like that, but seductive rhythm of heart was always like first time. He kissed every inch of her back, mumbling something absolutely not needed and everything lost in her loud moans already. Her body throbbed like a fish without water. She wriggled to turn as soon as his grip fell a little loose, and quickly turning around seeked for his lush mouth.

Naina didn't know what he actually upon, but his assaults were so tantalizinhly painful that she didn't understand whether to protest or to demand. He enterwined her fingers with his and locked both of her hands beside her head. And his parched mouth closed over one of her flatulent nub. He gradually kept changing sides and his tongue everytime flicked the sensitive buds, curled around them and sucked the breaths from her lungs. She rocked her head side by side, struggled to free her hands and growled in innate need of touch his heated skin. He looked at her enthralling expressions glowing under soft light of candles. Heady fragrance of lilies to roses and orchids making his senses numb, but arousing a new fervor of fiery impulsion.

"Sameeeeeeerr....",she moaned his name fuelling his flames of passion with her desires. The frenzy giddiness spun a delirium of appetency around them. He left his hands feeling the grip tight and could be painful for her. Yes.. it was painful but not for the reason he assumed. She sighed as her soft hands moved on his well built hard body pulling him closer, stroking his arms and shoulders, scorching nails in his back.. all as a sort of pleasure, a reassurance of desires... He was slow, rhythmic, gentle, went down on her body... like warm honey slowly flowing down and gathered in her deep navel, and he wanted to eat every last drop of it. She arced her back moulding her liquid desires to fit into hard boundaries of his tormenting invasion.

Sameer sucked and teased her navel till the moment her breaths broke, till the moment she pulled his hairs to pull him upwards, till the moment she felt so sensitive that her own breaths aroused an immense desire in her. He crawled up, imbibed her living air from lungs and sucking up the piquant buds of her beauty swells so hard that drowsiness took over her any sanity if left.

It is said that one moment lead to other and other to another. As his mouth teased her sensitive pores and her thighs parted and locked over his waist. Enticed him touched the warm soft petals of her core and she moved rubbing herself against his fingers seductively. Impatiently now he tried to make a last move and she digged her nails in his back but catching his lips in a fervent fierce kiss. They both were too breathless but eager for eachother at that extent when even the brief sweet pain of feminine softness sent tingling spasms in her spine and the volcanic heat of her warm core tempted him to his extreme. He closed his lips over her one puckered bud and moved his hips slowly but deep inside her earning a loud moan for every touch of himself in her feminity.

The candles fluttered finally reaching to it's completion and so on their journey of souseness. Wrapped into eachother those two bodies emitted so much heat that humidity of bombay frosted as dew drops on everything even in that fully air conditioned room. The goddess of love summoned and they rocked on her rhythm until the last candle had burnt out, until the moon hidden itself in clouds, until their parch heart, soused senses found calm, until their burning bodies melted and flew through each other, until the man spilled his seeds in lap of his woman, until she convulsed and her body went lax like a silk thread. A grunt of satiation escaped and a galaxy of stars brusted behind those closed eyelids. He watched her expressions in fascination and kissed her forehead softly before collapsing over her. She lovingly gathered him closer and rubbed his back.

Remaining in her arms for some minutes he finally found his breaths calmed and asked her,"Nainu, are you okk..."

She only nodded with a soft humm, but then asked for some cloth. Sameer smiled and passed her his shirt like always. Though she looked at him with pleading eyes but he never moved his eyes from her and kept teasing her. Somehow she managed to pull on that shirt and looked at him with a sulking cute pout and complaint,"aap bhut bure hai..."

"Nainu meri jaan... aj pehen lo, ek din ye bhi nhi dunga...", he chuckled then murmured softly securing her in his arms and closed his eyes.

***********************************

A day full of action ended, but was it actually ended. Naina handled his apprehensions but what about hers. She couldn't even say those things. Naina looked at his calm face, closed eyes and curved lips and knew that he was finally on peace, but her. She sighed, touched her hands that were touched by that Ashish, tried to feel her waist that had still that touch of disgust, and then him. "Kal bataungi aapko... Aapse chhupa toh nhi sakti, lekin dar bhi lag rha hai... Mai... ",She thought and then kissed his forehead mumbling a soft 'I love you'.

As he had kept her captivated in himself so secured that it took her an effort to free herself from his embrace. She looked at the clock.. it was almost half an hour till they slept. Now he seemed calmly sleeping but she was not. She pulled out from his arms, sat on the bed with a long breath and moved towards washroom, but wait... What was that... She was limping... But why... It must be the exact thought of Sameer Maheshwari when he saw her limping. Yes, he was awake... Awake all the time, but thought it just a nature's call, so remained silent, but now. He wanted to ask immediately, infact to hold her immediately, but she entered in washroom.

"Aisa q lag rha hai ki kuch chhupa rahi ho...",he definitely felt something in that soft kiss and i love you, that now made him mumbling and he decided to ask as soon as she came out.

It took her pretty five to seven minutes and he patiently waited for her to come to him again after she came out of washroom. But it didn't happen as he assumed, but she came out wiping her face still limping, drank a glass of water from table and let out a long breath of relief, pulled out some one or two things from her purse and the small bag kept near dressing mirror and then came again on bed and sat on. He was about to get up and ask, but she carefully checked him. He almost hold his breath and stay still but watched her moves carefully afterwards too. She had a small tube, he didn't know what, but she opened that, drew out some ointment and slowly rubbed over her feet softly whimpering.

Her every whimper cut through his heart. "God, she has some injury and she didn't tell me... Mai bhi samajh nhi saka... ",He quipped at himself.

Sameer had now no patience left but what happened next that caught his breaths. He felt himself strangled to the death in claws of misery. She kept the tube back, wiped her hands in towel and lifted another box, that she pulled out from the small bag. He watched more confused but sucked in a long breath, when she opened that box and took a thepla, smell it then kept it back and then lifted a piece of sukhdi and munched on it. His heart forgot to beat for some moments. "Naina ne dinner... Oh god... Matlab...",he thought helplessly then suddenly noticed her other hand. She was slowly pressing her thighs like massaging herself.

"Matlab Naina ko abhi bhi pain... ", Again a thought striked and now he couldn't wait. He got up with a startle and looked at her. She gasped, the piece of sukhdi slipped from her hand as his piercing eyes were now full of pain and complaining her and she knew about what.

"Sameer...", only his name could escape from her shivering lips like a breather but it was not enough.

For once, he too didn't know what to do first. To argue her, to fight with her or to feed her and soothe her pains first, but he was feeling much angry, much pained than ever.
