I saw it a few days after it came out but didn't write anything about it because I didn't know how to follow up the post-credit scene. I mean, Peter's identity was leaked. Wowwww. But I finally got an idea, and it involves Flash. It's a short one.

Eugene 'Flash' Thompson was on Instagram when his phone gave him a "BREAKING NEWS" notification. Curiously, he clicked on it. He was sure it was just another earthquake somewhere in the world or a discovery about the Blip.

He was incorrect. (Hmhm, that is not correct. Because according to the encyclopedia of slkagyrjeohdsklakjshaahghi-)

Instead, the news banner read "SPIDER-MAN'S IDENTITY REVEALED BY DYING HERO." The other banners had similar titles.

FOOTAGE OF HERO MYSTERIO DYING SUGGESTS THAT SPIDERMAN IS CORRUPT.

SPIDERMAN SUPPOSEDLY KILLS QUENTON BECK, AKA MYSTERIO.

SPIDER-MAN'S IDENTITY IS ANNOUNCED TO THE WORLD IN CHILLING VIDEO OF MYSTERIO'S DEATH.

Flash's eyes widened. What? Who was Spiderman, then?

The next banner answered his question.

SPIDERMAN REVEALED TO BE 16 YEAR OLD PETER PARKER.

The teen's jaw dropped.

Peter Parker is Spiderman?

He clicked on the article and started reading.

By the end of the evening, Flash was torn up inside. He'd bullied Spiderman. He loved Spiderman! What was going to happen to Peter? Was it even true? There was no proof other than the video... though, now that he thought about it, it made sense. His disappearances, his internship, etc.

"Oh my god," Flash mumbled to himself. He flopped his back down against his bed.

Why the hell am I like this? Why do I always screw up? Why do I care so much about Penis Parker? Is it just because he's Spiderman?

Flash was melting in a cauldron of his own guilt. He felt a surge of compassion and the need to apologize. But he couldn't. Could he? He had Peter's contact from the Decathlon group chat. Should he send a text? Would that be weird? Did Peter change his number?

Having a meltdown on his bed, the boy made a decision.

Peter was at May's, panicking. Happy was there, too, organizing to get Peter a jet to a more secure location.

The genetically enhanced boy was all over, pacing the walls and ceiling. His phone was buzzing over and over again.

He took it out and stared at his notifications.

82 messages.

Peter scrolled through his texts, seeing who was texting him. MJ and Ned, concerned for his well being. Old friends he hadn't spoken to in years.

Then, one particular name caught his eye.

Flash Thompson.

Confused and intrigued simultaneously, he tapped on the message to see the entirety of the text.

Yo, Parker. Idk what to say here. I saw the news. You're Spiderman, that's crazy.

I just wanted to say a couple of things. For one, I know you didn't kill that guy. Or if you did, it was for a good reason. I know you, at least kinda, irl. I know you don't like hurting people. Otherwise, you would've gotten me to back off the long time ago.

Second, I'm sorry for being such a dick to you. It's a dick move I'm making right now, apologizing because I know now. But really, I'm sorry. I guess I just kinda realized that I don't even know who I'm messing with. So yeah, sorry.

I don't actually know if I'll see you again anytime soon, but until then, adios, Spiderman.

Peter read over certain parts over and over again. He was sorry. He felt regret. He believed that Peter wasn't evil.

"Kid, we gotta go! Hurry up," Happy's voice called Peter over.

Peter pocketed his phone and ran out the door up on his way to the roof.

He didn't know what was going to happen to him, but at least he had that apology.
