I'm starting this out now. The team trailers haven't been finished yet, but I'm not as good at writing fight scenes as I am good at writing killing your faves. So, those will be on hold or I might decide to not write them altogether. Well, see.

☆☆☆

This will be the day we've waited for.
This will be the day we open up the door.
I don't wanna hear your absolution;
Hope you're ready for a revolution.

Welcome to a world of new solutions.
Welcome to a world of bloody evolution.
In time, your heart will open minds,
A story will be told,
And victory is in a simple soul.

"Those who do not know the danger of wielding power will, before long, be ruled by it... Never forget that."

"Legends. Stories scattered through time. Mankind has grown quite fond of recounting the exploits of heroes and villains, forgetting so easily that we are remnants, byproducts, of a forgotten past. Man, born from dust, was strong, wise, and resourceful, but he was born into an unforgiving world. An inevitable darkness - creatures of destruction - the creatures of Grimm - set their sights on man and all of his creations. These forces clashed, and it seemed the darkness was intent on returning man's brief existence to the void. However, even the smallest spark of hope is enough to ignite change, and in time, man's passion, resourcefulness, and ingenuity led them to the tools that would help even the odds. This power was appropriately named "Dust". Nature's wrath in hand, man lit their way through the darkness, and in the shadow's absence came strength, civilization, and most importantly, life. But even the most brilliant lights eventually flicker and die. And when they are gone... darkness will return."

A fiery red head by the name of, Roman Torchwick, and four of his henchmen head down an alley from the shadows. They stop behind Roman, who reignites his cigar without touching it and grins before walking down the road, frightening nearby citizens as they make their way towards the shop From Dust Till Dawn.

"So you may prepare your guardians, build your monuments to a so-called "free world", but take heed... there will be no victory in strength."

Roman and his henchmen enter the shop. A young girl wearing a hooded red cloak being the only other person in the shop besides the shopkeeper and the thiefs. She stands in the corner of the shop, too invested in reading a magazine about the latest weapons.

"But perhaps victory is in the simpler things that you've long forgotten. Things that require a smaller, more honest soul."

"Sometimes it's not the light ahead that guides us, but the darkness that pushes. But courage need not remembered... For it is never forgotten."

The henchmen look around and at the Dust crystals in the display when Roman approaches the elderly shopkeeper.

"Do you have any idea how hard it is to find a Dust shop open this late?" Roman rhetorically asks.

One of the henchman points his gun at the shopkeeper. The shopkeeper raises his hands in surrender, begging the thiefs to take his lein and leave. Roman assured him that they didn't want any of his money and instead instructed his henchmen to grab the dust. A henchman opens a case and removes one of several cylinders, which the group uses to take Dust from the tube containers on the walls.

"Crystals. Burn. Uncut."

The shopkeeper proceeds to fill the case. As another henchman goes for another tube, he hears muffled rock music and heads in that direction. It leads him to the corner of the store where the girl with the red cloak stood. As she was distracted, he unsheathes his sword and points it at her back.

"Alright kid, put your hands where I can see 'em."

After receiving no response, he begins to grow frustrated.

"Hey, I said hands in the air! You got a death wish or something!?"

He goes over to her and turns her around, the hood dropping to reveal a surprised Ruby Rose wearing her headphones. He motions for her to lower them.

"Yes?"

"I said, put your hands in the air, now!" He demands

"Are you... robbing me?" Ruby asks, a playful tone to her voice.

"Yes!" The henchmen exclaims

"Ooohhh..."

At the front of the shop, Roman is waiting for his men to finish the heist when a "Hey!" and "Hyah!" are heard, and the threatening henchman flies past him. Roman calmly motions for another to handle Ruby. Another henchmen raises his gun at her telling the cloaked girl to freeze. The henchman and Ruby crash through the window. The other men look outside as Ruby gets up and unfolds Crescent Rose into its scythe form. Roman scowls, but Ruby smiles back at them before twirling the weapon around, striking it into the ground and turning off her headphones.

"Okay... Get her!"

The henchmen head out of the shop and run at Ruby, who spins around on top of her scythe and kicks the first approaching criminal in the face. She gets Crescent Rose out of the ground and fires it off to hit another one with the butt of her weapon, sending him flying. She fires again and brings the side down on one attacker and dodges the next's gunfire with her rifle's speed, getting close enough to knock him into the air and follow him upwards so she can beat him away to Roman's feet. Roman drops his cigar and crushes it with his cane, as police sirens can be heard in the distance.

"Well, Red, I think we can all say it's been an eventful evening, and as much as I'd love to stick around..." Roman pauses and raises his cane and opens the bottom to reveal a rifle with a cross grid. "...I'm afraid this is where we part ways."

Roman unleashes a red blast at Ruby, who fires at the ground and leaps over it. When she lands and looks up, Roman isn't there, and is climbing up a ladder on a nearby building.

"You okay if I go after him?" Ruby asks the shopkeeper.

The shopkeeper gives a short "Uh huh", and Ruby sets off. Roman makes it to the roof, with Ruby high-flying again and landing right behind him.

"Hey!"

Roman stops at the edge. "Persistent..."

Ruby readies to fight him, but a getaway Bullhead rises up and opens the hatch to allow Roman inside.

Roman turns holding up a red dust gem. "End of the line, Red."

He throws it out at her feet and fires at her, resulting in a large explosion.

"Whoa-ho-ho-ho!" Roman ceases his laughter when he sees something on the roof. "Huh?"

A woman in a purple cape is now in front of Ruby, casting a circle of protection over them with her wand. As Ruby looks on, Glynda Goodwitch, waves her weapon and summons several streaks of purple at the craft. Roman is thrown around in the back until he goes to the cockpit, where a woman in red, is struggling with the controls.

"We got a Huntress!" Roman says

The woman gets up and heads toward the back, while another woman with a light blue cape takes over the controls for the other. While Roman takes a seat beside her, keeping an eye out for any other potential disturbances. Glynda glows purple for a moment and aims another blast above the craft, resulting in a dark storm-cloud right over the jet.

"The hell...?"

With a flick of her wand, large jagged hail starts falling that pummels the jet and even breaks through the window, narrowly missing Roman's head. The woman reaches the back and her arms and chest light up like fire, aiming a burst of energy at Glynda. The Huntress blocks it, but the flame splatters behind her and glows hot with the enemy's raised hand. Glynda back-flips out of the explosion, which destroys part of the roof, and magically gathers the shards to create a large arrow, which she throws at the craft. The woman shatters the arrow with several blasts, but it reforms just in time to hit the side of the jet due to the woman's quick aerial lean. The wreckage separates and reshapes into more arrows that encircle the jet, but the woman summons several glowing rings around herself that expand and destroy the shards. Ruby, finally acting, reverts her scythe into its rifle form to fire at the woman, who blocks each shot and creates several blazing circles around her two opponents. Glynda telekinetically pushes Ruby and rolls herself out of the explosion's radius; looking up to see the hatch close and the craft fly away.

"You're a Huntress! Can I have your autograph?!"

Ruby's gaze of admiration shifts into one of shame as Glynda, with a tablet, paces around the table Ruby is seated at, right underneath a bright light in the otherwise dark room.

"I hope that you realize that your actions tonight will not be taken lightly, young lady. You put yourself and others in great danger." Glynda scolds

"They started it!" Ruby says

"Now, that's not a very civilized excuse to start an altercation in the middle of the night." A voice speaks up

Ruby squints her eyes, trying to see who the new person in the room was, but it was very dark. The first feature Ruby catches sight of is the long pink locks and next the shining lavender hues. Ruby gapes in shock, as the girl stands on beside Glynda. She recognized her instantly, the pink hair and purple eyes were already a dead giveaway, but the clothes were as well. Ruby guessed that her black pantsuit could only be one of her very own designer. And while her brand was nice, Ruby was far more interested of her other side.

"You're Aracel Mikaelson! You supply the Atlas military with all their cool weapons!"

"Seems like someone's a fan?"

Ruby nods. "Of course! You're known for kicking butt, speaking of kicking butt do you have your sword with you now? I've seen it in magazines and heard stories about it, but I'd really like to see it person." Ruby says, getting all giddy talking about weapons.

"How about a whip instead?" Aracel suggests

Ruby stares at her in confusion.

"If it were up to me, you'd be sent home... With a pat on the back... ...And a slap on the wrist."

Glynda demonstrates with her riding crop, which Ruby barely avoids as she gives out an "Eeek!".

"But... there is someone here who would like to meet you." Glynda says

She moves out of the way so a surprised Ruby can see a man in green come through the doorway, holding a mug and a plate of cookies.

"Ruby Rose... You... have silver eyes." Ozpin says, leaning in.

"Uh, um..."

"So! Where did you learn to do this?" Ozpin gestures with his head at the tablet showing Ruby's fighting.

"S-Signal Academy."

"They taught you to use one of the most dangerous weapons ever designed?" Ozpin asks

"Well, one teacher in particular."

Aracel rolls her eyes. "Here we go..." She mutters

"I see..."

He puts the cookies on the table in front of Ruby. She tentatively picks one up, eats it in a single bite, and then, not seeing any rebuttal, shovels the rest into her mouth.

"It's just that I've only seen one other scythe-wielder of that skill before. A dusty, old crow..." Ozpin says, slightly reminiscing at the thought.

"Also known as my sleep paralysis demon." Aracel mumbles, crossing her arms.

"Oh! That's my uncle!" Ruby says, mouth full of cookies.

Aracel cringes at this, figuring that she probably got her behavior from her uncle. Ruby then swallows and wipes her mouth, embarrassed.

"Sorry. That's my Uncle Qrow! He's a teacher at Signal. I was complete garbage before he took me under his wing. And now, I'm all like- Hooowaaah! Witchaaaa!"

"So I've noticed."

Ozpin places his cup on the table as he leans in, then sits down opposite Ruby.

"And what is an adorable girl such as yourself doing at a school designed to train warriors?" He asks

"Well... I want to be a Huntress." Ruby responds

"You want to slay monsters?"

"Yeah! I only have two more years of training left at Signal! And then I'm going to apply to Beacon! You see, my sister's starting there this year, and she's trying to become a Huntress, and I'm trying to become a Huntress 'cause I wanna help people. My parents always taught us to help others, so I thought, Hey, I might as well make a career out of it!" She giggles then continues. "I mean the police are alright, but Huntsmen and Huntresses are just so much more romantic and exciting and cool and really, gosh, you know!" Ruby rambles on and on.

"Alright enough you're giving me a headache." Aracel says

"Do you know who I am?" Ozpin asks

"You're Professor Ozpin. You're the headmaster at Beacon."

"Hello." Ozpin smiles

"Nice to meet you."

"You want to come to my school?"

"More than anything."

Ozpin exchanges glances with Glynda, who shows her disapproval with a "Hmmph". Then he turns to look at his protege, she only looks away. Ozpin guessed that it had something to do with Ruby being related to the man that she hated the most. He looks back and Ruby, as he comes to his decision.

"Well, okay."

Ruby smiles, wide-eyed and open-mouthed. When Ruby is escorted out by Glynda, who assured that she keep the girl from getting into more trouble, the pinkette took a seat on the table and turned to glare at the man.

"I could have helped." She says

"Your assistance was not needed tonight." Ozpin says

"If you would have let me help, they wouldn't have gotten away."

"You can't be so sure of that. You're getting too ahead of yourself Aracel-"

She hops off of the table, in frustration and heads for the door, but before leaving she stops and looks back at Ozpin. The girl holds up her fists for him to see, as small flames ignite around her eyes.

"What is the point of me having this power if I can't even use it?" Aracel asks

When she doesn't receive an answer, she turns to leave, the flames diminishing into nothing.

Several ships carrying students dock at the entrance of the school. One ship in particular, with the Atlas emblem seemingly being combined with a pheonix emblem, lands besides the other ships. However, only one student comes out of the ship opposed to the others that carried several students. A dark blue haired military officer followed after the pinkette, holding her bag for her as she conversed on her scroll.

"You tell James that if he wants his order to arrive quicker, that it'll cost him extra." She speaks into the scroll.

"Yes Aran is here, but don't worry she'll be sent back to Atlas once her job of escorting me is done."

"No, I don't know why I'm in need of an escort. What am I some helpless old lady? I was already in Vale and they thought it was necessary for me to be escorted to Beacon."

"It's quite ridiculous, utterly ridiculous."

"But... why would I need friends if I have you?" Ruby asks from across the courtyard.

"Well... Actually, my friends are here. Gotta go catch up. 'Kay, see ya, bye!" In a flash, Yang is surrounded by her 'friends' and they dash down the road.

Ruby spinns, dizzy-eyed from Yang's sudden leaving. "Wait, where are you going?! Are we supposed to go to our dorms? Where are our dorms? Do we have dorms? I don't know what I'm doing..."

Ruby falls backwards into a luggage cart, sending cases flying. Someone is standing over her.

"What are you doing?!" Weiss Schnee exclaims

Ruby gets up. "Uh, sorry!"

"Sorry?! Do you have any idea of the damage you could have caused?"

Aracel pauses, hearing the familiar voice of her longtime nemesis, Weiss Schnee. She hangs up on her call and directs her attention to Jordan.

"Put my bag in my future room. Something's come up." Aracel says

Jordan nods and takes the bag inside of the academy.

"Ahh... come on. Chill out ice queen." Aracel says

"Ugh... its you!"

"'Course it's me. Can't blame you for following me all the way from Atlas, you must have really missed me." Aracel smirks

"Follow you? I'd sooner-"

While the two continue their banter, which was entertaining to Aracel but punishment for Weiss, Ruby grabs a hold of one of the cases.

"Uuhhh..."

"Give me that!" Weiss snatches the luggage from Ruby and opens it to reveal it's contents. "This is Dust - mined and purified from the Schnee quarry!"

"Uuuhhhh..."

"What are you, brain-dead?"

"That's enough Weiss." Aracel says, cutting in.

Weiss ignored her and takes out a red vial "Dust! Fire, water, lightning, energy!"

"I... I know..." Ruby starts coughing from the dust pouring into her face.

"Are you even listening to me? Is any of this sinking in? What do you have to say for yourself?!" Weiss asks

Ruby, who had been receiving more and more dust to her face, finally sneezes, which erupts into a full blown explosion of flame, snowflakes, and electricity right onto the two Atlesian girls. The bottle she had been holding flies over the courtyard and at the feet of Blake Belladonna, who picks it up and notices the Schnee Dust Company logo on the side as she reads from a book and looks over at the scene.

"Look at me I'm a mess!" Aracel shouts, trying to dust off the soot.

"Unbelievable! This is exactly the kind of thing I was talking about!" Weiss shouts, gesturing to the soot that covered her.

"You almost ruined a perfectly good designer outfit kid!" Aracel says

"I'm really, really sorry!" Ruby apologizes

"Ugh, you complete dolt! What are you even doing here? Aren't you a little young to be attending Beacon?" Weiss asks

"Well, I-I..."

"This isn't your ordinary combat school. It's not just sparring and practice, you know! We're here to fight monsters, so... watch where you're going!"

"Hey, I said I was sorry, princess!"

"Sorry isn't good enough!" The Atlesian girls exclaim in unison.

"It's heiress, actually." Another voice pipes up, her amber eyes averting to Aracel for a moment. "Weiss Schnee, heiress to the Schnee Dust Company, one of the largest producers of energy propellant in the world."

Weiss smiles smugly. "Finally! Some recognition!"

"The same company infamous for its controversial labor forces and questionable business partners."

Aracel and Ruby couldn't suppress a chuckle, causing Weiss to get angry again.

"Wha- How dare- The nerve of... Ugh!"

Weiss gets up in Blake's face and takes the bottle from her, walking off in a huff as her helpers gather the luggage and follow after her.

"I promise I'll make this up to you!" Ruby sighs. "I guess I'm not the only one having a rough first day... So, what's..."

Before Ruby could finish, she sees Blake walking off as well. The pinkette stares at the retreating dark haired girl, not noticing that Ruby was looking right at her.

"I'm sorry about your outfit." Ruby mumbles, breaking away her attention from Blake.

"For once I agree with Weiss, you're too young to be here. And you're lucky I'm not holding you accountable for the damage you caused today." Aracel says

She walks away, passing by a blonde boy with blue eyes. Then Ruby collapses to the ground on her back, exhausted from all the trouble she's accidentally caused on her first day at Beacon already.

"Welcome to Beacon..." She mumbles

After a bit of getting to know each other, Ruby and Jaune enter Beacon Academy's giant auditorium, filled to the brim with other students. Ruby looks over when she hears Yang's voice.

"Ruby! Over here! I saved you a spot!"

"Oh! Hey, I-I gotta go! I'll see you after the ceremony!" Ruby says, leaving Jaune behind.

"Hey, wait! Ah, great. Where am I supposed to find another nice, quirky girl to talk to?!" Jaune asks himself.

He walks off to reveal a girl with red hair and shining green eyes standing behind him, hand on her hips as she watches him walk away.

"How's your first day going, little sister?" Yang asks

"You mean since you ditched me and I exploded?"

"Yikes! Meltdown already?" Yang playfully mocks.

"No, I literally exploded a hole in front of the school! And there was some fire, and I think some ice...?

Yang smiles broadly. "Are you being sarcastic?"

Ruby scoffs. "I wish! I tripped over some crabby girl's luggage, and then Aracel Mikaelson showed up and started arguing with her, and then she yelled at me, and then I sneezed, and then I exploded, and then they both yelled at me, and I felt really, really bad, and I just wanted them to stop yelling at me!" Ruby explains

"You!"

Ruby quickly jumps into her sister's arms. "Oh, God, it's happening again!"

"You're lucky we weren't blown off the side of the cliff!" Weiss says

"Oh my God, you really exploded." Yang deadpanned.

"It was an accident." Ruby gets down. "It was an accident!

Weiss holds up a pamphlet titled 'DUST for dummies and other Inadequate Individuals' to Ruby.

"What's this?" Ruby asks

"The Schnee Dust Company is not responsible for any injuries or damages sustained while operating a Schnee Dust Company product. Although not mandatory, the Schnee Family highly encourages their customers to read and familiarize themselves with this easy to follow guide to Dust applications and practices in the field."

"Uuhhh...?"

"You really wanna start making things up to me?" The heiress asks

"Absolutely?"

Weiss hands the pamphlet to Ruby. "Read this, and don't ever speak to me again." She says bluntly.

"Look, uh, it sounds like you two just got off on the wrong foot. Why don't you start over and try to be friends, okay?" Yang suggests, trying to clear the air.

"Yeah! Great idea, sis!" She holds her hand out towards the heiress. "Hello, Weiss! I'm Ruby! Wanna hang out? We can go shopping for school supplies!"

"Yeah! And we can paint our nails and try on clothes and talk about cute boys, like tall, blond, and scraggly over there!" Weiss says, in fake enthusiasm.

"Hm?" Jaune turns, noting that he was pointed at.

"Wow, really?!" Ruby asks

"No."

The girls' attention is drawn to the stage, where Professor Ozpin is readying the microphone, with Glynda and Aracel both beside him.

"I'll... keep this brief." Ozpin begins

"You never do..." Aracel mutters under her breath.

"You have traveled here today in search of knowledge, to hone your craft and acquire new skills, and when you have finished, you plan to dedicate your life to the protection of the people. But I look amongst you, and all I see is wasted energy, in need of purpose, direction. You assume knowledge will free you of this, but your time at this school will prove that knowledge can only carry you so far. It is up to you to take the first step." Ozpin says, his speech causing a few students to whisper amongst themselves.

As Ozpin steps off the stage with his protege following suit, Glynda steps up to talk.

"You will gather in the ballroom tonight; tomorrow, your initiation begins. Be ready. You are dismissed."

"He seemed kind of... off." Yang points out.

"It's almost like he wasn't even there..." Ruby says

"To me, that's not the only thing that seemed off..." Yang mumbles, watching as Aracel makes her way out with Ozpin.

The first night at Beacon, students are splayed out in sleeping bags. Ruby, in her pajamas and with a sleeping mask around her head, is writing in a journal when Yang crashes next to her, similarly dressed.

"It's like a big slumber party!"

"I don't think Dad would approve of all the boys, though."

"I know I do!" Yang purrs

She watches several muscular, shirtless guys... one in particular catches her eye. A black haired male with blood red eyes sitting in the corner of the room isolating himself from the other male students. He flinches and his ears fall flat against his head, as he timidly looks down when a few students pass by him. He looks up a little while later and locks eyes with Yang from across the room. Yang immediately looks away in embarrassment from having been caught staring. Jaune walks by, dressed in feetie pajamas, waving to her, which makes her groan before she returns her attention to Ruby.

"What's that?" She asks

"A letter to the gang back at Signal. I promised to tell them all about Beacon and how things are going." Ruby says

"Aw, that's so cuuuute!"

Yang gets knocked back as her younger sister launches a pillow is at her face.

"Shut up! I didn't get to take my friends with me to school! It's weird not knowing anyone here!"

"What about Jaune? He's... nice! There you go! Plus one friend! That's a hundred percent increase!" Yang says, trying to get her sister to see the pros of the situation.

Ruby turns on her back. "Pretty sure Weiss and Aracel count as a negative friends...." Ruby mumbles

"There's no such things as negative friends! You just made one friend and two enemies!"

Yang gets hit with another pillow, this time with one that resembles a dog, to the face. She glances over to where the faunus from earlier was at, hoping that he didn't see that quite embarrassing moment. But he was nowhere to be found anymore.

"Look, it's only been one day. Trust me; you've got friends all around you! You just haven't met them yet!" Yang says

The two sisters notice a candle being lit nearby, and Blake Belladonna is seen leaning against a wall, reading her book.

"That girl..."

"You know her?" Yang asks

"Not really. She saw what happened this morning, but left before I could say anything."

"Well, now's your chance!" Yang grabs Ruby's arm and lifts her up.

"Wait! What are you doing?!" Ruby asks, beginning to panic.

Blake looks over her book to see Ruby unsuccessfully struggling against Yang's grip as she leads her sister over to Blake's spot before letting go.

"Hel-looooo! I believe you two may know each other?"

"Aren't you... that girl that exploded?" Blake asks

"Uh, yeah! My name's Ruby! But you can just call me Crater... Actually, you can just call me Ruby." Ruby smiles, feeling embarrassed.

"Okay." Blake says, going back to her book.

"What are you doing?" Yang whispers

"I don't know - help me!" Ruby whispers back.

"So... What's your name?" Yang asks, taking over for her sister.

"Blake." She sighs.

"Well, Blake, I'm Yang, Ruby's older sister! I like your bow!"

"Thanks!" She mumbles, growing irritated.

"It goes great with your... pajamas!" Yang says

"Right..." Blake mutters

"Nice night, don't you think?" Yang asks, as Ruby laughs uncomfortably.

"Yes - it's lovely! Almost as lovely as this book!"

Ruby and Yang stand there.

"That I will continue to read."

Ruby and Yang continue standing.

"As soon as you leave!"

"Yeah, this girl's a lost cause." Yang says to Ruby.

"What's it about?" Ruby asks Blake.

"Huh?"

"Your book. Does it have a name?"

"Well... i-it's about a man with two souls, each fighting for control over his body." Blake explains

"Oh, yeah... That's real lovely!" Yang sarcastically states.

"I love books. Yang used to read to me every night before bed. Stories of heroes and monsters... They're one of the reasons I want to be a Huntress!"

Blake laughs a little. "And why is that? Hoping you'll live happily ever after?"

"Well, I'm hoping we all will. As a girl, I wanted to be just like those heroes in the books... Someone who fought for what was right, and protected people who couldn't protect themselves!"

"That's... very ambitious for a child." Her smile turns into a frown. "Unfortunately, the real world isn't the same as a fairy tale."

"Well, that's why we're here! To make it better." Ruby says

"Oh, I am so proud of my baby sister!" Yang says, pulling Ruby into a hug.

"Cut it out!"

The forced sisterly bonding evolves into a dust cloud of fighting limbs.

"Well, Ruby, Yang, it's a pleasure to ha-"

Weiss storms over, in her own pajamas, as Ruby traps Yang's leg. "What in the world is going on over here?! Don't you realize some of us are trying to sleep?"

"Oh, not you again!" Weiss and Yang exclaim at the same time.

"Shh! Guys, she's right! People are trying to sleep!" Ruby says

"Oh, now you're on my side!" Weiss says

"I was always on your side!" Ruby fires back

"Yeah, what's your problem with my sister? She's only trying to be nice!" Yang says, defending Ruby.

"She's a hazard to my health!"

Blake, who rolls her eyes at the fight, simply closes her book, reaches over to grab her candle, and blows it out bringing the fighting to an end.

As the moon shines down on the school, Layla Greil and Adam Taurus both stand on the roof of the school. A breeze blows by, causing Layla's shoulder length locks to sway with the air.

"You're really going to have to owe me for this." Layla mumbles

"It will only be temporary." He assures

"Doesn't mean I won't hate it any less."

"You know that I wouldn't ask this of you unless I had no other choice, my love." Adam says

"Flattery will get you nowhere and I know, who else could pull this off any better?"

"No one."

Adam holds his gloved hand out to the tiger faunus, she takes it in her own as they sit down. Laying her head on his shoulder, she sighs not knowing when it'll be next that they'll be able to be with each other again.
