"Alright, and last one," the interviewer flips to her last cue card, smiling as she asks my sister and Jack, "who would you say is the mom of the group?"

It was their final interview of the morning, and they were playing cast superlatives, a nice change compared to all the other interviews, which seemed to ask the same repetitive questions. Jack and Trinity were handling it like pros, though, answering excitedly each time like it was something they'd never been asked before. "Oh, that's a tough one..." Jack laughs, humming as he thinks it over. "Can I say someone who's not in the cast?"

The interviewer furrows their brows together but nods anyway, chuckling slightly as they reply, "sure, why not."

Jack's gaze flickers over to me before he answers confidently, "then I'd say it's definitely Trinity's older sister Eden. She was on set almost every day, so she kind of feels like a cast mate."

Trinity smacks his arm excitedly, and I laugh, a smile making its way onto my face. "That's who I was thinking. Eden is 100% the mom of the group. I think everyone went to her for advice on set, even Sam and Zoe."

"And she's always prepared," Jack continues, "her bag is like Mary Poppins or something. She always has everything we need. Seriously, watch this." He looks over at me now, smirking as he says. "Hey, E. Can I have a mint?"

I sigh, grabbing my backpack off the floor. He and Trin watch me as I dig through the bag, searching for the metal tin of Altoids that I always have on me; everyone in the room is watching me now, expectant expressions on their faces as I hold the tin up. "Come say hi, Eden." Trinity waves me over, giggling.

My cheeks are on fire, something I'm sure the cameras can pick up as I walk over to them. Jack steps out of his seat, nodding for me to take it, "so you're the honorary cast mate?" The woman interviewing asks me, laughing as Jack hugs me from behind, leaning his chin on the top of my head.

I knew the lights in here were bright, but they seem much brighter when you're sitting in front of the camera; it takes everything in me not to squint, focusing more on the interviewer than the intimidating camera in front of us. "I-I  guess so." I shrug stuttering, as Jack and Trinity pop mints into their mouths, unfazed by the bright lights and camera.

"You must be so proud of your sister," she continues, "it's really an incredible film."

"I am." Trinity reaches over to squeeze my hand, sensing my nerves. "I haven't actually seen the film yet, though," I admit nervously, my cheeks growing warmer with each passing moment. "Trinity's making me wait till the big premiere."

"Well, you're in for a real treat," I'm grateful when the woman is no longer making eye contact with me, smiling at my sister and Jack as she says. "Once again, congratulations. It was lovely speaking to you both this morning."

"This was our best interview by far," Jack assures her, hugging me tighter, "thank you."

She stands, and the bright lights on us are turned off. The camera switched off as she walks out of the room. This was their last interview of the morning; we had a short lunch break now, and then they were back to it, as well as a cast dinner tonight.

Trinity squeals, moving to hug me as I stand up. "That was so fun. I wish you could be in all of our interviews."

"That," I gesture to the camera with the arm not wrapped around her, "was terrifying. I don't know how you two do it."

Trinity stays tucked under my arm as we walk out of the room, wrapping our coats around us before walking out onto the street. Jamie, Bailey and Lilly had finished interviews a bit before Jack and Trinity and were currently waiting on us for lunch at a restaurant that Jamie had sent me the address of.

I hadn't seen much of him since our walk around the city this morning, but he had texted me between interviews, counting down the hours until lunch, when he could finally have a break from it all. "There they are," Bailey nods as we enter the café. It's quaint, with vintage décor and rustic-looking tables. Lilly and Jamie are sitting across from her, side by side.

"Finally," Lilly sighs playfully. She looks absolutely gorgeous, her hair and makeup are done to perfection... meanwhile I'm in a simple pair of jeans and a cream-coloured knit mock neck, my hair in a messy ponytail. "I'm starving."

I take the seat beside Jamie as Jack and Trinity sit on either side of Bailey, the curly-haired boy taking the seat directly across from me. They all begin talking about their mornings, swapping stories and anecdotes. "Oh," Trinity adds, laughing, "and Eden even sat in for one interview?"

This piques Jamie's interest, who has yet to speak since we've sat down. Finally, his blue eyes connect with mine, brow quirked with curiosity, "you did?"

"It was awful," I admit, leaning my cheek in my hand tiredly as I look at him. Jack and Trinity both laugh at how dramatic I'm being, "I get why you hate interviews so much now. I never want to do that again."

The two of them go on to tell the story of the game and the question that led to me moving onto the camera. "I wish I was there to see that," Jamie chuckles, nudging my leg with his under the table.

"I was a mess." I shake my head at him, "seriously. I probably looked like a tomato. That's how red I was."

"Aw, trouble." Jamie reaches over to pinch my cheek like I'm some adorable little kid. I can't help but wish he'd let his hand linger on my cheek, having to resist the urge to lean into his touch.

"We said Bailey to that question.... right,  J?" My nickname for Jamie slips past Lilly's lips so effortlessly, like it's something she always calls him, and this time, he doesn't seem to question it as much, tearing his gaze off of me as he looks over to her.

"I thought we decided on you?" He chuckles, and an unfamiliar feeling churns in my stomach. "I swear, you fixed my hair like five times before interviews started. Feels like a very mom of the group thing to do."

He and Lilly break off into their own conversation, and I can't help but notice the way his body is turned away from mine, back almost facing me. She's smiling, flirtatiously, playfully gasping as if he's offended her with his accusation, and just like that... I'm forgotten.
