Percy's P.O.V

I was angry. No, scratch that, I was furious. I thought that Thor was my friend. We've known each other for years. He knows exactly how I feel about the gods using me as their pawns. I can't belive he wants to drag me back into my old life. Riptide felt perfect in my hand. I studied the group intently, looking for weaknesses. I saw the guy with the bow shift slightly and recognised his position. It was the same position Thalia shifted into if she wanted to shoot an arrow by surprise. Quick as lightning he shot an arrow at me but I knew it was coming. I knocked it away from me with ease. Out of the corner of my eye I saw Thor slowly get up.

"Percy, we don't want to fight you." He said slowly.

"Then leave me alone." I replied.

"Please." He begged. "Just come with us." My reply was droned out by the storm I was creating. Red whipped out two guns, Spangles aimed his shield, Bow guy aimed an arrow, Robot pointed his palm at me and the Brunette raised her hands in the air. Then they attacked. Red and Spangles ran at me first. Red was shooting as many bullets as possible while Spangles threw his shield. I dodged the bullets and then caught the shield. They seemed surprised. I threw it to Red who didn't move out of the way it time. It hit the back of her head and she fell to the ground, unconscious. Then came Spangles. I ducked under a punch and threw one of my own. We fought for a while, all the time Bow guy was shooting arrows at me. Spangles was as good as I was at hand to hand combat. Then I had an idea. I positioned myself in front of him so that Bow guy would get a clear shot. I heard a whistling sound and knew that an arrow was coming my way. At the very last second I jumped out of the way. The arrow hit Spangles in neck and he slumped to the ground. I studied it for a second. Tranquiliser arrow. Then Thor and the robot came towards me. I jumped forward and stabbed Riptide into the robots armour. I then turned to Thor and judo flipped him. I whirled around and punched the robots face. The metal crunched beneath my fist and he flew back. I turned to Thor again who was standing up again.

"That move was new." He grunted.

"Yeah. Annabeth taught it to me." I said while rolling my shoulders. "I don't want to hurt you." He said softly.

"A bit late." I said and threw Riptide to the side. He frowned and looked at it.

"Wha-" I cut him off by kicking his stomach. He doubled over in pain and I kneed his face. He fell again. I flicked my finger and willed the water collecting on the ground to make a dagger. It hardened and I threw it at Bow guy. It cut the string on his bow and then turned back to water. He tried to look at me but I was gone. I had vapour travelled behind him. I hit his head and he slumped to the ground, unconscious. I turned to the last two people. The Brunette and the red skinned guy.

"I do not want to harm you." Said the red skinned guy. He sounded like a robot. I still hadn't gotten Riptide back yet. I felt in my pocket and brought out the tiny ring sized sphere that was made of Stygian Iron. It was a gift from Hades.

"Hey catch." I said and threw it to him. On instinct he caught it.

"What?" He asked in surprise. Then it exploded. Tiny wires shot out of it and wrapped around his body before he could react. Each wire, as small as they may look, is unbreakable. With a strangled yell he fell to the ground, tangled like a spider in a Web. I looked around for the Brunette, but she was gone. Suddenly I heard someone yell,

"No!" And then my mind went blank.
