At the hospital

It has been four hours already that Avu is in ICU, and still there aren't any reports from doctor yet.

Reem & Jaan are sitting on the chair, constantly praying for Avu.

Sidd, is walking from here to there in tension. The fear of something happens to Avu scares him a lot.

Faisal, is too standing , in tension.

The atmosphere is full of tension.

Just then, the doctor finally comes.

Sidd : How is she doctor?????????

Sidd rushed to the doctor to ask.

Doc : Look, Mr. Nigam, we tried our best but we couldn't' save her. You can meet her for the last time.

The doc left from there.

Sidd's world starts to fall each and every moment. He was standing there, numb. He tried to hide his tears, but in vain. Who says the boys don't cry? Because they do too 😢.

Reem put her hand on Sidd's shoulder. She was too in tears.
One by one, they went to meet Avu for the last time

Fainat entered first.

Avu had already woken up. She had so many drips injected on her hand and a nose pipe. Her head was tied with a bandage.

Jaan just couldn't see this & broke down in tears

Avu : why are you crying, Jaan? Everyone has to go one day, na? I am just going to my home soon & I will be waiting for you.

(Damn, my baby is so strong 😢)

Faisal : You're indeed very brave, Avu. And it's a blessing for us to be your friend😭

Avu smiled "thank you so much. Even I am lucky that I got friends like you . "

Next was Reem

Reem : Avu, I just can't thank you in lifetime. All those things you have done for me is just 😭. Thank you so much , Avu 😭. Words are less to thank you.

Avu : shh.... No thanks in friendship. And I am happy that because of me, two lovers will reunite. What's a better feeling than that? Seeing two love birds happy.

Reem : Can I ask you something?

Avu : of course.

Reem : You love Siddharth, don't you?

Avu : Nah, is just an attraction. If someone really loves him, is you. And he also loves only you.

Avu put a fake smile

Reem (in mind) : I know you are lying, Avu.😒I know by the tone you speak.

The next and last person was Siddharth

Siddharth was sitting beside Avu on bed, he was continuously crying.

Avu : Sidd, you don't look nice crying. You just looks good smiling. So, please put on a smile.

Sidd nodded a no.

Avu : promise me, you won't cry after I go away. Promise me, Sidd. You will always smile remembering me. Promise me 😢

Sidd finally looked towards Avu.

Sidd : how can I ? 😭💔

Sidd cupped Avu's face

Sidnddt hugged for the last time " I will miss you, everyday " Sidd sobbed.

After the hug, Avu was still holding Sidd's hand as she said her last words "he is calling me ,Sidd. I have to go....."

Sidd : he?

Avu : Jai, my brother. He's come to take me
(If you remember , I had mentioned that Jai died when he was 14 in early chaps. )

Sidd : Avu----

Avu was breathing her last breath. "I love you, Sidd." Were her last words

Sidd : AVU!!!!! 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Sidd cried. Avu was gone.......

Many weeks later

Nigam family were on a picnic. And it was already night.

A starry night loomed above, pretty enough to ignite the heart of Ruhi. She looked up the starry night as tears fell down from her innocent eyes

Ruhi : Avneet di, you had promised me, you'd always be with me , forever & always . then why did you leave me? I miss you so much😭

Reem : who said , she's not here?

Ruhi looked behind.

Reem : she's not here physically, but she'd always live in our hearts.

Reem hugged her daughter.

Sidd : and princess you know, god always takes the best. & our

AVNEET WAS AN ANGEL, SO HEAVEN CALLED HER BACK.

The story ends with Nigam family, staring at starry night remembering Avneet & little did they know that a small figure of Avneet appeared on the sky in an angelic form, she's smiling seeing Sidreem, & Ruhi together.

The END

I CAN'T believe this story already ended. This was my favorite story 😢 I will miss writing this , but they say if there's a beginning , then there's always an end 😭💔
