They hear that someone is knocking the door..

G : What happened to rudy bhaiyya??

O : Don't know...

Om opened the door.suddenly rudy hugged Om.

R : Haapy birthday Om...

Om smiled.

R :Yaaayyy.... This year too i am first...

O : You are wrong Rudy...this year Gauri is first..

Gauri was in kitchen.she felt that something ill.

Suddenly gauri faints down.Before falling down Anika hold her.Rudy came there and take Gauri to room.
Anika poured water on her face.

A : come let's go to hospital.

G : no bhabhi I don't want to go to hospital..

She felt nausea and she went to wash room.After sometime she came out from the wash room.

G : am I pregnant??

G : symptoms are showing that. I want to take pregnancy test..

Gauri took pregnancy test and the test was positive.

O : we are going to hospital.

O : relax gauri..we are not going to take injection..we are going to do the tests.

O : we can break the new after visiting doctor..

Om and Gauri went to the hospital.After all check up they came back to OM.

R : don't you understand? Chote papa is younger than dad. and chote papa became father first..And Om is younger than Shivaay Bhaiyaa now he became father first.

S : So today evening we have a party for this.Anika,take gauri to the room.

Anika and gauri went to the room.

Om was really caring person.He was always with her..

One night...

Om and Gauri was sleeping. gauri wake up.she shook Om.

G : Omkaraji get up..

O(without opening his eyes) : what happened Gauri?

G : I want to eat cake.

O : are you serious?don't you see the time?

Without opening his eyes Om held her and tried to sleep her beside him.But Gauri hit him and stand up properly.Om wake up from bed without any interest.

O : Okay I will bring it from kitchen.

G : me too come with you..

They reached at the kitchen and Om opened the refrigerator.he searched for the cake.but it was not there.

O : where is the cake??

G : Oh that cake i already ate it.

He gave an are you serious wala look.

O : that big cake!!!you alone!!

G : not only for me..also for my baby.Don't you know i am pregnant?

O : I know that Gauri..but what will i do now??

G : why are you asking to me??make it for your wife and baby..

gauri rest her hand on her belly.

G : look baby..your dad is not loving me or you..he is not doing a simple thing for us..

O : pls stop this drama Gauri.I will make it now..

Om started to make cake.Gauri sat on the slab and admired at Om.

O : Okay i made it..let's go to room.

Gauri nodded her head and they went to the room.Om made sit her on the bed and feed her.

Suddenly tears flows from her eyes.Om put cake on the table.

O : what happened gauri??

G : I forced you to make cake at this night.I am not a good wife.I am always troubling you..

Om wiped her tears.

O : don't cry dear..you are not troubling me.You are mine.my dear Gauri..

Om again started to feed her.Gauri held her hand..

G : I don;t want to eat.I want to sleep.

She laid on the bed.Om also laid beside her and she placed her head on her chest and he rest his hand on her waist.

One day gauri and anika went for the check up.

O : Gauri.what did doctor said?

G : you have one surprise omkarajii..

O : surprise??what is that??

G : no i will not tell it now..

O : tell me gauri..

G : no it is a surprise for you.. i will not tell it now..

On the delivery day..

Om was waiting outside the labour room.Shivru ans Anika also with him.Afetr sometime one nurse came out from the room and handed over the child to Om.

N : Boy..

Om was very happy.

R : Yaayyy....my God is with me..and this is boy.

S : shut up rudy..all are equal for us..

And again a nurse came out from the labour room.They saw an another child in her hand.All are looked at her.

N : and this is a girl..

S : two children..

N : yes twins..one boy and one girl..don't you know it earlier?

Om nodded his head negatively.Nurse handed over the child to Shivaay.

Om's eyes filled with tears.

O : I am very very happy Shivaay..twins for me..

S : why don't she tell this to you before?

A : because she want to give a surprise for om..

S : that means you know this earlier..

Anika noddedd her head positively.

O : She really surprised me.and my prince and princess are very cute..

R : god is great..we get both boy and girl.

After some days Om and and Gauri returned to OM with their cuties.

S : Guys..do you have any name for our cuties?

R  : yes.I already found names for them.

R : Avantika Singh Oberoi and Aarav Singh Oberoi......

G : Actually it is very risk to take care of twins.

Avantika and Aarav slept.
