Percy's POV-

"Whats up Annabeth?" I said casually, not thinking anything was wrong.
"Percy, i know you like this girl, I'm not stupid." Annabeth said obviously irritated. You know you you and I are dating, right?"
" Annabeth, listen, i think now is the time to do this. But i think we should see other people", I said irritated, hoping Annabeth doesn't catch it.
" Well, maybe this would change your mind." Then she leaned it and kissed me. I put my hands on her shoulders to push her off, not thinking about bystanders getting the wrong idea. When i finally got her off, i looked to see a watery eyed (name) about to run off.

(Name's) POV-

It broke my heart to see Percy do that. I-I thought me and Percy had something. I didn't know that he was dating Annabeth otherwise I wouldn't have acted like that in front of her. I shouldn't be falling in love with him anyhow. I'm going to die in a few weeks anyhow. I ran away with tears streaming down my face. As I ran to the woods I heard someone calling my name. I didn't bother to look back already knowing who it was. I wasn't able to run long because of my stupid heart problems. I only turned around to see sea green eyes looking at me.
" what do you want?" I asked sombrely, only knowing the answer i was going to get: rejection.
"I came here to say I broke up with Annabeth. She was being too overprotective. I was going to do it earlier until you came to camp. And when you two encountered, it only proved my point when she pulled me over. She was only gonna walk away from you, then i told her that wanted to go separate ways then she pulled me into the kiss." He said with tears in his eyes.
"That doesn't explain why you put your hands on her shoulders!" I said tears falling down my face.
"I tried to push her off! The only person i like, no love, is you!" He yelled back with tears streaming down his face, " i know now is not a good time for a love confession, but i cant have you mad at me. And i was wondering you would be my girlfriend?"
"Percy, I'd love to, i was going to tell this to you earlier, but I'm going to die in a few weeks." right then and there, i told him everything. About my heart, about when im gonna die. And it was hell telling him that, with tears streaming down both of our faces
"So you're telling me, you're going to die few weeks? and you say that you need a heart downer in order to stay alive?"
"Yes." I replied sadly.
"Then i will just be with till the end. No matter what the cost." Then we two kissed. I wrapped my arms around his neck and he wrapped his arms around my waist.
~5 years later~
Percy and i have been dating for 4 years and have been married for a year. Today is the day we met. I ended up getting my heart downer and i ended up living to this very day.
