Rithwik POV

" Rishab…"

" Whoever you are...God will punish you for all your sins one day" Rithwik screamed.

" Why are you here? To know any password or any sign of any documents?" he asked Rishab with disgust.

" I am here to tell you about a very important matter. " Rishab said, lowering his head with shame.

" Aarushi is pregnant with your child" Rishab informed in a low voice.

I stood numb with the information. I am ashamed of myself that I was not with her at this time. She would think about me as a cheater.

When I was deep thinking, he informed me that my Aarushi is going to marry someone.

" My Aarushi never marries anyone except me. She doesn't think about any other man even in her dreams. " I shouted.

" You are right. She loves you so much. But she wants to marry that person because of her mother. Her mother is not good. It was her last wish to see her marriage. " he said.

" It is all happening because of you. She was thinking that I cheated on her. She hates me now. You bastard….why do you do all these things? For money? " I shouted.

Suddenly his mobile started ringing, he attended to the call and listened to the other side silently.

" Whatever mistakes I made, I will rectify them even if I have to die. I promise you Aarushi and your baby will be yours," saying he started walking outside. Before he stepped out of the room, he asked his friend to take care of me.

I was confused by his behaviour. He always used to talk to me with hatred but today his behaviour was changed. Even they saved me from death. This day, I saw so much care in his eyes.

I don't understand why he changed suddenly.

" Is your friend planning to get something from me? " I questioned his friend.

He laughed at me and said, " If he wants anything, he can win in anyways but he never begs anyone."

" Even if I tell you the truth, you don't believe us now. If Rishab gives a word to anyone, he will fulfil his promise. Don't worry. Present your family is in danger, only Rishab can save you all. So take some rest." His friend said.

Rishab's behaviour and his words confused me. Till a few days back, he was determined to take revenge on my family. I don't know what happened to him suddenly.

" Why does he want to save my family suddenly? What happened to him that he changed completely?" I asked him.

" He came to know the truth about you and your family. So he changed his mind." He left the place.

I sat on the bed in confusion. But in my mind, Rishab's words were running. I wish to fly like a bird and hug my Aaru. I am happy and sad to know that I am becoming a father. I want to tell her that I never cheated on her. I love her so much.

When my mom told me to marry Ishita. I am so disturbed because I have loved Aarushi since my teenage. I was afraid to express my love to her thinking she would reject my love. I thought I would lose her friendship. So I always stayed quiet without expressing my feelings. But when my mom told me to marry Ishita. I could not stay quiet and went to meet Aarushi. I lied to my mom that I was going to meet Manasi in Australia. 

A few days back.....

I got information about Aarushi from my sister and went to meet her at her workplace. When I reached her apartment, she was getting ready for her friend's birthday in the club. She was looking mind-blowing in her floral frock.

As I expected, she was shocked to see me in Australia. Immediately, she ran towards me and hugged me tightly. After a few seconds, she moved away and asked me what was the sudden surprise of my visit. Then I informed her that my mom selected a girl for me and wanted to marry her. Immediately her smiley face turned pale.

" Congrats…" she said in a low voice.

" Àaru...I wanna…." My words were interrupted by her mobile ring.

" Yeah...coming…" She answered and disconnected the call.

" Sorry….my friends are waiting for me at the club. I have to go…" she informed me.

" Aaru...Can I join you?" I asked 

" Okay… let's go…." She said nodding her head and I followed her like a lost puppy.

She drove the car in silence whereas I was staring at her without blinking my eyes. She doesn't give me a single stare while driving. After a fifteen minutes drive, we reached the club. 

" Let's go inside…" she invited me.

She introduced her friends who studied along with her. As I don't know any of her friends there, I sat quietly at one corner of the club. I was observing Aaru enjoying with her friends. 

Suddenly, one of her friends dragged Aarushi to the dance floor. She started dancing with him ignoring me. My blood boiled when her friend placed his hand on her. I ordered two shots of wine to control my anger. 

After a few minutes, I noticed his hands moving towards her waist and was trying to pull her closer to him. She was feeling uncomfortable with his closeness. I gulped another two shots as I lost my temper. I walked onto the dance floor and pulled Àarushi into my arms. Her eyes widened with my sudden move.

" Don't you want to dance with me?" I whispered in her eyes.

She nodded her head and danced with me. I pulled her closer to me and squeezed her waist. She tried to move away from me but my grip was tight so that she would not escape. She looked into my eyes to try to understand my intention.

" Aarushi….Shall we go for dinner?" Her friends asked her.

" No...she is not coming with you. We are going for a date" I replied to them.

" Really!" They asked with a surprise.

" But...she never goes on a date with anyone. She had a crush on her childhood friend, Rithwik…." One of her friends said.

" And I am that Rithwik…" I replied while smirking at her.

She lowered her head. I don't know whether she was embarrassed or shy.

They all left us alone giving us a bright smile. I removed the strands of her hair and pulled her towards my chest.

" Aaru….is it true that you have a crush on me? " I asked her.

She remained silent lowering her eyes. I lifted her head with my forefinger and looked into her eyes. I saw her misty eyes and kissed her forehead

" I love you….Aaru. " I expressed my love.

She hugged me tightly and sobbed in my arms. We stayed like that forgetting our surroundings. Then I moved away from her and kneeled on one leg.

" Will you marry me?" I asked her and waited for her reply.

" Yes...I will..." she said with excitement.

I put a ring on her ring finger with a bright smile. After I stood up, I lifted her and twirled with happiness.

After having our dinner, we together went to her apartment. She went to change her dress to the restroom. She wore the satin peach colour night frock and was looking so sexy. 

She came to the living room with a pillow and a blanket. She informed me that she will sleep in the hall as it has only one bedroom in her apartment.

" Good night, Rith…" she greeted me.

" I will go after one day. Please spend some more time with me. " I dragged her to the bedroom.

" I don't let you sleep not so soon. I missed you so much " I hugged her.
