1.About myself

My name is Nam. I'm the first year student at Ha Noi University of Industry. I like listening to music, playing sports and chatting with my friends. In my free time, I usually go out with my friends and play sports with them. Everyday, I get up...(nhu phan My normal day)... at 11p.m. I find it quite difficult to study at university because I nearly have to learn by myself. However, I will try my best to get a good result.

2. Life in the city, compared with life in the country

In my opinion, urban life or rural life has its own advantages and disadvantages.

First, living in the city we may enjoy those benefits:

- Communication and transportation systems are better. There are so many means of communication and transport that we can choose the ones we like best.

- Thanks to electricity network and running water, our material lives are more comfortable.

- Urban life provides us with all sorts of entertainments: televisions, radios, movies, theatres, concerts and famous recreation centers.

- Living in town we can improve our knowledge easily by attending any schools, universitie

      Besides its advantages, urban life also has its disadvantages

- Our health is in danger: pollution by factories and heavy traffic may cause serious diseases to all of us.

- Violent deaths happen regularly in such a crowded city with all kinds of vehicles.

      On the contrary, rural life seems ideal to all of us, especially to the old.

- We can enjoy fresh, cool air and behold beautiful landscapes in the

Country

-How safe and delighted we are when we can sleep a sound sleep at any time of the day

- Our social lives in the country are easier

Apart from these advantages, living in the country we may meet lots of difficulties too.

- Communication and transportation are obstructed by lack of means of transport or by floods in the rainy season.

- - Our knowledge is limited by being short of mass media.

3.My best friend

I have many friends and my closest one is Long. He lives next to my house, so we often go to school together. He's got a square face, short black hair and brown eyes. He is not as tall as me but he is very strong. Long has many different hobbies, such as playing sports, listening to music and going fishing. In his free time, he usually goes out with me to play sports. He is not only good at playing sports but also studying at university. His favorite subjects are Math, English and History. Whenever I have difficulties in these subjects, he is always willing to help me. Moreover, he is very kind and helpful to others. He is, therefore, admired by many people. He is really a good person for everyone to lean.

HCM is the first president of viet nam.he was born in Nghe An province

in 1980 and in 1969 .he left vn to find the ways to save our cuontry

on june 5,1911,when he was 21 years old. Athough his life was very

difficult but he was always optimistic.he tried his best to learn more

and more so he could speak more than ten language s:english ,french

,chinese.russian .he lived in many countries in the world and he

searched many methods to find out the true one for our country,In 1941

he came back to viet namand then he led the vietnamese to carry to

start a war of resistance,Besides,he had many different names such

as:NTT.NAQ....

he was the greatest president but his life was very simple.Everyone

loves him and he his the great mirror for all the people to day in hte

5.summer holyday

My last holiday was on the special occasion when Vietnamese people

were celebrating the 35th anniversary of the Southern Liberation and

National Reunification. My family traveled to Da Lat and booked a

10-day holiday there. That was the place where i felt really great. My

parents rented a lovely house on a hill. The weather there was fine;

the average temperature was about 16 degrees. We often went around to

sightseeing. Landscapes were very wonderful and romantic. Sometimes, I

saw some couples holding hand and looking romantically into each

other's eye. In my opinion, Da lat is really the place to enjoy when

we have to face to stress. When we come there, our stressful issues

will be solved. That is the reasons why I feel comfortable when travel

to there. Therefore, if I have another chance, I would like to come

back Da Lat.

6.Some good points from the bus- the public transportation.

People especially students choose bus as a good means of transport because it is an economic way of traveling. For instance, a bus ticket to move around Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, is only 3,000 vnd for each person no matter how long or short their distance is. It is even much cheaper when the customer have a monthly ticket which just costs 80,000 vnd per commuter and 50,000 vnd per student and they can travel as many times as possible with the ticket. Money saving is therefore the main the reason why the bus attracts so many customers.

The second advantage the bus brings to us is that the bus-traveler can avoid adverse weather effects and pollution. The high temperature in summer or extreme cold in winter seems to make the motorbike drivers and bikers uncomfortable in moving on roads. In stead, sitting on a bus with the average temperature can help the customers avoid bad impacts of severe climate. In addition, people will be free from dust and smokes when they travel by bus. Your is easily damaged under sun light and dust from means of transport It is very common to catch sight of many people with a piece of cloth on their face to protect themselves from lung disease which is caused by dust.

The last good aspect of the bus is to reduce traffic jam and congestion in rush hour. Clearly, a bus can transport nearly 100 people in small space, many buses means thousands of people and it greatly contribute to the traffic jam reduction.

Some bad points the bus brings to us.

Time is a point that you should take into consideration before traveling by bus. Many passengers suffer from waiting for very long time to catch a bus, it means they can be late for school, office or a very important interview. Normally, the passengers can control the time if they regularly travel by bus, but a crowded bus can pass your bus stop and go straight especially in peak hours when school and office stop working. Therefore, bus is not a good choice if you must be punctual.

Burglars on bus are another disadvantage of commuting by this public transport in Vietnam. Money, purses, mobile phones are the common aims of thieves. They take advantages of the crowd, when there are too many people standing on the bus in a limited space and the other passengers are not vigilant.

There are also so many accidents happened on the bus. When passengers go up or down and the driver is not careful enough to open and close the door, accidents are easy to occur.

7.health

To have good health is not difficult if you follow some advice below. The first advice for you is to do exercise regularly and effectively. Everyday, you should spend about twenty or thirty minutes doing exercise. It will be useless if you take too much exercise in a day and sleep in the next days. Because of that, keep doing exercise as regularly as possible. Furthermore, choosing the time for doing exercise is also important. In my opinion, morning is the best time for you to do exercise because the air in this time is the most fresh. You can feel relaxed and get more energy in morning. As a result, doing exercise gets more effective and your health gets better. The second advice is to have a good diet. “Good” means that you have to have enough three main meals in a day. You should not miss any meals because every meal plays an important role in helping you get energy to live and work. Besides, you should keep three main meals on time because it will help you prevent the serious stomach ache. In addition, you have to set up a menu which consists of bothprotein and vegetables. However, it will be better for your health if you eat less food that contains a lot of protein and eat more vegetables. I think it is good for you to follow this diet everyday, but if you are too busy to do it everyday, try to keep it at least five days in a week. In conclusion, you should do exercise regularly and take a suitable diet to have good health.

Nowaday,mobile phones are popular in the life.They have many advantages.Firstly, they help us contact easier.We can talk to my friend,member in our family at far distance.Your work are easier when you use mobile phone,you can contact whenever you need.Moreover,today mobile phone are modern,you can líten to music,read book and go to web,You can relax with lots of game in the mobile phonẹ

However,mobile phone have some disadvantages ,It take you for a long time to use for intertainmen,If you don't use well,you will take some matter,although ,the disavantages.I like use mobie phone,They are verry important for my life.They help us closer.

9.after universyty

I'm a third year student and in the Faculty of International Trade and Economics right now. I like my specialty because I will have many chances to go abroad. After graduating from my university, I hope to find a good job with a good salary in an environment I could use my abilities. My older brother said that I could be an exporter or leader of a foreign company if I try, it sounds very interesting!

Of course, I also want to work in a foreign company, I think it's a good environment to develop my skills: speaking English, writing faxes or emails and contracts with customers, especially communication skills, and the method of working is very professional. I also want to earn much money from my work in the future, so I will work hard to earn a higher salary than expected.

Now I live far away from my parents but I have to depend on them for everything. I love my parents and want to give them some money or other things to help them have a better life in future years when I have graduated. I'm trying to learn English, because it's an international language and I can't help but use it when I working with foreigners. But I don't have enough time to continue learning. I want to find a part time job to earn extra money be in contact with the environment outside my university. So the reason I feel it's very difficult to make up my mind. I wanna find a job where I can practice speaking English. I would work in the evening or on the days I don't have to go to uni, I could learn on the Internet. I'm only just 21 years old, too young to get married soon. I would love a job with many opportunities to travel many places, other countries in the world, to know new cultures there, specially eat much good food. 

In the future, when I have enough experience I'd like to build my own company for exporting or a restaurant, or a store where I can earn money by myself. I will employ many people and give them work in order to contribute to the development of my country. I hope my dream comes true! he he!
