Most of the time I get shitty pulls. I guess that's to be expected in a game like Dokkan. I do play legends but the good pull rate in legends is so terrible that it's not even funny, you could waste 50$ on legends and still get a shitty pull. 

However, in dokkan, I could get a 24 hour revival Super Saiyan 2 angel goku
