Tae: Oh. I...It's fine. Let's go home. You might be feeling unwell.
Y/n: Yeah, I can't bear this.
Tae: Let's go.

He wiped off your face and dried up with his handkerchief. He pecked your sweaty forehead. After holding your hand, he brought you back in the hall

Tae: Eomma, she's sick. I need to take her home.
Mrs. Kim: Yeah, Yeah. Take care, you both and also of the baby.

She smiled.

Tae: Eomma, she isn't pregnant. She just ate some things.

Y/n stood all embarrassed and looked down. She heard some sighs as she understood that she upset everyone.

Mrs. Kim: It's okay, my child. Maybe next time. Take care.

He made you sit in the car and ignited the engine to drive to the home. He wasn't looking at you as he was quite broken after witnessing whatever happened. You noticed it.

He felt a hand over his one which was on the gear. He looked at you and then again at the road. "What happened?"

Y/n: I... I am sorry for disappointing you.

You said and lowered your head. Your voice seemed low and apologetic.

Tae: No, sweetheart. It's nothing to be sorry about. It isn't your fault. It's okay."

He assured and smiled at you. He drove the car through the city towards the route of his own mansion when suddenly you clutched his hand.

Y/n: I need to buy something from the pharmacy.

He looked over the store and stopped right away on the side. He looked at you.

Tae: Tell me, I'll bring it for you.
Y/n: Aniyaa. I need to buy sanitary pads.
Tae: I'll go and fetch it for you.

He opened the door but stopped as you held his hand again.

Y/n: You know the size?
Tae: Uh. I don't.
Y/n: It won't take long. Just a few seconds.
Tae: Fine.

He handed you his card as you got off the car. You walked into the store as the keeper looked at you and bowed.

Shopkeeper: Welcome, ma'am.
Y/n: Can I have medium sized sanitary napkins? The SoftTouch brand please.
Shopkeeper: Yes, ma'am.

He fetched your desired product and put it in front of you.

Y/n: And a medicine for bad stomach.
Shopkeeper: Yes, ma'am.

Another man entered the store.

Shopkeeper: Welcome, sir.
Man: Can I have two pregnancy kits?
Shopkeeper: Yes, wait a bit, please.

He grab a box and took out the medicine and cut it into six pieces and forwarded it to you. You forwarded the card.

Shopkeeper: One second, ma'am.

He grabbed another box and took out two kits and handed it to the man.

Y/n: Uh. Give me two, please.

He gave you two kits too. You payed and went out. You kept the kit with the medicine into your purse and sat beside him.

Tae: Should we go?
Y/n: Yeah..

The Next Morning

Tae: Baby?

You looked at him as you forwarded him the tie. He shook his head and gestured you to come close. You knew what he wanted and smiled before standing closer to him. You put the tie around his neck as he held your waist firmly.

Tae: I was saying that I gave you my card yesterday. Would you please return it to me, honey? It's the limit one. I'll give you the black card. You can use it whenever and wherever you want.

He said and grabbed his purse with the other hand and opened it while you fixed his tie and stood straight. He took out the black card and forwarded it to you.

Y/n: Ani. It's fine.
Tae: No, it isn't. Keep my card to buy the essentials you need as i am busy these day and can't spare time to go on shopping with you. You may need to go with the guards so keep it. And return the other one, love.
Y/n: Uh. Ok.

You went towards the walk in closet where you kept your purse. You opened it to fetch his card when you noticed the pregnancy kit. You took it out and stared at it for a few minutes.

Tae: Love? Be little fast, please.

You kept the pregnancy kits in the pocket of your skirt and fetched his card. You ran back to him and gave him the card.

Tae: Thanks, sweetheart.

He kissed you and went towards the bed while putting the card back into his purse. He grabbed his phone when it suddenly rung up. He picked up the phone.

Tae: Hello? Yes. Yes, at 5 pm. No delays. Tell them to leave if they can't be there at time. You just make sure that the papers are ready.

You looked at him as he talked through the phone. You touched the pocket of your skirt and walked slowly towards the bathroom. You opened the door and went inside.

Tae: What? Oh. Okay then schedule that meeting in the next week and I'll be there one hour later.

He hung up the call and laid back on the bed relaxingly.

Tae: Honey, my meeting is delayed. I can stay more with you.

He called out but didn't get any response.

Tae: Must be something important.

You stared at the thing with no expectations at all. It's been one minute and thirty seconds already but there was no sign of the other red line. You sighed and put back the other kit back into your pocket.

Y/n: I'm not....

Your eyes widened as you took the used kit back into your hand. There were two bright lines visible. A tear left your eyes, thinking about how he will react after knowing this. He will be beyond happy. You were lost in your own thoughts and didn't notice the time.

Tae: Sweetheart?

Tae: Love?

He called out but you weren't responding. He marched towards the bathroom and banged on the door, bringing you back to the reality. You flinched.

Tae: Love? What happened?

You kept the kit back on the counter and run towards the door. You immediately opened it and he started checking you.

Tae: You okay? What happened? What took you so long? Tell me, dear. What is it, wifey?

He picked you up in his arms when you held his arm and stopped him.

Tae: What? Are you still feeling sick?
Y/n: I'm pregnant.
Tae: Ok. Let's go to the doc.. you w..what?

He let you down on the floor.

Y/n: I am pregnant, Taehyung.

You looked at his emotionless face trying to find his true feelings through his eyes but he suddenly started crying.

Y/n: Wae?
Tae: I just imagined my kid playing in the house with me.

He hugged you tight by your waist and cried hard on your shoulder.

Y/n: Huh? You're thinking so fast. Baby isn't born yet.
Tae: Thank you so much, my love. You gave me the best gift ever. You are my best gift ever. I love you so much.

He sobbed and smooched your cheek. You smiled as you watched him.

Tae: How did you find out?

You looked back into the bathroom as he followed your gaze and spotted a pregnancy kit on the counter. He went inside and hold it in his hands. His eyes were gloomy after seeing the red lines on display.

He again walked near you and attached his lips on yours. His one arm wrapped around your waist while the other hand held the kit. He smiled through the kiss.

Tae: Get ready.
Y/n: Huh? Why?
Tae: We're going to see the doctor.
Y/n: What about your meeting that you have in an hour?
Tae: It's cancelled, my love. Let's go.

At th hospital

Dr: The mother and the baby is completely fine. However she's not that much healthy to bear a child but a few vitamin tablets can help her boost the nutrition in her and the baby's body. You need to take extra care of her, especially the mood swings and cravings. The cravings are real so no compromise. And she'll also feel a lot tired and will face pain in her back or knees. Make sure to not eat any antibiotics or painkillers. Now you can go and yes I'll write the tablets, get it from the medicine counter.

Taehyung stood up and held your hand leading you out when the doctor called him again.

Dr: May I talk to you, Mr. Kim? In private?
Tae: Uh. Yes. Love, wait for me outside. I'll be there soon.
Y/n: Yeah ok.

You went out and sat on a chair that was nearby.

Dr: Mr. Kim, I am your family doctor so this is the thing that I should inform you.
Tae: What is it, Miss?
Dr: She might burst out her frustration on you but please try to be as calm as possible while dealing with her. She will be sensitive some times. Please handle the mood swings accordingly and fulfill her wishes. Make her happy in every way you can.  Bring her to me after two months. I wish you both a good life ahead.
Tae: Thankyou so much, Doctor.

You both walked out of the hospital as you were clinging to Taehyung's right arm while he was just admiring you.

Tae: So where do you want to go? We still got half an hour.
Y/n: I want to go home and sleep. I feel a little dizzy.
Tae: What? Let's go and meet the doctor.

He held your wrist and walked to the gate of the hospital.

Y/n: Aniya. I'm feeling s..sleepy.
Tae: Aishh... You scared me.

He scooped you up in bridal style and walked towards his car. He made you sit on the passanger seat and put up the seatbelt. He himself got seated and carefully drove off towards the home.

Tae: Call me if you need anything and don't work much. Just rest and I'll be back soon.

He kissed your forehead and covered you with the duvet.

Two Months Later

The tired yet anticipating man entered his house just to get greeted by silence. He sighed as he knew that his wife must be sleeping. He walked towards the bedroom and entered before closing the door behind. He looked at the curvy figure which was covered with a thick duvet. He put his coat on the couch and walked over to the bed. He slightly removed the duvet and looked at your face.

Tae: I missed you, my love.

He smooched your cheek and you moved a little in your sleep. You slowly opened your eyes and looked at him. He smiled at you.

Y/n: Oh. You're back. Freshen up, I'll serve you the dinner.
Tae: No No. It's fine. I already ate. You just rest here.

He walked into the bathroom to have a shower. Later he cuddled with his wife. She has lately started showing some symptoms of pregnancy. He noticed her using the restroom quite more than usual. She also started being a foody in these days. There were changes in her body too. For him, she glowed even more after pregnancy. Her breasts started filling up more.

It was late at night and the couple was sleeping when the man felt some movements and he lazily gazed down at his wife who was twirling around the bed restlessly.

Tae: Baby?! It's fucking 2 am. What are you doing?

You looked at him and pouted.

Y/n: Hubby!
Tae: What?
Y/n: I am craving.
Tae: I knew you little devil wifey. Wait let me fetch the chocolates.

He lazily got up and stretched his arms before looking around for his coat and he found it on the couch. He moved to the edge.

Y/n: I wanna eat ramyeon, not chocolate.

I know I have been updating very slowly and I want to apologise for making you guys wait so much. Anyways the book is gonna end soon so... Yeah that's it.
