Ayesha's POV

Sitting on my chair, I looked intently at the wall portrait of me and my honey.

We wanted to rule out this place together. But see... here I am left alone in this place and she's away from me.

I looked at the protesters from the glass-wall pane. They were shouting slogans and protesting against me being led by that Rishav. I closed my eyes and tried to calm my rising anger when the door of my cabin opened up revealing Neil.

"You have got all of us into trouble. Rishav... Your so-called brother is against you and you called this to us yourself. Why did you cancel that deal?" Neil asked looking straight into my eyes.

"It was a trap..." I said to which he smirked in sarcasm.

"Of course... Rishav is using the situation against us Ayesha. The workers have left and currently there isn't anyone except Anna, Mr. Raichand, you and me in this bloody building!" He shouted grabbing my entire attention.

I blinked my eyes to this and wondered on how to explain the situation to him.

Ayesha's POV

Rishav was sitting here in front of me. I had called him here specifically to have a talk with him about this matter.

"Why are you doing this?" I asked though I clearly know the answer.

"I want Elmas..." He replied standing true to my expectations.

"But it's mine..." I counter attacked him.

"Leave it..." He said.

"It was of my father and now I have inherited this from him. I have all the rights brother on Elmas and there's no way on Earth that I am gonna give this to you." I said keeping my nameplate of being the CEO in front of him.

"This shall destroy you just like your sister." He warned me.

"I am born to rule Elmas. Till the time, I am alive it's not coming into your hands. You are a player in this game but I am the queen. This queen never bends and will never bend in front of you. Get your eyes away from Elmas if you want yourself safe." I said exchanging glares with him.

"Your death shall be the answer to this now my dear sister." He replied.

Ayesha's POV

I was sitting in my bedroom looking at the files of the deal which turned my workers against Elmas. I was getting frustrated as everything was simply going over my head.

"Help me in this, Anna." I said looking at this blonde.

"What do I know of this? Don't disturb me... I am doing something important." She replied in a monotonous tone sitting in front of the mirror.

"Anna... please." I requested once again.

"I am painting my nails Ayesha. Get away... Also, I am a lawyer. How can I know of this?" She said shooing me away.

"Annabeth... I am serious. I want you right here, right now. Also, we both know that you are not a lawyer." I said in a commanding voice.

She dropped her nail-polish for once and looked at me. I nodded at her to which she finally came next to me.

"I am so sorry princess for the joke. Show me... I will explain it to you." I smiled at my secretary of 2 years and carefully continued to hear out her words.
