It was an ordinary day at JQA Middle School until, the new student came.

Mr.Matthews was teaching whatever he was and I was looking over at Riley doodling 'Farkle' everywhere and Farkle staring at Riley, they are goals but they won't admit it.

"Hey Riles" I whisper. She then looked over at me.

"Peaches" she said.

"You should tell Farkle how you feel" I whisper, she blushes. She then goes back to doodling.

"Hey Clutterbucket" I hear. I then turn around to see him, Cowboy, Bucky Mcboing boing, sheriff.

"What?" I ask. He then opens his mouth about to say something until the door opens making me turn around back to the door.

A guy walks in, "Someone's going to be happy to see me" he says.

"Is it me?" Riley asks.

"Nope" he says.

"Me?" Farkle asks.

"Nope"

Riley and Farkle then look at me.

"Is it me?" I ask.

"No but it could be" he says and winks.

"What are you doing here?" Lucas asks. I look at him.

"Looking for a better welcome from my best friend" he says.

"You know him?" I ask.

"Yeah we knew each other in Texas" he says.

"Yeah here's my report card. I'll sing it for you. D-D-D-D-D-D-F" The new kid says.

"Hey I know that song" I say. He smiles and nods at me.

"So how's Lucas been, good behavior, or was he like he was in Texas" the kid asks.

"What was you like in Texas" I ask turning around.

"Huh oh um, the same" he says not looking at me.

"Come on tell me" I say.

"You won't understand" he says. I raise an eyebrow.

"Won't understand?" I asked.

"Maya" Riley started.

"No, no, I 'won't understand' even though I went through stuff too" I say.

"See that's what I mean you don't know me." He said annoyed.

"You know what your right, I don't know you, just like you don't know me" I say and walk out of the class.

"Go" I hear so I run I the janitors closet. I hear footsteps getting closer making me sit on the floor and bury my face in my lap. I hear the door open making me mutter cuss words.

"Maya?" I hear. It's Lucas. I can tell by that attractive voice. I mean, um that, oh forget it. I can't see him but I know he's staring at me. He then turns on the light.

"Maya please talk to me" he says.

"Why I don't know you." I say.

"Maya.." He tries.

"You don't know me at all Lucas." I say.

He then looks mad. "I know everything about you." he says.

"Like what?" I ask.

"Like how you have hope but it's covered up by you being broken, you hope that Shawn and your mom get married and you finally have a dad. You know when I'm staring at you which is constantly because I'm in love with you but I'm scared to say it so I'm just going to this" he says. I was going to question but he just grabs my face and smashes our lips together. I feel a lot of sparks. Before I could kiss back he stops.

"Sorry but I-" I then grab his face and smash our lips. He then wraps his arms around my waist and I smile into the kiss. We then separate.

"Wow" we say.

"I um," I try to say.

"Will you be my girlfriend?" he asks. I smile.

"Yes" I say.

"Now for Filey" I say. He smiles and grabs my hand.
