Rushing through the front door, I went at Archie. Wrapping my arms around him, we both held each other tightly. Relieved that he was in one piece, opening my eyes to Klaus and Veronica. I looked to Veronica in worry. I'm ok. She mouthed.

"I'm so happy you're ok, I'll make sure something like this never happens to you again." I told Archie.

"Not your fault Luci, I'm ok." He kissed the side of my head, holding his head in my hands. I saw that Klaus stitched him up.

"You can come and stay here anytime, you know that right?" I raised an eyebrow.

"I know." He smiled.

"We better get going, thank you guys again." Veronica hugged Klaus, walking over to me. Archie and Klaus hugged as Veronica and I embraced one another. " Thank you Lucifer, take care of yourself and the little one." She whispered.

"I will." I whispered back, watching them leave. Klaus brought me into his chest. "What happened?" I asked.

"When I went to get Archie, I saw on nicks laptop that he set up for Archie. It viewed nicks hotel room, where Veronica was. We went to get her."

The rest of the night, the king and queen of the Southside. Rested closely to one another that night, where the queen laid wide open. Thinking, as she felt Klaus's arm around her  stomach. The queen placed her hand over his, Remembering how her body felt when Archie was missing. She was terrified how she would feel when it was her baby's life.

The next day rolled around a bit too quick for the rulers likings, the queen left her king to sleep as she went to meet her little prince at Pops for breakfast. The queen walking threw the door, she smiled seeing her little brother typing away on his laptop with a cup of coffee beside him. Wrapping her arms around his shoulders, she kissed his cheek.

"Morning." Jug placed his hand on mine.

"Morning kiddo." I replied, walking around to sit across from him.

"Hey Lucifer, would you like the usual?!" Pop called out.

"That'll be great, thanks pop!" I yelled back, my attention landing back on Jug. "So, any exciting or interesting news?"

"Yes, do you remember dad's friend from Shankshaw?" He questioned.

"War baby? Yeah, what about him?" I asked.

"Our old adversaries, the ghoulies, have been released." I rubbed my temple. "Word on the street is that they want serpent blood. They're gunning for a rematch, they want war."

"I'll talk to Klaus about it when I get back to the whyrm. How's the rest of the serpents going at school, I haven't been able to check in." I thanked Pops as he placed my food and milkshake in front of me.

"We're getting by, sticking together as you always say. Watch each others backs, you know the rest." I smiled as I huffed a small laugh.

"You're gonna be a good, no. Great ruler when Klaus and I step down."

"Not for a while, you look very bright today by the way." He changed subject all of a sudden. I narrowed my eyebrows with an awkward smile, trying to hide the fact my heart was about to burst out of my chest.

"Is that a good thing?" I raised an eyebrow.

" Yeah, haha. You look pretty." He stuffed his mouth full of pancakes, smiling at him. I kissed my fingers and then pressed them against his head. While we continued our breakfast, we both continued to reminisce the past and laugh. How in the back of my mind, I couldn't wait for him to be an uncle.
