The buses which used to halt in our depot, we use to thoroughly check for repairs and maintenance. Jaigopal too checks for the passengers for security. Jaigopal used to go for a round with few constables, along the highway to check for any stranded people. Even sometimes, Shirish, Anant, Jagdamba, and I, accompanied Jaigopal with few constables, we had the vehicle allotted by the government for bus depot staff. We use to check along the highway, also there has been some instance, where we helped the stranded people. Jaideep use to get calls at his control room, from the stranded passenger. There was board mentioned in the corners of the highway, advised them not to stop at the highway. There were few instances, where the buses broke down, and the drivers, and conductors contacted us, thus without losing much time, we use to visit the spot with our towing vehicle, and towed the bus back to depot. We had enough towing vehicle at our disposal, and not to mention, even the highway police had a lot of them.

There was a reason behind it, a dark secret, which was known only to Me, my friends, the highway police, the staff at hospital, and food stalls. Even the drivers and conductors of the bus, who travelled here knew about it, but it was not made public. There were people, who knew about it, and posted in on Facebook, and social media platforms, however, that was denied by us. There were top Government Officials who knew about it, however, that was kept classified. We use to inform the media, that it was due to security reasons, that the board was installed, that no one should halt on the highway.
