The unemployment rate edged down to 8.8 percent, the lowest in two years. 

And some economists say this spring may be the start of better news to come. 

Consumer spending has been increasing. 

Stephen Hess is a political scientist who studies the presidency at the Brookings Institution in Washington. 

He says, "The next election will, more than anything else, depend on employment in the United States." 

Labor Secretary Hilda Solis pointed out that the economy has added jobs for twelve months in a row. 

She says the economy has added a million and a half private sector jobs.

 A long time ago, there was a young man who wanted to find the meaning of life. He traveled from the sea to the mountain to do that.

      One day, he saw a butterfly trying to move with its new wings. The new wing is weak, so it it very hard for the butterfly to move. Nearby, another butterfly was trying to get out of its cocoon.

      Một ngày nọ, ông nhìn thấy một con bướm đang cố gắng để di chuyển với đôi cánh mới của nó. Cánh mới là yếu, vì vậy nó rất khó khăn cho bướm để di chuyển. Gần đó, một con bướm đã cố gắng để có được ra khỏi cái kén của nó. Muốn giúp đỡ, ông đã phá vỡ cái kén và bướm mới dễ dàng nhận ra.

 The new butterfly tried to open its wings but could not, and then became quiet, silent in death. The young man felt so sad. The butterfly could have got out of its cocoon, opened its wings and flied high on the sky if he had not helped it. It should not have died in that way!

      What can we learn from the young man’s story? Let others do their work by themselves. No one should do for another what that person can do alone. Sometimes, our help is not neccessary and even it may destroy everything. That is the rule of life.
