Election day

Is finally here

Last day to vote

Make our choice clear

Frayed emotions

Hopes running high

Count will take time

As we all sigh

But day will come

When we will know

A nation's choice

Feel high or low

And we will walk

On pathways laid

Hope our choice was

Carefully made

We use free speech

To cast our choice

Ensure leaders

Will hear our voice

Though voting done

We will not rest

We review paths

Through free speech quest
