Boiling of words

End over end

Bubbling up

Take up my pen

Wait for release

Words never come

Stare at my world

Mind feeling numb

Write down some words

All lines seem flat

Frustration reigns

Throw down my hat

Take a deep breath

Gently close eyes

Clear mind of thought

Let the words rise

After awhile

Take up my pen

Words start to flow

Silence, my friend
