**Wendy's POV**
"Ooow!" I whimpered my long dark blue pigtails drooping. "Hm?" said a young boy. He wandered over to me because he heard me crying and went to help me.

"Are you ok?" He asked me, bending down to meet me, eye to eye on the ground. "I-I'm fine... I guess. I tripped... again." I said in my smooth, yet husky voice.

**Romeo's POV**

"Wait right here. I live next to here!" I said to this beautiful girl. I ran into my house and grabbed a band aid from the kitchen.

I ran back and crouched to her level again. "T-thank you..." she said still teary. I placed the band aid on her knee gently. I offered her my hand to get up.

**Wendy's POV**

He offered me his hand and helped me up. "M-my name is Wendy, Wendy Marvell..." I said with all the courage I could scrape up.

"Romeo, Romeo Conbolt!" He said just delightfully! He is sooo handsome and the scarf he wears looks so war- NO WENDY!! WHAT ARE YOU THINKING!? I thought to myself.

"Get your mind out of the gutter Marvell!" I said to myself not realising I said it aloud. Romeo stared at me confused.

What did she say? Well whatever! I thought to myself. Wow... Wendy! Such a beautiful name for a beautiful girl.

"S-so wanna come play tag with me and my friends? I asked her. She replied with a joyful and thankful yes please.
