(Anika's pov)

I moved inside my room and was surprised to find big box kept on bed. I moved forward and quickly opened it, "Ahhhh!" I shouted and in no less time whole Oberoi clan rushed inside,

"Anika are you okay child?" Asked Tej uncle.

"Ani do are you hurt?" Asked Rudra.

"Anika what happened?" Asked Pinky aunty.

"Guys relax, I'm not hurt , I shouted because of this!" I took out cute little puppy from the box who was just like a ball of fur.

"Oh my Maata! Shakti ji he is so cute" gushed Pinky Aunty coming forward to pat him.

"Aww he is so soft. " Rudy said taking him in his arms.

This puppy is the best gift I have ever got and I looked around to find Shivaay leaning on door frame. I so wanted to hug and shower him with kisses but I controlled myself from doing it. I blinked my eyes trying to thank him to which he nodded with a smile.

I looked at everyone busy quarreling who will take puppy first. He had such a big eyes looking innocently at everyone not understanding anything and his little nose. Aww! he is so adorable, I thought.

"Everyone calm down, this puppy belongs to Anika so she will be the one keeping his name" Om said breaking my trance.

I took him in my arms and kissed his forehead, he sneezed making me chuckle.

"Muffin!" I said to which he barked.

"Di he too loves this name ." I nodded curling him close to my heart.

"Ok guys! Let's have dinner first and then we will play with Muffin." declared Dadi to which all made their way out while I sat on bed patting him.

I heard door been closed and I exactly knew who the person was, slowly keeping Muffin on the bed, I jumped into his arms making him surprise.

"Thank you, thank you so much Shivaay. I just loved your surprise, you are the best. I love you." I kissed his cheeks, wrapping my arms around his neck.

"I'm glad you are happy and once again sorry sweetheart. " He apologized while I kissed him showing that I already forgave him.

'Bark, bark ' we broke the kiss hearing Muffin bark. We looked behind to see him standing at edge of bed and looking or I can say glaring at Shivaay.

"I guess Muffin does not like his momma romancing with his daddy."

"Muffin bad boy!" Shivaay said taking him into his arms.

"Muffin loves his momma and he is really possessive about her." I teased Shivaay by pecking Muffin's mouth.

"See already momma had started giving my parts of kisses to you." Shivaay complained to Muffin who wagged his tail in response.

"Shivaay what about his food and other stuffs?" I asked looking at Muffin.

"For now, I have brought a small pack of dog food and related to other things, I wanted you to select it so we'll go  tomorrow together and buy other necessary items." I nodded and we moved downstairs joining others for dinner.

"Muffin be a good boy and I will miss you." I kissed his forehead earning a bark from him. It has only been a day and I'm so attached to this cute little creature.

"Anika don't worry, it's just matter of an hour and we will be back plus whole family is there to look after him." Said Shivaay as we moved out of Oberoi Mansion, to go at pet's shop to buy food and stuffs for Muffin.

As I opened the door, I heard a bark from behind , I turned around only to find Muffin running towards our direction with Rudra trying to catch him. I bend down and he ran into my arms making me chuckle. "Aren't you a little mischief." I pecked his forehead.

"I guess he doesn't want to stay without you so he ran out here." Said Rudra to which I nodded and settled inside car with Muffin in my arms.

"He is completely mumma's boy." Said Shivaay to which I couldn't agree less.

                                 ***

"Welcome sir, welcome mam, what can I help you with?" Asked store manager as soon as he saw us entering inside the shop .

We are here to buy dog food, his shampoo, belts and most importantly a dog bed and other stuffs." Replied Shivaay go which manager nodded and lead us to the way.

"Muffin, muffin, come here where are you going?" I ran behind him as he suddenly ran into opposite direction.

My heart melted seeing view infront on me. Their stood muffin against cage barking, inside their was a similar type of dog but was pure white in colour.

I looked beside me to see Shivaay looking at them.

"Sir actually that pup is your dog's sister. Since yesterday she is not eating anything, maybe because she was missing him."

"We are buying that puppy too." Said Shivaay surprising both me and manager.

"Noone has a right to separate anyone from his family." I felt proud of him.

Soon we made our way out, followed my staff members carrying all stuffs we bought and I had a big dog carrying bag in which Muffin and her sister Marshy(short form of Marshmello), as suggested by me were playing happily.

As we reached home, family members were surprised to see Marshy and I explained how we decided to buy her. Everyone was happy and we all were amazed to find Marshy tagging along with Shivaay or I can say following Shivaay wherever he goes. She got attached with him more than anyone else in less time. I could see he was too enjoying it getting her attention.
In fact my dad who feared dogs was playing with Muffin happily . I was happy seeing everyone happy and wished to keep us everyone away from any danger.
