So facts about these dolls is about- it depends of what disease you have gotten in the past like..if you have cancer and you fight it and finally end it- your doll will eventually get that disease you have got and my heart when I was like 2...oh god... and every doll child must have a heart of any kind depending of how you are and her gem is a heart and that means you are a lovable person yet doesn't agree by itself, also that idea is inspired by SquishyWritesStories and her candy AU :>

She has a sensitive personality and including her heart. Her new weakness is fire since it can burn her skin including her gem heart and she can't die from falling damage but can be ripped apart so violently and she sadly can't do anything about that. The gem heart is very powerful by the old men that had a very light personality but yet his heart wasn't so light at all. She was forced to be happy and cheerful all the time because if she gets angry...her heart becomes more weaker than before and if that heart dies...she will die by heart gem death. A heart gem can survive by coldness but can't survive by fire since the doll can die by fire which causes the heart to have a panic attack and it will eventually collapse out of the doll and left out and these gems are very dangerous yet very rich which it can be at least one million dollars so it explains why the doll population is dolls are dying by it (yes I am enjoy this :>) the first doll was the "original Dahlia doll" but she died by a heart death from not taking care of her heart well but it wasn't her fault...she was experimented... and so she is renamed Dahlia doll to remember the original. The gem stone can be any color and any shape it depends of what kind of personality you have :> a doll can die from old age and the oldest age for the time for the doll to end is 145 years old and Dahlia is only about unknown since I haven't wondered what it was but I still love her :>. Don't ask why is her heart so bad and so weak because she really doesn't wanna talk about it.
