So this tutorial is very easy at this point and this is for Endera276 since she asked me how to do the moving effect :>

Step you have to do this BASICALLY AND SO BASIC-

Get a drawing- SO BASIC :> anyways then go to the side of where the options are- then you will see A BUTTON CALLED "filter" and so 

Then you will see these options- I am currently using my mom's old iPad- I dunno if Endera is using a phone to do these stuff BUT I am gonna assume she knows where the options are- IF NOT I WILL GO ON WATTPAD ON MAH PHONE IF I HAD TO- 

At the button you will see a section called blur right in the middle to style and adjust color- and so again- you press the button called blur- (obviously) and then you see 10 options- you will see the fourth option which is:

AND SO YOU PRESS THAT- and that's it basically but you get to choose the directions and the strength- and so that's basically it I guess
