Ash's POV

It's been an hour now since Serena went to the mall with those bullies, I still can't believe they wanted to hang out with her that fast though. What are they planning?

Flashback

First class was over and it was lunch, I went to the three ontop of the hill and sat down underneath it. The school bell finally rang and I could have sworn Serena was running to find me by now.

I was right, five minutes later she found me sitting under the tree and tackled me into a hug, I hug her back and smiled.

"Where have you been?! You made me worried sick!!" Serena pouted, but I can see deep in her eyes she was relieved that she was beside me again.

"Sorry, my stomach didn't agree with me awhile ago and I spent the whole hour inside the bathroom" I lied, I stayed at that empty class thinking about the worse case scenario that may happen in the future. I know it will happen, because it's Gary.

"Dawn and her friends invited me to hang out with them after school, and I was wondering if I can go" my eyes widened and the flashback of what happened an our ago popped in my mind, seriousl0y what are they planning?!

"Oh really? Serena you ca.." I closed my mouth and thought about what Dawn said then what Gary said, if I tell her now she would be in serious danger..GAAAH THIS IS SO HARD!!!

"Ash?" She looked at me in the eyes, she was clearly worried now. Way to go Ash, you're making the love of your life worry!! Just be a man for once!!!

I sigh and placed my head on her left shoulder groaning from frustration.

"If you don't want me to hang out with them, I ok-mm" I cut her off by kissing her passionately on the lips, I pulled back and smiled weakly at her.

"You can, but just be careful around them. You can hang out with them as long as they don't hurt you" Serena nods and rested her head on my chest "Don't worry, I'll be fine"

End of Flashback

Man was that a mistake, why did my romantic side took over me at that moment?! Stupid!! Stupid!! Stupid!!!

Serena's POV

"Isn't this cute Serena?" Dawn asked, I examined the clothing that she was holding. It was a yellow dress that had raffles all over the bottom. It had white stripes on the side, it was pretty cute.

I look back at the other who obviously didn't have any interest in clothes shopping, but I didn't mind spending some time with Dawn for awhile.

We were at one of the clothing stores in the mall, it turns out they weren't really bullies. I guess they were just misunderstood as ones judging from how they act.

"It looks cute" I said with a smile, Dawn squealed and went inside the changing room to try it out. I went back to the others who were groaning from boredom.

"How many more will Dawn try on?!" Misty groaned "I don't know maybe a bunch?" I chuckled and the rest chuckled aswell. As we were waiting for Dawn to get out of the changing room we were talking about random stuff that would just pop in our heads.

"Oh and I was like na ah girl, that swim suit is mine" We all laugh at Misty's story, but I get a feeling there was a reason why they wanted me to hang out with them. As far as I know, they are really popular in school and they want to hang out with someone like me means they are aiming for a goal.

"Anyway what about you Serena, what were  you like as a kid?" Iris asked, I look at them. They look so innocent, yet they would hurt my Ashy..why?

"Me? Well, I was pretty much being held inside the gal-I mean house when I was younger" I said "Man, tough childhood" Gary uttered and the rest nodded "Can I ask you guys one thing?" They all nod telling me I can "Why do you hate Ash so much? His a kind person who won't do anything to anyone" Gary and the rest glared at me, I stepped back from their glares.

"Ash treated us like dirt 4 years ago, we were the new kids and he never even noticed us when we talked to him!!" Gary hissed, so that's why..

"Yeah, his the real bully!" Iris exclaimed, I giggled in my mind. Ash a bully? Never gonna happen.

"I think you got it all wrong" I said bluntly "What? How would you know?! You weren't even there!!" Misty scoffs and it looks like she wanted to hit me, so I step infront of her making her back off.

"What the?!" I grabbed both of her hands and formed them into a fist and forced her to punch me "What the heck are you doing?!" Misty pulled her hands away, I laugh at them.

"This girl is crazy!" Iris exclaimed, I look at her making her hide behind Paul. I smiled widely at them "I'm not crazy, I may not have been there but I am here now. I knew Ash since the day I was born, and I can easily say he was a very shy kid when you came around. He was nervous around you guys because he thinks of you guys as the cool kids" They looked at me like I was some kind of ghost, what I said was true. He is a shy person both inside and out.

I have been watching from above after all of course I would know whether it's true or not.

"So, he was just..shy.." the expression in the faces could be clearly seen as guilt, I sighed and look back at the changing room. Dawn sure was taking her sweet time.

"It's not like he would do that on purpose, like you said he's a weakling. It would be a miracle if he managed to punch someone causing that person faint" I laugh at the thought, he couldn't do that. I know him, he won't and he will never do that.

"Serena..why are you so nice to us right now? When back then you were so hateful towards us?" Paul asked, he finally spoke now that is a miracle.

"Well, when I look at you guys right now. I see a group of friends just having fun without a care in the world. That made me atleast be I don't know nice I guess.." I replied "Even if we kept on bullying your boyfriend?" Gary asked, I nod in reply "All of us can change you know, so I forgive you guys even if you guys aren't apologizing"

The group smiled at me "and to think we thought you would be like him" Misty said while tackling me into a hug and the others joined in.

"Soo~ umm, what about Ash?" I asked them "We'll say sorry to him tomorrow at school" Gary said, I smiled.

Little did they know, that I actually knew what they were planning. They wanted me to separate with Ash? Never, and besides this is better than what they wanted.

So..

Mission accomplished

Get wreck bullies
