Losing is not fun but it's always a good time for reflecting on what you could have done differently.
Recently I lost a big game against one of my rivals in basketball. I was just upset for a second then I thought there's much more I could have done to help this season like being present at more games. When I was not at games practice.

Really there was no reason we should not have won against that team. We have the skill and the talent we didn't utilize or believe in ourselves.
