LEVI WRIGHT HAD HIS LIFE planned out for him from the moment he was born. His parents had a college fund for him, had sent him to a prestigious school where he excelled in all of his studies, and had even hand-picked his girlfriend, who was to become his wife one day. It wasn't until he was fifteen that things began spiralling, and he found himself losing control. Finding out he had the ability to manipulate sound waves was only the beginning. Becoming Queen's latest vigilante was the next, and meeting Liz Allan was the third. He was immediately entranced by her. The way her eyes glimmered when she smiled, and how his heart skipped a beat any time she looked at him. It didn't take long for a friendship to evolve from their first meeting.

He didn't need to become a vigilante. Queens already had Spider-Man, there was no reason for Levi to put a mask on and decide to do something. But he did, and he was good at it. He didn't mind the bruises and the busted lips, as long as he got to save someone. Until that someone becomes Liz Allan.

✦ so, like requested, the oc is a superhero. he has the ability to manipulate sound waves. he can use already existing sound waves and make them louder, and use the vibrations from them to use as offensive attacks. yes, he can produce an ear-shattering scream, but this has its drawbacks. if you look on superpower wiki, there's more information.

✦ the louder he screams, the weaker his voice becomes, so it takes a little bit to regain his voice back which is why he never really uses it, instead, he manipulates the sound waves around him to attack.

✦ levi was born with his powers. either one of his parents, or just someone in his family could have had powers too, so the gene was passed down.

✦ he didn't know about his powers until he was about fifteen. how he finds out about them is also up to you.

✦ he does get angry at his parents for not telling him about it, but they help him control and keep his powers secret from the world.

✦ i was thinking he starts fighting crime when he witnesses a girl getting assaulted, and he decides that he needs to help others like her who can't defend themselves. you can change this if you'd like.

✦ i don't have any ideas for an alias, but i'm more than happy to help you come up with one

✦ he does have a girlfriend his parents set him up with, and hers set him up with him. she's not really happy in the relationship either, but neither one of them break it off because of how their parents will react.

✦ i don't have any faceclaim ideas for the girlfriend, so i'll leave this up to you.

✦ please don't make the girlfriend jealous of liz, or of levi's crush on liz when they're still together. she doesn't want to be in the relationship either, so she's actually very supportive of levi and liz and i imagine she'll actually try to set them up.

✦ i actually think it'd be super cute if the girlfriend had a crush of her own, maybe on someone who's not really considered popular in their school, and is kind of an outsider? you don't have to do this though if you think it's too cliche.

✦ how they break up is up to you, but it's a mutual thing, and i imagine they'd remain good friends afterwards.

✦ if levi goes to midtown is up to you, but if he doesn't he definitely goes to a very preppy school.

✦ he meets liz at a fundraiser that both of their parents attended, and they were introduced to each other.

✦ i think it'd be a pretty cute idea for him and spider-man to have a good-natured rivalry, and occasionally team up.

✦ if you want to split up the story into two acts that's fine, or you can have it be one big act.

✦ adrian does not find out about levi's identity, but during homecoming, spider-man tells levi about adrien.

✦ adrian is spider-man's villain, but if you want, adrian can team up with someone who keeps levi off of his back while the vulture fights spider-man.
