I hate the silence, the quietness makes all the thoughts and feelings come to my head.
I hate the dark, it's the last thing I remembered in my memory from my childhood... Speaking of my childhood, I never knew much about it. It's one of the things I hate thinking about.

The fire and heat, the people that are running for their lives. As a child I knew what was going on, our village was set on fire for no reason... Just for fun. I hugged on tight onto a friend I made I never remembered how she looked or her name the memories of mine were fuzzy and hard to see.

People were trying to set down the fire throwing full buckets of water, helping others stay safe and sound, I felt a hand grab my arm as someone tired to separate me from my friend, trying to break up from this hand I never could... I was taken away from my home.

Darkness was I could see it was spacious I couldn't move, I started banging on whatever I could. As I pushed it I fell onto the hard ground, it was dark I couldn't see anything. It made me feared the stuff that is happening around me I felt like I could see things, my tears started to fall as I curled up into ball and waited as the sun came up.

This was my life from now, as I kid I never really know how to survive, but the only thing I could do is steal, stealing was the only way to live right now.

This was my life now all my ripped clothes and messy hair, my eyes dark from lack of sleep, also being paranoid and making sure nothing hurts me from the distance, I had a good sense of hearing but never in sight. I'm not the right height for my age since I never ate well, but I'm a fast runner that's a plus.

The sun started to set down as I rushed to find some resources and camp out here, it got darker and darker. My hands rubbed against each other and place them near fire to catch the heat, russels of the trees and bushes swayed and got me to frantically look side to side.

I hid myself more in my cloak but the fire started to go lower, until... it burned out I started panicking and felt cold hands in mine I started struggling but no use to get out of it since it had a strong grip. Tears started to ran down and started shivering, it slowly lost its grip and started a torch.

As it lit I realised the person was upside down with a scarf wrapped around his neck but to also cover half of his face... he was swinging and stared deep in my eyes. His soft baby green eyes which hypnotised me, his hair hanging which made him look funny. He cupped my cheek in his hand which had him swipe his thumb to wipe my tears, he lowly whispered his raspy voice coming through the scarf.

" Sh... It's okay, its alright "

I place mine on top of his and snuggling into it, I haven't felt this type of collusion, this type of physical touch, this connection. He flipped over the branch and landed on his two feet and relit the place where I started the fire started. In leaned more into the tree, he looked at me again. He got his weapons on the belt on his waist and drop them on the ground.

" It's okay you can trust me, is anyone with you? " I shook my head.

" Do you have anywhere to go? " I shook my head again.

" I know a place, its called Phoenix Drop I'm sure you'll love it there " I rose my eyebrows in confusion. Why would he be trusting me when he just met me...

" I know, you're wondering why in trusting you so much, but don't worry I won't hurt you. But I think it is best to come with me to Phoenix Drop, and plus it's the only place you can go to right now " I started thinking about it, then I nodded my head.

" Okay, right now we got to get some sleep "

I laid on the ground trying to get comfortable, the stranger set his bag down and got out a cloth. He placed it on me covering my whole body, I snuggled into to getting more and more sleepier, he placed a light kiss on my forehead making my face completely flushed and hot all over my breathing got slower, and my heartbeat heated at a different pace, I gave a light smile to myself and saw the strange set himself next to me.

He gave me a sweet smile which made this feeling wash over me, I fell asleep in a blink...

The next morning

I felt myself getting patted on my shoulder, I slowly opened my eyes to see him again the sun shining through the tress and glistening on the water. Red tiny particles on the sticks as it was recently blown out, I sat up and stretched my arms out and rubbed my eyes making me fully awake.

" Come I've packed everything, it's kinda a long way to Phoenix Drop "

I sat up and washed my face and started walking, I hugged myself lightly and seeing the stranger looking ahead focused, he would quickly gave glances at me and lightly laughed.

" Why don't you pull your clock down, I've never seen your face " I stayed quiet and looked down.

" It's okay, I know some people I've met would stay quiet I'll wait "

Why can he star these feelings in me, is he a witch? Did he cast a spell on me?

We stopped at a huge gate taller then tress, the sun lightly peaked. He ran in front of me saying in his loudest voice.

" Welcome to Phoenix Drop! "
