You were a Pokémon trainer, a very good one at that. You've trained a great team of Pokémon. The 5 of them were comprised of (you choose the five of them) while the 6th one was the legendary Pokémon, mewtwo. Now people thought it would've been hard to get her but much to your surprise it was actually easy. You've kept her in her pokeball for a while until you first heard her speak after using her in battle. It was actually surprising to you to see a Pokémon talk.

(Y/N): you can talk?

MewTwo: yes, for as long as I could remember.

(Y/N): why didn't you speak before?

MewTwo: you never gave me a chance to once you've captured me.

(Y/N): oh sorry.

MewTwo: it's fine now. But I wish to thank you for releasing me master.

(Y/N): master?

MewTwo: you captured me, it's only natural I give you that name.

(Y/N): um.....alright.

Over time, you've used mewtwo a few more times than some of your other Pokémon and even let her travel with you outside her pokeball. MewTwo had helped you won many battles and you saw her as the pest partner Pokémon ever but mewtwo saw it differently. She feel in love with you and would do whatever it took to have you be with her and get rid of any problem in her way. Right now, the two of you were walking to the next town after you next battle. But during your walk, mewtwo started to talk.

MewTwo: master.

(Y/N): hm?

MewTwo: I wish to confess something to you.

(Y/N): oh? What's that?

MewTwo: master, after all that we've been through ever since the day you've captured me. I've had this feeling inside me that I didn't understand at first but now I know what it is.

(Y/N): so what are you getting at?

MewTwo: I love you master.

(Y/N): oh....uh.......mewtwo, I'm sorry but I don't like you like that.

MewTwo: wh......what?

(Y/N): mewtwo, love between a human and a Pokémon can't happen.

MewTwo: I don't understand. After all that I've done for you and you reject my love!

(Y/N): mewtwo just calm down.

MewTwo: I will not calm down! I've done all that I could to impress you and I've confessed to you and after all that you reject it!

(Y/N): mewtwo enough!

MewTwo then grabbed your head with two of her hands and and odd glow came from them as she was doing something to you. Then moments later, your face showed now expression at all as mewtwo stopped. You were under her control now.

(I think mewtwo did something like this in the first movie one time controlling someone).

MewTwo: now (Y/N), listen to me.

(Y/N): yes.

MewTwo: I want you to kiss me.

(Y/N): as you wish.

You kissed her and she kissed you back while wrapping her arms and tail around you.

MewTwo: good boy master. Now then. You'll do as I say.

(Y/N): yes dear.

After a few years, mewtwo's control over you faded but you still did what she said. Eventually after she made you marry her (don't ask how), she eventually got pregnant with your children. So now you were the father of human and Pokémon hybrids.

(Y/N): well it's not so bad I suppose.

MewTwo: that's a good boy honey.
